Amei! A localização é muito boa, pois fica mais afastado trazendo muita tranquilidade, mas não é tão longe do centrinho. Tem estacionamento. A pousada é simples, porém linda! Me senti muito conectada com a natureza, amei a piscina e a melhor parte foi o café da manha vendo os pássaros!

Poderia ter sido melhor
Terceira que ficamos na pousada e desta vez não foi sensacional como nas vezes anteriores. Tivemos uma má impressão muito ruim na chegada que impactou o restante da estadia negativamente. Chegamos às 13h30 de um sábado e não havia ninguém na recepção para abrir a porta. Como estávamos com um bebê, tudo ficou mais difícil, tivemos que aguardar cerca de 25min até que alguém nos atendesse. A piscina estava em manutenção e isso só foi informado em nossa chegada - o correto seria informar ANTES da reserva, no próprio site. O quarto estava muito limpo como sempre, único ponto negativo era a parede do ar condicionado, onde aparentemente foi feita uma manutenção e o acabamento ficou péssimo, mostrando o recorte. No geral, a instalação segue linda: jardim impecável e tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã segue maravilhoso com fartura e bons ingredientes.

Aceitavel, porém seria melhor se o frigobar estivesse cheio e que o checkout fosse as 14 horas no mínimo, sou instrutor de mergulho e fomos mergulhar e precisamos fazer muito corrido para sair o horário.

A Pousada é bonita com jardins lindos, próxima a cachoeira, onírico barulho que ouvíamos era do canto dos pássaros e das águas. Possui ótimo Wi-Fi. Boa cama, bom tamanho do quarto e do banheiro . O quarto não estava cheiroso quando chegamos. Em relação a limpeza, como viajamos durante a Pandemia, não havia arrumação de quartos (acho bom) e como saíamos o dia todo, não vimos equipe de limpeza atuando na pousada. O Café da manhã é servido em salão amplo e arejado. Foi básico, mas funcional para o momento: os ítens do buffet embalados individualmente (aveia, granola, achocolatado, iogurte). Os demais itens pedia na cozinha. A pousada não fica perto de praias e afastada do Centro Histórico, usamos o carro o tempo todo. Há uma restrição de pedir delivery - o que deveria ser repensando em tempos de Covid. Também usam lixeira com tampa sem pedal no banheiro - acho anti higiênico.

É uma boa pousada. Tem uma cama confortável, um bom chuveiro e estava tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã bom. Só no check in que recebemos a chave de um segurança, sem nenhuma confirmação de dados, o que me deixou um pouco preocupado. Também solicitamos late check out e apesar da pousada estar bem vazia, não foi oferecido. No geral nota 7. O jardim também é um ponto forte.

Hotel extremamente simples, mas limpo e com funcionários educados . Poderia ter canais por assinatura em todos os quartos (possui em alguns) e aparelhos de tv mais adequados. Tomada ao lado da cama também seria uma boa. Café da manhã bom. Não possuem serviço de cozinha então poderiam trabalhar melhor com Delivery pois não tinham nenhuma sugestão para oferecer sendo que também não tem telefone nos quartos. O telefone seria importante pois o sinal da Tim ao menos é inexistente ( o que também não é algo difícil de acontecer) e a rede wifi do hotel é falha (funciona melhor em alguns pontos do quarto). Achar comida pela internet em Ilhabela não é simples como em São Paulo por exemplo.
