Total escape.

This was a very cozy and romantic place to stay. Rustic and charming room. The meals in the dining room were excellent. We had massages that were also wonderful. What a great place!

This property is a good, hilltop romantic get away. The rooms are nice. We had one with the ocean view and it was relaxing. The issues with the room was it smelled weird like slightly of pee. The shower took a long time to get hot. It’s not very eco friendly to let the water run. One of the jets in our tub didn’t work and the drain leaked so it didn’t hold the water long. There cold water handle on the water filter jar was broken. The bed was comfy and the the mosquito netting was nice. If you have mobility problems this not the place for you. It’s on a hill and quite a climb up and down from the rooms up to the restaurant. Make sure you don’t have a schedule because it will take a very long time to get food. We had a group and it was always a 45 mins on food orders. The food however is good. The girls at the restaurant are young and need more training. We were constantly asking them to come back and take our orders. I caught one making fun of me one night for being happy with my dessert. Unfortunately for her I understand a bit more spoken Portuguese than she thought I did. Bring your Google translate app. Almost no one speaks English. The one person who did was lazy. Rather than address our English speaking table in English she would just talk to our one Portuguese speaker and make her translate for us. There is no transportation to any beach so you have to walk a way on the busy highway. The big beach had bugs & beach service. The little beach is best. Massage was good.

O ponto forte é a localização, com uma vista bonita. A pousada é OK, muito longe de um serviço superior como difunde ser.
O quarto tem cheiro forte de mofo.
O serviço é regular e bastante heterogêneo. A recepção é sofrível, mas as equipes do restaurante e da limpeza são muito educadas e muito esforçadas. Falta uma supervisão junto deles pra dar ritmo e resolver questões de exigência maior. Serviço de praia não oferece toalhas no local (você tem que pegar na recepção do hotel), e o horário é bem reduzido - só até 17h, e não tem como deixar o carro no estacionamento após esse horário).
A reserva silver do hoteis.com oferece uma garrafa de espumante como cortesia. Solicitei na recepção, mas fui informado que o hotel desconhece essa política.
Não voltaria e não recomendo do ponto de vista custo/benefício.

I loved this property. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The beach was amazing! We loved the food and everyone was super friendly. The pool and spa were amazing. We got a great massage and met interesting people. 100% we would go again!!

Amazing view

The Hotel was great, but since we didn’t have a car to walk to the beach wasn’t safe and there wasn’t a hotel driver to take us to local beaches, but overall was good, place very comfortable and very clean, sadly we was in a room right next a construction area so we couldn’t rest on the day we got sick. We were on a 4 days honey moon and got a virus and both of us got very sick for an entire day and had to be stuck in bed. But the room service and one of the works did an outstanding job checking on us his name was Cristiano did a very nice job checking on us thank you for the hospitality. Too bad we couldn’t reach to the beach. We will try to be back soon, Though thank you

Perfect addition to your Brazilian vacation!!!

Wonderful place!! We stayed here mostly by accident as we waited too long to book on Ilhabela and planned instead to stay in the nearby town and go to the island for a day trip. We arrived here a little too late in the day and realized it was in Toque Toque, a bit too far to trace to Ilhabela at that time. That said, it didn't matter at all. We were immediately convinced to forget our plans and take as range of all this hotel had to offer - incredible room with big porch and hammock, very close to beautiful beach with a great dose of Brazilian culture without being overcrowded, etc. The hotel staff was amazing, spoke English, and helped us with everything we needed. One guy even helped us get out Manuel car up the incredibly steep driveway because I was too terrified to do so. Cable TV has a lot of English channels. The wi-fi in our room didn't work but I assumed it was because we were in the farthest away room from the main lodge, but we weren't here to get online (and it worked in main lodge). Also.. Amazing breakfast!!!

