I am writing to formally document the egregious treatment and systemic service failures I experienced during my stay from June 1, 2026, to June 5, 2026. My time at your property was marred by gross negligence, broken promises, and discriminatory behavior that falls far below the standards of a luxury establishment.
The failures during my stay were pervasive:
* **Front Desk Negligence and Breach of Agreement:** I endured two nights of severely interrupted sleep due to disturbances in the hallways at midnight and 2:00 a.m.. When I reported this, I was ignored on one occasion and hung up on during the second. While the front desk explicitly agreed to correct the room charges upon my checkout, they are now refusing to honor that commitment.
* **Dining Service Failures:** We were ignored at two separate restaurants on your property. At one location, we were served cold food, and I was forced to actively seek out a server just to receive assistance. While one of these instances was eventually refunded, the other remains unaddressed.
* **Discriminatory Treatment:** As a Korean adoptee, I traveled to Korea to grieve the loss of my father, only to be met with discriminatory treatment for being a non-Korean speaking Korean. To be treated as a second-class citizen while attempting to connect with my roots was deeply traumatic and made it impossible to find the peace I sought.

- Club Lounge staff amazing.
- 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them.
- Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd.
- The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days

The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order).

The hotel itself is beautiful—right by the ocean with stunning views. However, the staff don’t seem as well trained as I expected. It’s not that they are bad, but compared to other places, they don’t feel very professional.

Also, when I first arrived, it was quite difficult to find the main entrance and front desk. I had to carry my luggage around and spent a lot of time figuring out where to go, which was inconvenient.

That said, the hotel is quite unique, and the scenery alone makes it worth visiting thought

At check-in, they required a confirmation email, but I didn’t have internet access, so it took a long time. I showed my ID and confirmation number, which is usually enough at other hotels, but it was not accepted. I was traveling with my elderly mother, which made it more difficult. I wish this had been communicated in advance.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

Right now, the hotel has opted to turn off the central air-conditioning in the main part of the hotel, including the hotel rooms. The hotel staff provided some fans for the rooms. It was uncomfortable and very stuffy despite it being much cooler outside. Also, request a high floor. The hotel blasts Christmas music in the outside area til late at night, and its hard to sleep. Would not recommend going this time of year. Otherwise, a pretty hotel and location.

Overrated hotel with disappointing experience

Overall, I was very disappointed.

• The balcony door did not lock properly, which made me feel unsafe.

• There was no decaffeinated coffee provided in the room.

• At the breakfast buffet, I requested a hot latte, but was served a lukewarm one with cold milk instead.

• The air conditioner did not work properly, and the room was very stuffy and hot — especially since the room faced east.

• In the sauna, when I tried to drink a second bottle of water, the staff stared at me as if I were stealing it and told me that guests were allowed only one bottle.

Overall, this hotel is clearly overrated and does not meet the standards expected for its reputation. The bottom line is this is not five star hotel.

Facilities and Rooms are breathtaking, Water House, Gym, Restaurants. However, as an experienced world traveler, there are a few critical things that they need to work on:
1) Not all areas are wheelchair accessible. No signs for ramps, doors to the Ananti Town are all manual, and forget using the Water House (which is incredible btw) unless you can somehow climb lots of stairs.
2) Very limited English speaking staff, surprising for such a high end 5-star hotel with plenty of foreigners. Google translate is a must if you don’t speak Korean. Even then, the interactions are awkward.
3) No a la carte breakfast options before 10am at the restaurants/cafes, Either you get the full buffet breakfast at the restaurant (expensive), or you have to get room service.
4) Front desk service very limited. At check in we got a sheet with some basic information about facilities and restaurants, a map (the hotel is huge), but no guidance as to what the options were for dining, hotel highlights, etc. It’s as though the staff is trained to minimize their engagement with the guests.
5) Ordering room service is complicated and not time reliable. You can’t simply call and order the menu, or easily use a tv, phone, or pad.
6) If you need a wheelchair, you must “go and get it” from the concierge. They won’t bring it to you. That’s right, WALK to get the wheelchair you need because you can’t walk well or at all.

Overall an impressive hotel, but the service and communication is sorely lacking.

This place is gorgeous, the rooms were amazing. I didn't like the surprise 200K KRW/night security deposit; wouldn't have minded if it was included in any of the information provided. Also not the best location for exploring Busan, kinda removed from the happenings. Close to the premium outlets and Haedong Yonggungsa.

The room was clean and the crews were such kind that I'm impressed with their service.
The scenery was totally excellent.

However, there are some problems.

