I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western

Black mold on the walls, mold in the refrigerator from being unplugged with stagnant water inside. Floor is filthy with used q-tips next to the bed. Bathroom has humidity damage. Unhelpful staff. Not enough towels for 4 people. Very bad.

My friend and I booked this room as a place to stay to take a break in the middle of traveling. When we booked the room we did not read reviews first, after booking we checked the reviews and were horrified. We did not want to stay here after seeing the reviews but with what little time we had left we decided to check it out anyways. We were shocked with the cleanliness of the room, thinking it would be way worse given what we read. There was no bad smells like people where saying. The bedding was clean, the room was cozy, only complaint I have is with the bathroom. The bath tub looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a while, we were not planning on using it to begin with but if I had to I would not have used it. This is a very cheap motel, you get what you paid for. Given how cheap it was I really cannot complain, everyone leaving horrible reviews are likely people expecting a 5 star hotel. Again, you get what you pay for. We would stay here again if needed

No one there when i tried to check in, didn't answer a phone., if zero was perfect they nailed it. In the future i will tell anyone that will listen do not give these people your money. I travel for my work and in 20 years this is the worst experience ended up having to sleep in my vehicle

Rude staff. Room was extremely unhygienic, unhealthy and extremely dirty with semen stains and bodily fluids all over the room and bed cover and pillows. Worker refused to provide clean sheets and refuses to provide better pillows than the two flat pillows in the room. Extremely unprofessional customer service and the worker confronted me upon calling out how unclean the room was.

The firstbroom they gave me was freezing. The baseboard heater looked like someone beat the daylights out of it. I was reluctantly given another room. That room was much nicer, warm and decent. I needed a basic inexpensive room. I got one!

No hot water, hot side of tap in the sink didn't even turn on. Bathroom door didn't close well. Only the lock on the knob, no chain - felt very unsafe. Stairs up to 2nd floor are very old and rickety. Went to check out at 9am (there's a fee if you checkout after 11am) and reception was locked with a nite to ring bell or call # - there was no bell and had to call # twice to get an answer. We were told 10-15 minutes for him to get there, when we told him that wasn't okay, we needed to check out and get going he wanted us to just leave the key. We reminded him we paid a cash deposit we needed back so he uped his timeline to 5-7 minutes. We had to sit in our car to keep warm while we waited.

Room was updated, clean and comfortable.
The main area of the rooms layout was a bit weird as the tv was beside the bed instead of at the end of it. The seperate bedroom was extremely convenient having a little one with us. For the price it was pretty decent over all. My only complaint was the unfriendly staff.

The motel was easy to find. Check-in was fast. The room and bed linen was clean, not worn out. The bathroom was recently renovated. There was a refrigerator and a microwave oven for use.

Decent place for a sleep. But you are stranded in the middle of nowhere so if you don’t have a car you’re reliant on food deliveries as there is no restaurant on site. You get for what you pay for. Also the showers have weak pressure and the heat is on mild so no hot shower for too long.

This is the only photo I have, but it is enough to tell you what the rest of the room looks like. It's a cheap place only an hour outside of Toronto, but it's ridiculously overpriced for the quality of stay. Save yourself the discomfort and pay a bit more to stay somewhere else.

While acknowledging the value proposition, the delivered experience fell very short of expectations. Spent almost 5 minutues waiting for someone to come down for the reception. Then told \"your check in is 3\" when i sent email with zero responce a week prior that id be arriving early. Then they proceeded to hand a key.

Upon arrival in room, a damaged wall near the door was observed. Further inspection revealed multiple womens hair on the comforter and linens, necessitating the purchase of a replacement blanket as we would not sleep under them.

The following two mornings, a cold shower was experienced after a ten-minute wait.

Additionally, the one faucet tap in the sink near the refrigerator was non-functional.

Before leaving, additional hair was discovered on the bed when i removed the conforter for a final check, indicating that the linens were not changed.

Consequently, this establishment will not be recommended, and future stays is not anticipated.

Rooms online were 110 plus taxes, so comes up to 122 roughly. I called the guy at the main office and he stated 130. But when I went to pay it was suddenly $146? I get into the room and its NOT CLEANED. The pillows have prints and the sheets are dirty, shower curtain has a big mark going down it, and the tub is not clean. Im very discouraged with my stay.

This was an alternative to sleeping in a tent, so the expectation was low. It satisfied the requirement. Nothing seriously wrong with the room, but, no Telus phone service, TV struggled to keep with the cable network on Tubi, had to run hot water for 4 or 5 minutes to heat up for a shower. The room had a fridge, but no glasses for water, no closet or hooks to hang anything.
Table and chairs were comfortable, mattress and bedding no complaints.
The front desk reception was difficult. I asked for a room bill and was told I could only receive on email. Room rate was not as expected despite booking with Expedia. We were told there was WiFi available but were not offered anyway to connect to it. When I went back to the office, the outside door was lock and there was a sign on the window saying, \"ring the bell,\" that was on the wall inside the locked lobby.
Coffee station in the lobby was inaccessible in the morning as the door was still locked both days. (Suggest we could call the \"emergency number\" but would have had to drive 4 kms to town to get cell service.
Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed.

The guy claiming hunself to be the Manager, Simran has been very rude, declined my servuce dog inspite havung a letter from my doctor and made me pay $30 a night for my SD. Any complains or concerns i made, he ssid it was all my fault, i was lying and its my responsibility even though he kept making excuses for everything. Threatened to cancel my booking. Not even an apology, just excuses. Himself and his wife were not on the same page about any management. He said one thing, she said another. When confronted, again blames and excuses were thrown at me. Wouldn't accept my resquest to clean my room saying it can only be done once in 4 stays! Refused to speak with anyone above him. I had to feed my dog in the parking lot due to him taking over an hour to resolve the issue after threatening to cancel my booking. I booked for 3 nights a supreme king room, 1st night I was forced to take a queen room for which the stairs were unsafe, the light switch in the room didnt work. There was a telly but nowhere to sit to watch. Cables sticking out of the wall. The king room we mived to the next day, fridge was leaking. Bathroom needed a big time uodate as everything was falling apart. And the list goes on. However, the worst was how he treated his customers including myself.

Just the host isn't very friendly, the shower head was mounted wrong so hot is cold and cold is hot and the tv doesn't work. Simple stuff. Then I told him I'll be back in a week to book another room if he could hold the stuff I forgot for me and he said no; he'll only wait 2 days then he'll \"throw my things out\". 😆.... Guess I'm definitely not coming back.

We stayed here for three nights when in Caledon for a tournament. I am rating this motel pretty high because honestly it was a lot better than I was expecting for a little road-side motel. They are obviously trying to improve it. The room we were in was recently renovated and was a pleasant surprise. The mattresses were very comfortable! I will definitely stay here the next time I need to go to Caledon.

That said, there are a few things that could use improvement. The bottom sheets were too small for the mattress so were not tucked under and did not hold at all. The comforters are quite old and should be replaced. The blind on the front window does provide good privacy but barely blocks any light so even the exterior lights at night shine through. They need some heavy light blocking curtains. In the bathroom there were only two small thin towels and a single face cloth provided and no hand towels. Also only a single small tube of shampoo. The shower doors aren't installed quite square so one will not hold closed properly and kept sliding open. Reversing the door orientation fixed this, but they should still be fixed. Also they are currently renovating the office so when checking in and checking out it was difficult to find the staff.

Despite all this, for the price compared to other hotels in the area and the fact that it was better than I was expecting, I will not hesitate to book this place again.