Lovely peaceful Pousada, amazing view from balcony

Spent a relaxing four nights here before a family wedding on a neighbouring beach. Very peaceful and ideal for couples looking for a romantic get away! The only downside is that you have to get in your car to go anywhere although we did walk to the two nearest beaches. The entrance to the hotel is on a tricky bend but staff are helpful in getting out onto the road.
Really loved our room, definitely worth getting one with a view and hot tub on balcony. Very private and not overlooked. Fabulous views.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean. Need to drive to beach, other restaurants, and town. Perfect for one or two nights away from everything. Hotel restaurant food is good, but service was slow. I would return.

Stunning views, great place to relax!

Simply amazing views and a great hotel. Stayed in the Presidential suite which is huge and has a great balcony with stunning views. Easy access to several nearby beaches with free chairs and umbrellas available at the closest one. Employees are all very friendly.

Great hotel!

This is great hotel in the Toque Toque Grande beach. Great get away with beautiful views.
My GPS sent us to wrong address- it is not in Sao Sebastiao, but in Toque Toque Grande, which is about 15 km south from Sao Sebastiao on the BR-101 route. The hotel has a sign on the BR-101 route.

Read Carefully!!!!!

The Negative: Bed Bugs!!!!! Horrible Room Smell!!!!!! And old food for breakfast. The room had a very strong odor of dirty clothes, the pillows couldn't even be used due to the strong odor that came from them. The bed was covered with bed bugs and the cover had stains of dirt. We informed the hotel night watch person and he pretended that nothing was going on and that everything would be fixed in the morning. We waited for the morning person to come by and we expressed our concerns, they still did not removed the pillows nor the cover, they only changed the thin blankets. My wife and I had to leave the hotel after the second day unfortunatley due to the lack of cleaning-less. The Positive: The hotel is located in a nice area close to a private beach. The gardens and exterior of the hotel are well maintained.

Paradise 3 hours from São Paulo

We have stayed in quite a few pousada in Brazil and this now is top of our list of favorites so far. If you get a room with ocean view, you will not regret it. Also considering how uncomfortable beds usually are in Brazil to gringo tastes, these beds are wonderful pillowtops that we were sleeping soundly for for 10,11,12 hours every night. Highly attentive staff, and while not many spoke English, menus and instructions abound everywhere in English.

Gorgeous Lover's Get-Away

This Hotel has a beautiful, romantic setting with quiet, private rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our stay was lovely and we had a fabulous time. Rarely have I stayed at a hotel where I felt so welcome. We didn't want to leave, and have decided to return every year for a quiet getaway. Morning breakfast was fantastic, and I can't recommended it highly enough!

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto é gostoso, linda vista, as instalações no geral são ótimas, o café da manhã e restaurante e principalmente o serviço de praia e a possibilidade de desfrutar dela sem preocupação pois há estacionamento privativo, ducha, banheiro e serviço de bar na praia.

Porém, tivemos problemas em nosso quarto (suíte Couves) com uma tomada que não funcionava, o cofre estava sem bateria, a banheira que não funcionou no dia do nosso aniversário de casamento e a massagem agendada teve um atraso de meia hora.

O hotel foi solícito em nos ajudar com os problemas no quarto, embora demorasse um pouco, e até ofereceu um jantar cortesia (o qual não usamos, pois já tínhamos plano para nosso aniversário), mas de fato não ofereceu nenhuma compensação ao final da estadia, o que nos deixou surpresos, dava a quantidade de pequenos transtornos que tivemos ao longo da estadia em uma data tão especial para nós.. mas também não questionamos, por achar que isso deveria vir pela preocupação na experiência do hóspede e não o contrário.

Não sei se voltaremos, mas se acertarem esses detalhes, vale a pena sim a visita.

Estrutura excelente, equipe extremamente atenciosa e uma atmosfera de tranquilidade que faz jus ao nome. A experiência geral foi maravilhosa, do conforto das acomodações ao cuidado com os detalhes.

A única observação, que pode parecer pequena, mas faz diferença na experiência, é em relação ao café servido. O café (líquido) de máquina tem um sabor bem esquentado e industrializado. Considerando o padrão e o valor da diária, seria um grande diferencial oferecer um café de melhor qualidade, artesanal ou passado na hora.

No mais, tudo impecável. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo de olhos fechados!

