Hotel com localização privilegiada, mas que precisa de reparos. Equipamentos da academia necessitam de manutenção, travesseiros duros, roupas de cama bem desgastadas. Café da manhã bom. Infelizmente no último dia (13/01/24) comi uma moqueca no restaurante do hotel e passei muito mal. Não sei se houve algum problema no restaurante, pois eles estavam servindo apenas na área da piscina, mas se foi esse o caso, deveriam ter fechado.

Ficamos na suíte luxo, que tem uma varanda excelente com vista para o mar, porém se você busca silêncio e tranquilidade, não é o lugar mais ideal pois faz barulho de automóveis na rodovia o dia todo.

O Hotel é simplesmente lindo! Nosso quarto era grande, banheiro grande com janela panorâmica de frente para o mar, varanda de frente para o mar, super charmosa, cama grande, TV com Netflix, Globo Play, fantástica. A porta de entrada poderia ser reparada para não fazer barulho, rangia ao abrir e ao fechar. E soubemos que pagamos um pouco a mais pelo Hoteis.com para obter estacionamento e ao me informar na recepção, não tinha essa diferença, todos os quartos tinham direito ao estacionamento. No mais, hotel incrível! Fiz uma solicitação no momento da reserva para que se possível, tivesse algum bolo ou pão sem glúten e fui recebida no café da manhã com um bolo sem glúten maravilhoso de maça. Muito satisfeita com o cuidado com os hóspedes, voltarei com certeza!

O lugar é muito bonito com vista para o mar. Só foi um pouco ruim nos momentos em que precisávamos estacionar, pois os clientes do restaurante estacionavam ocupando algumas vagas. Nosso pneu acabou furando no estacionamento mas um funcionário de lá mesmo nos ajudou a trocar pelo step. Excelente hotel!

Realmente a melhor estadia que já tivemos na Ilhabela! Chegamos sexta feira a noite, fomos muito bem recebidos após horas de trânsito, o checkin foi super rápido e de quebra nosso quarto estava a nossa espera com o ar condicionado ligado e extremamente limpo. Ganhamos um upgrade de cortesia, ainda por cima! Ficamos no quarto com varanda e vista para a mata, quarto amplo, claro, limpo e moderno com toques de requinte, cama king super confortável, banheiro igualmente qualificado! Frigobar brastemp retro, e televisão também fazem parte do quarto!
A pousada é linda, tem vista ao mar, piscina 24h com deck, sauna e cafe da manha (simples mas suficiente). Tem um restaurante com boas opções, um pouco caro porém caso tenha preguiça de ir até a cidade vale a pena. Minha estadia foi incrível. Já no momento de nossa chegada fomos muito bem atendidos, chek-in foi rápido e um funcionário nos acompanhou mostrando todas as áreas de lazer e nos acompanhou até o quadro dando informações de horários. O café da manhã é sensacional com diversas opções, simplesmente delicioso! Recomendo o Omelete deles que é divino.

Ecelente pousada. O quarto é bem espaçoso com uma vista linda da ilha para o mar. Tem uma ótimo restaurante com funcionários atenciosos. A á rea da piscina tmbm é ótima. Só não dá acesso à praia e tem ladeiras muito íngremes para transitar a pé na pousada. Não aconselho para quem tenha dificuldades de locomoção.

Infelizmente minha reversa no site não constava no sistema do hotel, o que me desagradou. Felizmente tudo se resolveu e consegui meu quarto, que tinha uma vista sensacional, era bem amplo e com boa cama. Tinham apenas que trocar/limpar o ar condicionado, que não funcionou muito bem no 1º dia (no quarto de minha irmã ele estava fraquíssimo). Localização da pousada é bom, a poucos minutos de carro de ótimas praias. Ah, leve seu repelente!!!

A estrutura é linda, decoração de muito bom gosto, a localização tranquila no sul da ilha, alguns funcionários bem treinados e atenciosos, e o restaurante Portinho Sud uma agradável surpresa... mas...
Wi-fi não funcionava há uma semana, e ninguém nos informou. No check-in, nos passaram a senha e não disseram que não funcionava. Além disso, o sinal não chegava em nosso quarto.
Nosso quarto era \"com varanda e vista para o mar\"; mas na verdade era ao lado da piscina, no térreo, bem no meio da passagem de todos os hóspedes. Impossível deixar a porta corrediça de vidro aberta, pois não havia privacidade.
Durante minha estada (5 noites) a pousada estava em reforma, e mais uma vez ninguém nos informou. Uma grande surpresa foi ver um caminhão despejar areia bem na frente do meu quarto, e depois cascalho, e então funcionários ficaram o dia inteiro trabalhando ali. A 5 metros da minha fina porta corrediça de vidro.
Quando chovia, haviam goteiras em nosso quarto, e nossas roupas ficaram molhadas.
Obviamente faltou comunicação e proatividade da gerência.
No mais, são erros de \"alinhamento\" e facilmente corrigíveis. Desejo sucesso à Pousada Ananas.

Wi-fi não funcionava há uma semana, e ninguém nos informou. No check-in, nos passaram a senha e não disseram que não funcionava. Além disso, o sinal não chegava em nosso quarto.
Nosso quarto era \"com varanda e vista para o mar\"; mas na verdade era ao lado da piscina, no térreo, bem no meio da passagem de todos os hóspedes. Impossível deixar a porta corrediça de vidro aberta, pois não havia privacidade.
Durante minha estada (5 noites) a pousada estava em reforma, e mais uma vez ninguém nos informou. Uma grande surpresa foi ver um caminhão despejar areia bem na frente do meu quarto, e depois cascalho, e então funcionários ficaram o dia inteiro trabalhando ali. A 5 metros da minha fina porta corrediça de vidro.
Quando chovia, haviam goteiras em nosso quarto, e nossas roupas ficaram molhadas.
Obviamente faltou comunicação e proatividade da gerência.
No mais, são erros de \"alinhamento\" e facilmente corrigíveis. Desejo sucesso à Pousada Ananas.
