Relaxing, Pet-friendly, Pousada in Paradise

My husband, our dog, and I spent Christmas weekend at Hotel Pousada Ilhasol. The room was comfortable and had a small private patio, which was perfect to dry our bathing suits and towels and even better for the dog to be outside off leash. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic and grounds were perfectly maintained with bird guides, a nice in-ground pool and bar. We were even able to bring the dog by the pool while we dipped our feet in. The staff was welcoming too!

Good small bungalows

Next to a waterfall and across the beach makes this hotel a great mom and pop clean hotel. Total ofsux employees make this a very good safe place, breakfast is excellent and complimentary. Sauna and pool are very nice with a swim up bar will give you a tremendous relaxing atmosphere . Rooms are on the small size but who wants to hang out in a room when your in paradise.

Beautiful Grounds, Quiet Location, Helpful People

This pousada is absolutely beautiful on the outside, including a beautiful garden and pool – they even put out fruit every morning to attract tropical birds. The people there are helpful and spoke English, and arranged a tour for me to visit the other side of the island. The room was clean, had good amenities, and had memory-foam pillows. The hotel is located very close to the beach, but in an area that was quiet at night.

Hotel bom, mas precisa de reforma principalmente na área do banheiro do quarto. Ducha sai pouquíssima água, box apertado, pia antiga. Cafe da manhã com poucas opções, bem regrado.
O tamanho do quarto é bom e as camas confortáveis.
A estrutura da parte da piscina, recepcao e estacionamento é ótima.
Funcionários bem atenciosos. O bairro onde fica a pousada é bem tranquilo e próximo a praias importantes de Ilhabela, como a praia do Curral.

A estadia na pousada Ilhasol foi maravilhosa. As areas comuns como piscina, sala de estar sao muito organizadas e relaxantes. A limpeza e o cuidado do ambiente também é de se destacar e os funcionários foram todos muito prestativos e educados.

Péssimo!!

-Logo que chegamos para passar o feriado fomos surpreendidos com uma taxa de pet de R$80/dia por pet (nunca havia visto isso). Pensei que fosse ter algum diferencial de limpeza, mas nada mudou.

-Café da manhã com zero variedade (pão, presunto e queijo apenas), não tinham nem café para oferecer aos hospedes em horários fora do café.

-Quartos pequenos e mal cuidados (tinha até mofo na embalagem de sachê de shampoo que eles deixaram como “brinde”.

-Estacionamento indisponível. Tivemos que parar na rua.

-Fui com os meus pais e nunca tínhamos ficado em um lugar tão ruim. Um arrependimento. Pagamos mais de 3 mil o feriado e o serviço oferecido foi de centavos, lamentável.

Costumo viajar muito e nunca tinha passado por uma experiência tão ruim. Não recomendo para ninguém e esse “hotel” deveria ser banido daqui do site.

Atendimento ok. Area da piscina e arredores é excelente. Aceitam pets pequenos e parece bem confortável para eles. Localização boa, podendo ir a pé para a Praia da Feiticeira mas no momento não há calçadas na avenida. Café da manhã muito simples (pão, bisnaguinha, bolo, queijo, presunto, café, suco, sucrilhos, granola, frutas e iogurte). O quarto é confortável porém escuro, e o interruptor do ar é bem na altura da cabeça na cama, então fica desligando toda hora que encosta. Os banheiros não tem janelas.

Viagem final de semana em Família.

Ja havia me hospedado há 11 anos atrás, gostei e por isso escolhi novamente a pousada. Porém mudou muito a qualidade, tanto no café da manhã, sem muita opções, bem simples. como também recepção sem empatia alguma muito “atendimento robótico”
Obs: Independente do horário de chegada o check in até as 23:30 no máximo, se você mora longe nao tem opção de chegar mais cedo fica complicado e vale ressaltar esse ponto, como também em uma possibilidade de aproveitar um pouco mais a ilha e tentar estender apenas para tomar um banho na pousada e seguir viagem, não há flexibilidade de horários mesmo que nao tenha novos hóspedes para fazer check in e isso poderia ser melhor analisado, mas sei que a pousada não é obrigada a isso, e infelizmente agregou a não querer voltar mais!

