Eu e meu marido já fomos 2 vezes para este hotel, pois gostamos muito que há muita área verde e natureza. Amamos o café da manhã e nossa experiência é sempre quase perfeita. A única coisa chata nesta última vez foi que em uma madrugada algumas pessoas fizeram muita bagunça, gritavam, brigavam durante muito tempo, incomodando nossa família e nos acordando com criança pequena. Gostaríamos que o hotel tivesse feito algo, interrompesse essa falta de respeito. Mas fora isso super recomendo e voltaria mais vezes.

Fomos em 4 pessoas, casal e 2 crianças, hotel simples, mas muito limpo, muito bem cuidado, cama ótima, fiquei em um quarto pequeno com varanda, cama de casal ,bicama, e um frigobar, com uma varanda com mesinha cadeira e rede, que adoramos, pois o serviço do restaurante do hotel e ótimo. Tudo funciona bem, desde a recepção, o café da manhã ótimo, que tem de tudo um pouco, não e aqueles de hotel de luxo, com um monte de coisa que a gente nem come, mas bem variado, com tapioca feita na hora, ovos mexidos também, bolos , frios , pães, frutas , tudo impecável. Sem contar a funcionária que fica no café da manhã, super educada e prestativa. A piscina super limpa, mas não usamos, pois ficamos pouco tempo no hotel, com certeza na próxima ida a Ilhabela me hospedarei lá.

Pessima. Porem cafe muito bom e atendimento excelente, com a excecao da gerente do hotel.Estive no carnaval e esqueci dois produtos de higiene pessoal no quarto.Porem, quando procurei a gerencia, a mesma disse que o produto nao encontrava- se la e quando eu insisti dizendo que tinha certeza que havia ficado, a mesma foi rude comigo e me acusou de estar mentindo. Fiquei bem chateada, e procurando na internet, verifiquei que um hospede recente tambem teve este tipo de problema e a gerente procedeu da mesma forma. E uma pena,pois o lugar e bonito, os proprietarios simpaticos mas temos esse tipo de situacao e ainda o atendimento grosseiro da gerencia.

O hotel tem um bom o café da manhã e também o atendimento.
Informam que são apenas 7 minutos de CAMINHADA da paia da Feiticeira, o que me levou a reservar o hotel, mas é bem mais que isso, e com um trajeto terrível, subidas, descidas, trilha lamacenta...
Tiveram boa vontade quando liguei pedindo um quarto no térreo, porque tenho limitação de locomoção, mas apesar do quarto ser no térreo, o acesso é um pouco perigoso, principalmente com o tempo chuvoso. O acesso é feito por uma pequena passarela, com degraus, sem um corrimão para maior segurança e sem iluminação adequada à noite. Não recomento para idosos e pessoas com limitação, como eu.
O quarto tem um tamanho ok, mas tinha mofo em algumas paredes e com cheiro forte. No pequeno armário o cheiro estava insuportável, borrifávamos perfume lá dentro para aguentar.
A garagem é restrita a 10 carros, e ainda tinha hóspede que parava o carro torto ocupando duas vagas. Quando não tem vaga seu carro fica na rua em frente, mas dizem que é tranquilo e tem vigilância à noite, o meu dormiu uma noite na rua.
A área externa é muito boa, com muita natureza, falta apenas uma escada adequada com apoio na piscina. Apesar de possuir degraus, não tem onde se segurar.

A estadia foi ótima! O atendimento muito cordial e atencioso. Apenas não gostamos muito do cardápio do restaurante do hotel, poderia ser mais variado e a comida poderia ser um pouco menos gordurosa. A localização é boa no sul da Ilha.

Muita natureza, local limpo , funcionários muito simpáticos. Porque não voltaria: Descarga do apartamento 21 não funciona direito, preço que paguei foi alto = R$ 300,00 e internet próximo ao quarto 21 e dentro não funciona. O estacionamento para veículos é pequeno e tive que deixar o veículo fora da pousada todos os dias. A praia da Feiticeira é longe = mais de 1km e tem uma subida muito forte para ir a pé.
