Wifi vraiment pas bon, j'ai dû faire un hotspot avec le réseau de mon cell pour avoir du wifi ok. Cheveux sur le couvre-lit d'un des lits, cheveux dans la douche (pas à moi certain, je suis chauve !). Dommage car la chambre était bien. Mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Check in and check out was easy, the personnes at the reception were very nice.
I had it booked with breakfast, it was very warm in the breakfast room.
Breakfast itself was okay, you have some options to choose.
It would be nice if there would also be some ham or sausages.
The room was very big and clean.
You are not able to open a window since all the rooms are in the first floor.
And the curtains doesn't close fully so if your room is toward the parking you have all night the lights for the parking Shining into your window.

Everything was great, rooms are bigs and very clean.
It's definitively a go back option in the future.
The only negative point is that I stayed during 2 nights and room was not made, we rented two rooms and both were not made and also break fast consisted of industrial juice, coffe, toast / waffle / bagel and butter, peanut butter, strawberry/blue berry or framboise jellys, banana or apple, some cereals and cheese. Do not expect \"live or real food\" like scramble eggs, ham, beacon etc, everything is an out of the box.
Beyond that everyting when great and staff was so nice all the time.

C'était très bruyant ce soir là et le stationnement n'était clairement indiqué pour les clients de l'hotel. Il pourrait y avoir queelques chariots de plus pour transporter nos effets à l'étage. Nous avons du faire plusieurs aller-retour à notre véhicule car le seul chariot était pris et un autre client attendait son tour dans le lobby.

Bien situé, parfait pour un court séjour

Suite familiale, comprenant une chambre fermée en plus de la pièce principale. Cette dernière est un peu sombre puisque l'unique fenêtre se trouve dans la chambre. Toutefois, beaucoup d'espace, ce qui a été apprécié. Hôtel bien situé, à quelques minutes de marche de restos et de la rivière.

Ventilation bruyante et viennoiseries insuffisante

Les bruits de ventilation étaient excessifs pendant la nuit (machines dans les murs) et l’offre de petit déjeuner dans la salle prévue à cet effet était franchement ordinaire, avec des croissants moches et des viennoiserie en si petite quantité qu’il a fallu se contenter des restes après le passage des premiers convives…

Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. Les savons en pompe dans la douche c’est vraiment exécrable et totalement non-sécuritaire. La climatisation ne fournissait pas du tout. Il a fait TRÈS chaud dans la chambre toute la nuit. De plus, cette dernière n’avait pas été démarrée avant mon arrivée. Il faisait 30 degrés dans la chambre à mon arrivée.

We had a very enjoyable stay at your facility.

Even though there are many good restaurants within walking distance I am wondering why Le Kuto (Japanese) had very few customers both times we stayed . Perhaps a more diverse restaurant on the premises would be more convenient and better attended.

Gluten free bread at breakfast would be nice.

deçu de notre séjour

Nous sommes arrivé le samedi soir a 9h30 et c'était remplis de jeune enfants dans les couloirs où notre chambre qui jouait au hockey boule, les parents des enfants étaient assis par terre et consomaient de l'alchool. On parle d'environ 20 à 25 enfants c'était l'enfer comme bruits et notre lit et les lumières sur le mure en vibraient et il avait 2 cadres qui ce deplacaient à cause des coups dans les murs (je n'exagère malheureusement pas..) à 22h jai decidé d'aller à la réception et le jeune homme m'a dit qu'il pouvait pas rien faire mais qu'un agent de securiter arrivait pour 10h15-10h30..en remontant dans la chambre jai décider d'aller parler au parents des enfants qui n'étaient pas trop compréhensifs. Ils m'ont dit que dans 5 a 10m ils allaient se coucher, jai demander si sa recomencerai le lendemain matin et ils m'ont confirmé que non, mais a 8h le lendemain matin cetait un autre match d'hockey et encore plus bruillant vu quil etait tous reposés. Ça nous a reveillé pas mal de mauvaise humeur.. ça fait 2 jours et j'attands toujours mon remboursement étant donné que nous n'ayons pas eut le service supposé dans un hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days to discover the Lac Saint-Jean area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the water in Saint-Gédéon. It was nice to come back after a day of kayaking to a clean room with good beds. Air conditioning was great as it was 30 degrees when we were there. There are a few restaurants a few steps away and there is even a tartar restaurant in the restaurant and it was the best salmon and tuna tartar I had ever had (great poke bowls).

Hotel non conçu pour les familles

Une réception isolée dans un bâtiment partagé, ça ce n'est pas un hôtel de la qualité travelodge. pour se rendre à la réception il faut prend l'ascenseur dans un hall partagé par d'autres commerces et après monter à la première étage où on se sens perdu. L'hôtel a été rénové mais pas accueillant. Pour le ménage il faut attendre qu'on finis le séjour. personne peut faire le ménage disons après la deuxième nuit. Mauvaise attention à la réception.

The room were spacious and the Hotel is within walking distance of Restaurants, Cafe, Bars etc. No need to take the car out for dinner. The rooms were renovated but the rest of the building is older and might need a little work. The restaurant in the building was closed unfortunately.

Great location in Alma, clean and confortable room

Well located in the center of town. The building itself didn't seem welcoming as it's pretty dated and there's other offices on the main floor but the rooms themselves were modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean overall. We had a breakfast box which was a nice touch considering we stayed just after the pandemic lockdown.

Good overnight stop.

Okay for a one night stay. Staff were not very welcoming. It seemed like the place was a ghost town. Good food nearby. Room was clean and efficient. Took forever to get hot water into the bathroom. Maybe just a problem during my stay?