1. The RIM membership wasn't seemlessly synchronized when the reservation was done at the 3rd party service, such as hotels.com.

Thus the reservation number of the Ananti service for authentication didn't work until the crews fixed it manually.

2. The Ananti app has poor user experiences that show so much promotions not cocerned with my stay, confusing me regarding how I can use it for my purpose, such as ordering inroom dining.

The stay was amazing. The only complaint I have was the room service. Ordered food and only received one order due to the second order continuing to get cancelled with no communication. When talking to the front desk to try to see what was going on, was told the kitchen was closed when the order was placed over an hour before room service stopped for the night.

Amenity experience was bad as they have frequent break time to limit the use and close too early. Restaurants close early and there is limited food service within the resort. Room service takes forever and my kids had to starve after pool play.

A beautiful hotel with great view and a coastal hiking trail. The room is spacious with a bathtub overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, all the facilities are chargeable eg Waterhouse with pool. The hotel is staffed by a very young group lacking in international experience.

The hotel was a bit out of the way but worth the drive if you like to open the window to the sound of waves and the view of the wide ocean just in front of your balcony. There is a small \"town\" area at the ground of the property with restaurant, cafe and convenient store. Nice if you just want to stay and relax at the hotel. There are restaurants nearby but you will have to take a car to go out. Would be helpful if the staffs were more fluent in English. Sometimes you have to explain a few times for them to get what you're saying.

There was no separate vanity and chair in the bathroom, and the bathtub was a bit slippery and wide, making it inconvenient to use.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan and has glass walls and doors, but needs more covering.
Additionally, the chairs in the bedroom were very old and there was no comfortable sofa, which was disappointing considering the cost of a hotel stay.

The overall size of the room was large, but it was disappointing that the space between the bedroom and bathroom was not utilized well.

2인으로 예약하니 룸이 보여 2인으로 예약하고 호텔측 전화해서 성인 2 아이 2 숙박 가능하냐고 확인함
2룸으로 체크인시 도와주겠다고 하였으나, 당일 만석으로 킹베드밖에 없다고함.
침구가 매우 눅눅하고 날파리 같은게 있음
아이들 썬번이 심해서 알로에 겔 추가 문의 하니 방당 1개밖에 제공안된다고 딱 잘라 말함
성수기에 돈은 돈대로 쓰고 서비스는 엉망이고 여러가지로 좋지 않은 추억만 쌓임
수영장 이용 시 안내요원이 돈있는 사람만 카바나 이용한다는 말을 다른 고객들한테 하는걸 들음. 썬베드가 자리가 있는데 굳이 카바나를 이용하겠습니까? 설사 그렇다하더라도 잘못된 언행 아닙니까?

There is a construction going on on the ocean view side. From 9in the morning you were hear grinding and drilling sound until 6 PM. It’ll be a smart move to make a reservation on the mountain view. It’ll be very hard to relax if you stay on the ocean view side.

El hotel está muy cerca del templo Haedong Yonggungsa.
La habitación era espectacular, diseño zen, amplia, con vistas al mar.
El desayuno de calidad y muy variado, pero tienen mal dimensionado el lugar para tantos huéspedes y a veces hay cola.
Hemos cenado en la Executive lounge, con una calidad aceptable y unas bonitas vistas.
El personal ha sido amable en todo momento y el nivel de limpieza era exquisito.
Ojo con el checkout (11AM). Son muy estrictos y tuvimos que pagar una hora extra por unos minutos de retraso.

ホテルの位地的にもっぱら移動はタクシーを利用しましたが不便はなかったです。
緑、海に囲まれ、海辺を散歩したり、cafeでゆっくり美味しいコーヒーに癒されて、非日常を過ごすことができました。
客室のインテリアも落ち着いた雰囲気で照明もステキでした。
また釜山に来るときに利用したいです。

チェックインの1時間前に入室させていただきました。ありがたく思いました。ホテル内の施設は十分な程整っており、清潔で良かったです。
ライブの為に利用したのですが、遅くに最寄りの駅まで帰りましたが、タクシーも全くなくて、歩くには遠すぎ、交通の便が悪い点が残念でした。

객실이 넓고 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있습니다. 다만 3인으로 추가 비용을 지불하였는데 어메니티의 경우 2인과 똑같이 구성되어 있고 욕조에서 사용할 수 있는 솔트도 하나밖에 없어서 아쉽습니다. 엘리베이터를 오래 기다려야 하는 단점이 있습니다. 계단을 이용할 수 있는데 계단이 더럽습니다. 주변 시설과 경관은 훌륭합니다.
