Clean, the most comfortable mattresses you will find. The staff helped me so much when Expedia messed up the booking when they booked me a room that sleeps only 4 but the booking was for 5, and the staff went out of their way and got me a new bed just to keep us delighted. Thank you

Perfect location near Pearson airport and 401 highway to Toronto. You can take the GO train from Clarkson and there is free parking. No noise and Tim Hortons nearby. Very spacious room for a fantastic price. Lobby looks like a cruise ship and you can easily dine there. Parking in a safe zone.

No porter. No room service. The lobby was extremely hot. No decent breakfast to order. It looks rundown. The room we had was very noisy road traffic and there is no cross air window to be open.

Safe & quiet location. Hotel was clean. Suite was spacious with all basic amenities in the room. Staff was very helpful. The only reason, I didn't do 5-star is because of their lack of transparency. Hotel front has construction in-progress. Also, we were told that the pool is under maintenance but I didn't notice anything as such .. We were offered to go next door in a sister property as an alternate BUT Hotel Management SHOULD mention it on their webpage as a message of work in-progress or pool under maintenance. Now, you as a prospective customer can make your own opinion on it ... Our overall stay was good.
Alexandr
Very fresh and clean hotel

Parking was easy! Staff was nice! I just wish there was food available for those who sleep in! Be aware, the restaurant closes early!

Currently under construction. Room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a plus. The shower faucet fell off when I tried to use it luckily it was an easy fix.

As always, I find the front staff pleasent and it was a surprise to have a hot tub in my room, which was much needed after a long day of travel.
Monica
The customer service from the staff was outstanding. It was a last minute booking and I made a mistake with my entries. The hotel staff knew exactly what to do to resolve it and guided me through the process. The room was clean and lovely and we took advantage of the little restaurant on the premises. The parking was cleared of snow before we left in the morning. Thank again to all the staff for their hard work.

The service was very bad, the heating system was not working well and they changed my room, but the heating system was not working well and no service technician came after midnight, so I booked the room for 3 days and stayed only one night and had to leave the hotel.
Also. Very poor and bad service for breakfast.
Unfortunately this service is not up to the standard of a Marriott hotel.

Room was clean and nice to have breakfast \"bar\" and Starbucks coffee

I really like this hotel although they are under construction (it didn’t say that when I booked though, it should warn guests… I would have still chosen to stay here, but just a heads up is nice) Anyway I enjoyed myself here, I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because their sofa and ottoman need cleaning. They’re pretty dirty, either have it cleaned or replace them.
Elisabeth
You must be careful reserving this hotel because it does say that there is breakfast. However, it is not included in the stay which caught me off guard when I went downstairs to eat in the morning. Other than that the room and staff are very nice and always ready to meet the clients needs

Ate at the Chuck Road House, Great Food and under 5 Minutes Drive From the hotel.
