Pool was great and morning breakfast was fantastic. Otherwise, getting there was difficult from the ferry, and they have limited lunch/dinner options. It's far from the town so your option is to taxi/bus it to town, or go to the mercado next door to grab food and they look down at you for eating at the pool.

The hotel has a hot tub and heated pool that are beautiful. Conveniently located in front of a beach and about a 15 minute walk uphill to a very nice beach as well. After your check out time you can still use the pool there and the staff was very friendly. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing!

We were so looking forward to this hotel stay as we deliberately paid more to stay here as it looked so pretty. Unfortunately the staff were not accommodating or helpful and caused us a lot of stress. However, the restaurant waiter was amazing and very friendly! The food was fine too. The pool was nice and clean and we would have loved this place if just the hotel wouldn't have promised us things that they didn't deliver. It's quite far from the city center so a car is needed.

The hotel was nice and in front of the beach. The breakfast was nice and the stuff so attentive and they tried to help when needed going out of their ways. The only problem was the shower and the a/c, they did not work properly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's located right across the street from a small beach, but there are bigger and better beaches to visit on the island. The pousada was excellent: good breakfast, good price, safe and quiet location, cute design, awesome swimming pool, and friendly, helpful staff.

This is the BEST hotel for the money we have ever stayed in and we have probably stayed in at least 20 over the last few years. The staff were super helpful and there are special details that you don't see even in the four star hotels. In addition, Ilhabela is one of the most beautiful places you will ever go. Pousada em frente à praia do portinho , que estava imprópria, piscina excelente aquecida e com serviço de restaurante, café da manhã bom, o quarto foi suficiente mas achei o colchão um pouco desconfortável , está na hora de trocar , o quarto precisa de uma modernização, pisos, azulejos e louças bem antigos, estacionamento próprio porém algumas vagas com dificuldade principalmente se o carro for grande.

Estadia boa, o atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo! As meninas da cozinha são excelentes, me ajudaram pela manhã qdo precisei dar cafe pro meu filho e tudo mais. Muito queridas e prestativas.

O quarto poderia ser mais arejado com telas para borrachudos, o que me agradou foi a piscina quente, não é aquecida, é quente valeu muito a pena, o que não recomendo é o restaurante comida bem a quem do preço, porém o café oferecido está ok, tudo perto da praia, mercado e gelo vendido ao lado, também não espere muito dos quiosques da praia que são 2 e tem o monopólio. Apesar das observações voltaria com certeza com minha família. A propósito leve um snorkel porque se for comprar por Ilhabela \"é uma facada\".

O hotel é lindo, tem piscina aquecida e fica em frente a praia. Tem acesso fácil para várias praias. Suítes e dependências limpas, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Só uma ressalva, o café da manhã é ótimo, mas são os mesmos alimentos todos os dias, variam apenas um bolo, uma torta...o restante é igual: mesmos pães, mesmo suco, mesmo sabor de iogurte. Mas vale a pena. Recomendo.

Estadia razoável, a começar pela recepção, funcionários não muito receptivos (não nos mostraram o quarto, ou ajudaram com as malas), estacionamento apertado. Colchão e travesseiros ruins, café da manhã com poucas opções e regrado (apesar de dizerem que vc pode comer o que quiser e quanto quiser). Por conta da pandemia você deve escolher antecipadamente o que vai comer, no dia da chegada, mas a demora na entrega dos itens e a falta de alguns tornou a experiência ruim, com sensação de pouco caso e economia por conta da pandemia, além de atrasos para as outras pessoas do próximo horário agendado, poderiam rever essa dinâmica. A localização é boa, perto das principais praias da região sul. Não voltaria.

Hotel muito bom. Piscina climatizada foi um diferencial para os dias nublados, serviço de alimentação no bar da piscina bom, e café da manhã bom. O único problema que tivemos foi que, por conta da pandemia, tivemos que marcar horário para tomar o café. Descemos no horário marcado, mas não haviam mesas disponíveis, pois outros hospedes quiseram adiantar seu café e foi autorizado. Esse tipo de \"reclamação\" não teria problema algum se fosse eu e meu esposo, porém estava com meu bebe de 7 meses e ele estava com fome, nós sabemos esperar, mas ele ficou muito incomodado e chorando, e consequentemente incomodando os outros hospedes. Acho que fica a dica de: se marcou o horário, sigam! Alguém gostaria de adiantar? se todas as pessoas que estavam com o horário marcado ja haviam comido, não há problema, caso contrário não deixe quem marcou o horário e acordou mais cedo, se arrumou para não atrasar os próximos cafés, seja prejudicado. Não é justo com quem respeitou os outros. Obrigada!