Pontos fortes e a serem melhorados

Foi muito boa minha estadia, o atendimento dos meninos da recepção foi excepcional com indicações de locais de passeios, e para comer.
As moças que preparam o café também super atenciosas, ainda mais nos dias onde só tinha eu, meu marido e meu filho, fizeram tudo exclusivamente pra gente.

Só queria dar algumas dicas pra estadia do pessoal ser ainda melhor que a minha.
No café da manha, poderiam colocar pão de queijo, é universal, toda criança gosta..rs
A piscina, senti um pouco suja, poderiam limpar um pouco melhor.
A academia poderiam tirar, por que sem condições os aparelhos. Melhor não ter, do que oferecer, e não conseguirmos utilizar.
Poderiam aproveitar o espaço para ampliação e melhora na sala de jogos.

No mais, todos muito atenciosos e local muito bom.

No geral é uma boa pousada, quartos bem distribuídos e confortáveis, porém é antiga e precisa de algumas reformas. A limpeza da piscina não estava boa. A sala de jogos e sauna ainda estava desativada devido a pandemia. Para fazer o check in antecipado ou tardio é cobrado uma taxa de 30% da diária.

pousada linda, atendimento perfeito, o café da manha com horario agendado muito bom uma pena que não vale para alguns hospedes, nos dois dias que ficamos la o casal ia no horario e permanecia o tempo q queria, isso gerava fila na entrada do cafe. Hotel com diferencial positivo, pois aceita pets, quarto bem limpinho, um pouco distante da praia Feiticeira, mas dá pra ir numa caminhada. Funcionários super gentis.
Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso.
Pontos negativos : a àrea da piscina muito exposta, no meio dos quartos e em meio a area de circulação do hotel.
Poderia ser mais reservada.
O bar do hotel só vende bebidas, não tem nem uma batatinha de saquinho pra vender.
Chuveiro na hora do rusch não esquenta.

Os quartos são bem confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, a piscina é bem limpinha e grande, no demais foi tudo muito agradável, o café da manhã estava muito gostoso diante de toda essa pandemia, com certeza fizeram o melhor que dá para ser feito tudo com muita segurança. Serviço de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, pois foi feito a cada dois dias e como voltávamos da praia, sujava bem. Fiquei triste com a área de jogos e a sauna que estavam fechados, pois acredito que se tivesse a opção de hora marcada, seria possível sim usar esses espaços de forma que fosse higienizado antes, tudo para agradar o hóspede. Pelo preço que é cobrado precisa fazer uma boa reforma nos quartos. Modernizar um pouco mais.
O ventilador de teto só tinha uma velocidade: ultra rápida. Televisão com dupla imagem.
Teve muito barulho de madrugada o que foi terrível para conseguir dormir. Acho que teve festa na vizinhança no dia.
Ponto positivo: bom café da manhã e as áreas comuns, tem uma piscina muito boa.

Hotel é simplesmente delicioso. Tudo bem limpo, piscina é uma delícia... área verde ótima... Os quartos são simples, mas aconchegantes. Café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso. Fica bem localizado e fácil de chegar. Wi-fi teve algumas quedas no quarto que também não tinha sinal de celular.

Muito bom

Fomos na sexta feira, chegamos e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Marcelo, nos deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes, o café da manhã é simples mais muito saboroso e as meninas simpáticas, o quarto muito limpinho e cheiroso.
Uma única dica que daria para melhoria é colocar telas na janela, para que possa ventilar e evitar entras borrachudos.
A ilha é encantadora, estou simplesmente apaixonada, volto com certeza.

Taxa??? Como assim???

Foi decepcionante a minha estadia, pois não havia sinal de Tv nos quartos, o café da manhã era fraco e o pior de tudo, havia uma informação de que se eu colocasse algum produto similar ao oferecido pelo hotel no quarto seria cobrada uma taxa por hóspede.
Já viajei por muitos lugares pelo mundo e no Brasil, me hospedei em centenas de hotéis e em nenhum hotel que me hospedei tinha visto uma informação ou taxa como esta.