A estadia foi excelente. Comida oferecida pelo local é de ótima qualidade. Atendimento acolhedor e prestativo. A paisagem do local é um show à parte.

Os dois pontos de atenção que tive na estadia foi a limpeza da piscina privativa da suíte, que estava com marcas de lodo e às condições dos itens do banheiro. (Ex: puxador do box desencaixado, porta shampoo com sinais de ferrugem e arandela do banheiro sem o difusor). Entretanto, estes pontos não desabonam a experiencia no local, tanto dos serviços oferecidos, como o serviço de praia, quanto do conforto do quarto

Boa experiência no hotel. Ótimo atendimento, excelente vista para o mar, cozinha muito boa! Mas faltam alguns cuidados de manutenção do hotel, sobretudo acesso às áreas comuns e dedetização nos quartos. O título de \"boutique\" não é muito adequado à realidade encontrada na estadia.

Excelente local de refugio!
A comida é maravilhosa, a instalação que criaram para a praia é fantástica e a estrutura do hotel é muito boa se você gosta de estar cercado por natureza ao mesmo tempo que aprecia o mar. O único ponto um pouco negativo foi o forte cheiro de lugar fechado quando entramos na suite Anchieta.

Imagine a nightmare! Here I got 2 in sequence!!!

No hot water available during all stay — impossible get a shower during winter time and zero chance to enjoy jacuzzi in the balcony; even worse when lay at night reception desk informed they were aware about such issue but nothing was informed during check in! And in following day no repair up to check out.
To get worse… run flat tire from
My Mercedes damaged by maintainance wastage parts resulting in losing almost 2 hours in middle of road to get new tire and assemble it in car’s wheel getting super late to Ilhabela (left hotel 12pm and arrived in Ilhabela 7:30pm! Only 34km but a sequence of issue without hot water, no shower and losing R$1,200 to get new tire damaged by garbage not properly storaged in hotels parking lot

Frustação e completa decepção

Não deram early check in e nem late check out e o hotel estava vazio. No check in há copos num móve ao lado da recepção, mas devem ser de enfeite, pois nem sequer uma água foi oferecida para beber. Tábuas soltas, quebradas e com pregos nas passarelas de acesso aos quartos. Escada de pedras totalmente irregular e perigosa para acesso entre os quartos, piscina e recepção. Cortei meu pé. Material de construção acumulado embaixo da área onde as refeições são oferecidas (tem telhas que podem acumular água - acho que não estão sabendo sobre o surto da dengue). Essa mesma área tem luzes brancas horrorosas (parece farmácia e nada aconchegante) e portas de vidros mais feias ainda. Pedi que um espumante fosse deixado no meu quarto à noite e não foi entregue. Voltei de um jantar fora do hotel e não tinha para quem reclamar. Aliás, reclamei no check out com o Gerente Cristiano que não teve nenhuma empatia e sequer pediu desculpas. Reclamei no serviço de concierge pelo WhatsApp e nem sequer responderam. Fiquei mais de 10m aguardando alguém abrir o portão nesse mesmo dia que saí para jantar à noite. Quartos escuros e sem veneziana (foram removidas da porta de acesso à varanda). Banheiro da suíte VIP em que fiquei hospedado com um cheiro horrível e super pequeno e apertado. O sabonete de mão não era da L’occitane e além disso vendiam produtos da Natura e AVON. Luzes de cor verde na varanda, parecendo mais uma boate e um motel, do que efetivamente um hotel boutique.

Vista incrivel, mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito

Apesar da enorme simpatia do staff, o empreendimento está mais para uma pousada simples. As suítes são mal mobiliadas com peças rusticas sem conforto algum, os banheiros são minúsculos e frequentemente visitados por baratas. O buffet de café da manhã eh bem fraco nas opções e principalmente na apresentação. Não há lobby ou bar. Existe apenas o restaurante com vista e comida excelentes, mas com cadeiras rusticas demais extremamente desconfortáveis. A piscina e a vista são ótimas. O Spa eh apenas uma sala de massagem com duas macas e um ofuro e a Sauna tem uma aparência que afugenta os interessados. O local tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar muuuito em equipamentos, manutenção e treinamento de atendimento. Tudo muito básico e caseiro para se classificar de Eco Hotel Boutique e Spa. Os acessos das suítes para as outras dependências do hotel tambem precisam ser revistos. Terreno muito íngreme com escadas para todo lado e degraus excessivamente altos e irregulares.

