Great location

The property being fairly new was in good condition. The staff were friendly and prompt. The room was clean, large and fresh. Will be staying again!
Sarah
I liked the outdoor seating areas and fire pit. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked having the kitchen and access to the hot plate/pots/pans to cook my own food. The breakfast was good and had some healthy options. I liked that there was coffee and tea available in the lobby all the time. There were lots of environmentally friendly aspects of the hotel which was nice. I thought it was a good hotel would stay again.

The sense of the sense of comfort and welcomeness improve. I could not find a single thing that was not perfect
Rebecca
Perfect location. Breakfast was not our favourite - egg sandwich stuff overcooked. Allergies in our party and resulted in one person not being able to eat as everyone grabbed with the same tongs

We love dthe Home 2 suites hotels. Always great staff and we love having the extra room. Well worth a visit
Ergham
The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was not good specially the lukewarm weird taste coffee.
Zaikra
The hotel is great the only complaint is the lack of cleaning during longer term stays. I had to buy a vacuum to clean my own room.

We had a great stay at Home2 Suites in Milton! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. The kids especially loved the pool, and we really enjoyed having access to the gym as well. The breakfast was definitely the best part of the stay — the food was fresh and very good. We would definitely stay here again!
David
The bed and room were great. I did however find that the property did need a good cleaning. The walls, tables, floors and furniture had stains and grime. If these were taken care of I would definitely rate this property a five star.

There were renovations during my stay, with terrible noise starting from 9:00 AM that made it impossible to stay in the room. I had to find another place to be during the day. It was very unpleasant. The staff tried to help by offering another room, but it was not comfortable. No compensation was offered by the staff.
Susan
Clean room and pleasant staff
Barry
Nice clean place to stay. Staff very friendly

The rooms have walk in showers only. I needed a room with a bathtub as I was travelling with my 3 year old. After multiple phone calls to the front desk and waiting for an answer if they could accommodate. They were able to move my room but went from a room with a king bed to a room with one double bed. Was very tight quarters for sleeping. But was the only option to be able to bathe my child. Not a very family friendly option

Lobby was under construction and drywall dust was everywhere

Rooms were ready, clean and full of extras. All the amenities of home. Bed was very comfrotable. Breakfast was basic but hot and tasty. Tonnes of parking. Loads of comfortable room for our whole party. Staff were kind, helpful and courteous. Bathroom extremely clean, fully stocked and good hot shower.
Overall a great stay and would again!

Many things were excellent. However the bathroom door would not close… the coffee maker did not work and there was no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. Some regular maintenance needed here.

All was good except for the construction noise. It would have been nice for the hotel to inform us and offer another room prior to our stay
David
Convenient and clean hotel near highway. Perfect for a 1 night stop.

This was my second stay in this hotel in a period of 5 weeks. Even though my rooom number and floor was different from last time, I was able to enjoy the the large king suite which was nearly identical. It has many conveniences of being at home like the large refrigerator /freezer microwave full set of dishes and flatware ,sink dishwasher etc. Super clean restroom with plenty of towels. The large tv and sofa plus the pull out desk/table makes coming back to the room from my busy day and being able to relax, great.
All I needed was a recliner. The staff was great, friendly and very responsive to my needs. When I'm in the area again, i will definitely be back to stay
Thank you to all

Nice place. Lots of areas to sit in lobby but not a lot of room for breakfast. Slow to bring amenities to room, like hours and never received a service of room in 3 night stay.
Also garbages in halls were full and not attended too.

Staff are nice, clean room

No USB plug in room except in TV, seems strange these days to not have charge ports in rooms. Hotel had none to borrow had to go out and purchase plug 10 minutes before stores closed.. Corners of bathroom not clean. Breakfast ok, but hot items were cold. Tiny creamers for coffee which is not very environmentally friendly.
Daniele
Hard to get good rest with hockey teams young players running, yelling playing knocking at doors in late evening.!

Stayed overnight for business. Easy free parking and friendly staff. Love the free continental breakfast that’s included- bacon, eggs, bread, oatmeal, yogurt and 24hr coffee & tea in lobby. Room is very clean. AC a little humming sound but I like the white noise to help sleep. Good value and clean bed & towels.
Neha
The bathroom door wasn’t functioning properly, and the body wash bottle was empty when I arrived. Overall, the room service was not very satisfactory.
Sylvia
The breakfast was not good at all.

The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, but the bed was nice.
The pool deck was very slippery, and my grandson almost fell several times. It would have been good to have towels available close to the pool.
In the bathroom, the toilet tissue dispenser was in a very awkward place, requiring one to reach back to access the paper—very difficult for anyone with shoulder issues. For the money, it certainly was underwhelming.

Convenient having the laundry services available. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was nice and clean with the added benefit of plates, silverware, sink and full fridge available. Would stay again
Paula
The room was so clean and fresh. Beds were amazing and kitchenette was a real bonus. Bathroom was beautiful and well equipped w/toiletries and towels. Breakfast bar was great along with eating areas. I’m very picky and could not find one thing to complain about during our stay. Staff was wonderful.

Check in was advertised as 3:00 PM. Parking was lot almost empty when we arrived at 4:00 PM but our room was not ready. Short staffed in housekeeping I suspect. After a flurry of activity we finally were assigned a similar room within 15 minutes. Front desk staff need coaching on customer service protocols.

Fantastic stay. The hotel and room were incredibly clean. The bed was really comfortable. This is by far the best hotel we've stayed at all year.

We booked our stay for a soccer tournament. The Reception staff were excellent and friendly. The BBQs available at the hotel made for a wonderful experience for the team. Definitely would stay there again for a tournament.
Valentin
The hotel is very clean and nice. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The hotel breakfast could use some improvement.