Muito boa a estadia, hotel muito bonito, limpo, vista excelente, tranquilo, organizado e o atendimento se sobressai como a melhor de suas qualidades (atendimento de primeira). A critica vai do quarto pouco um escuro (mesmo de dia), como tem um revestimento de madeira o cheiro de umidade prevalece um pouco e a agua da banheira era visivelmente de poço (era escura e com cheiro forte de enxofre que não sai com o sal de banho). Mas isso são detalhes (que precisam ser avaliados pelos gerentes do hotel) que no geral não fazem grande diferença perante todo o contexto. É um excelente hotel e recomendo a todos.

Com certeza não foi o momento certo ( logo após 1º lockdown da pandemia), mas para um lugar que se diz boutique despreparo não é opção. Recepção: despreparada e pouco acolhedora. Chovia muito, quarto distante, optamos por jantar no quarto, pratos vieram na chuva e descobertos. Comida horrorosa. Quarto sem qualquer cuidado com aconchego, rouparia de ultima linha, piso grudento, banheiro sem qualquer sinal de Clean & Safe, sem sabonetes e a única toalha de rosto disponível tinha gravado que era pano disponível para equipe de limpeza. A varanda que era do melhor quarto com a melhor vista tinha goteira e não era possível ver nada além de folhas de bananeira. Praia só se pegar seu carro. Apesar de ter pago um fds com jantar, fiquei 18h e quando fiz check out ... nenhum questionamento foi feito além do “ consumiram algo do frigobar?”
Voltar e recomendar não é opção. E isto foi um resumo singelo.

Ao chegarmos achamos tudo lindo, o hotel trabalha com recicláveis eles passam orientações assim que fizemos o checkin, parte boa é que tinha filtro de água no quarto, mas por outro lado minha esposa Grávida precisava de água com gás e eles não disponibilizavam. O serviço de praia deles é péssimo, o cardápio muito pobre em opções o suco é aguado... muito ruim! Pedimos um dia jantar no quarto a única coisa que estava quente era a carne o resto estava Frio, não forneciam sachês de sal o hotel, mas na praia tinha achei um absurdo isso. No penúltimo dia pedimos uma isca de Peixe com molho de alcaparras, estava gostoso, porém eu e minha esposa passamos muito mal e nem aproveitamos nosso último dia, so queríamos ir embora. Acesso à praia tem que pegar o carro, a não ser que queira ir a pé mas não é tão perto! Afinal ficamos bem chateados com nossa estadia o local é lindo porém a gastronomia tem que melhorar muito!!!

Com uma localização privilegiada e ótima estrutra, este hotel é uma fantástica opção no litoral norte. A vista da piscina e dos quartos é maravilhosa. O posto de apoio na praia (com estacionamento, banheiros, comidas e bebidas) faz toda a diferença. Restaurante muito bom, sendo desnecessário procurar outro lugar. Desde o chef Daniel, Yuri, Alexandre, todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e educados. Recomendo fortemente.

O hotel é lindo, o staff é muito atencioso, a comida é ótima e a conservação do local também é boa, apenas sugiro verificar a condição dos chuveiros das suítes pois tivemos problemas em regular a temperatura (ela ou fervia ou era muito gelada) e a quantidade de água.
Ah, vale mencionar que o serviço de praia é excelente! :)

Ótima estrutura e equipe atenciosa. A vista é maravilhosa, com certeza uma das mais belas do litoral de SP. Mas a organização deixou a desejar. O checkin foi bastante confuso, faltavam funcionários para atender tanto no checkin quando na piscina. Apesar da inegável boa-vontade e atenção dos funcionários, ficou muito nítido que estavam sobrecarregados. O serviço de praia de praia é nota 10. Pétalas de rosas de plástico na cama me pareceram totalmente desnecessárias. Fiquei imaginando se reutilizam nas próximas hospedagens. No geral é um hotel muito bom, mas com bastante espaço para melhorar.

Vista incrível

O hotel é super rústico, charmoso e com uma vista incrível. Tem um atendimento cordial e gentil por parte de TODOS os funcionários. O café da manhã é bom e tem variedade de pães, doces e salgados. Piscina agradável. O acesso a praia é feito por carro, fica a 800m aproximadamente, com estacionamento privado e serviço de praia.
Mas, vários pontos a melhorar. O jantar estava incluso na nossa diária, mas infelizmente a cozinha é muito ruim. Não tínhamos gostado do almoço, mas o jantar não foi diferente... tudo muito temperado e com muito alho, legumes ao vapor super cozidos, vieram desmanchados... Comentamos com o supervisor do hotel (Sr. Cristiano) que muito solicito falou com a chef. Pelas mídias sociais que eu seguia do hotel, a gastronomia sempre dizia ser um ponto alto do lugar, não posso concordar depois de provar!
Na suíte, As Ilhas, o dossel da cama, cobria a TV e o ventilador de teto, tudo muito improvisado. E a divisão entre os quartos não traz intimidade... pode-se ouvir e ver os vizinhos! Falta opções de lazer, pois em caso de chuva, oferecem somente o restaurante ou a suíte para o hospede passar o tempo. Como hotel \"boutique\", deveriam pensar em outras atividades (pequena academia, living para se tomar um vinho, lareira...). Pelo valor da diária, custo benefício ruim.

Foi uma experiência única! Funcionários muito cordiais e atenciosos, interessados em como está sendo sua estadia, dão dicas e recomendações. O hotel é muito bem cuidado, o quarto é excepcional! Me hospedei na suíte Master e realmente é incrível! Só fiquei decepcionada com o jantar pois erraram o ponto da carne que veio do mal passado para o cru tanto no meu prato como no do meu esposo. Mas não reclamei no momento, pois estava tudo saboroso. Voltaria com certeza, assim como recomendo a hospedagem.

Comida muito boa saborosa preços justos.
Restaurante com ambiente agradável e vista pro mar piscina e jacuzzi.
Obs:O único detalhe foi o cheiro de madeira no interior do quarto nas primeiras horas acho que pelo mesmo ficar fechado, mas logo depois ficou tudo ótimo.

No geral gostei muito da estadia. Suíte confortável com uma vista espetacular da praia de toque toque grande. Funcionários muito educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Ótimo serviço de quarto e praia. Tivemos um problema no check-in que causou um atraso de aproximadamente uma hora em nossa entrada, porém o hotel resolveu prontamente nos liberando para check-out tardio no dia seguinte. Isso nos foi muito proveitoso pois nos deu tempo para aproveitar a praia. Não deixa a desejar em nada, recomendo a estadia.

Linda vista!!!

A pousada possui uma vista maravilhosa, os funcionários são bem atenciosos, em especial o Cristiano, a Marisa, o Lívio e a Socorrinho!
A localização realmente é o diferencial, mas a título de sugestões, acredito que tenham muitas coisas a melhorar, principalmente quando se cobra um valor alto pelas diárias, durante a semana por ser baixa temporada o valor é relativo ao conforto oferecido, mas as diárias do final de semana triplicam de valor e o serviço/conforto não sofrem nenhum upgrade.
Tivemos problema no primeiro dia com o ralo do box, que inundou o banheiro inteiro. As toalhas e a roupa de cama são qualidade baixa, a tolha é dura. O quarto estava com cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã é de razoável para bom, as coisas ficam geladas. A pousada fica na beira da estrada, e toda vez que você chega tem que sair do carro e interfonar para abrir o portão, isso não é prático e muito menos seguro.
Percebemos que os funcionários realmente fazem de tudo para atender a qualquer problema, são muito atenciosos, mas cabe ao dono olhar com cuidado os detalhes pois quando se cobra um valor bem alto pelo serviço, a cobrança do cliente sempre será na mesma proporção.
