Room was clean but the beds old and uncomfortable. Also noisy every time you flipped sides. Pool was nice but cold. Staff was very friendly and polite

We were happy with the location and room. We especially liked the personal feeling from staff which is why we will return when we decide to stay in Mississauga.
Srey
The bed was awful. Every time I sat on the bed, it made a very loud squeaky noise. I asked the front desk to witness the squeaky noise and he showed me another room but it is still the same. I had never experienced this kind of bed even in the motel. I will never want to book at Hampton again. It is very disappointing. I have video to show but not photo as it does not tell the story.

The location is great—it’s within walking distance of fast food restaurants, grocery stores, Pharmaprix, and has easy access to public transit.
A couple of things to note: the bedding wasn’t changed because I had made the bed before housekeeping came, and the pool water was very cold.
If you’re looking for something to do nearby, Erindale Park is absolutely beautiful. You can rent e-bikes or scooters and enjoy a scenic ride through the park. Overall, the area is convenient and has a lot to offer.

Polite staff, easy check-in... I would stay there again.

Stuffs are really friendly and easy to communicate. However, the room... Maybe Because it's old building? The fridge make sound, The air condition doesn't work... Maybe that's the reason the stuff was friendly I think

The Beds are old and should be changed, I stayed at multiple rooms and all room beds seem to dip in the middle.

We always appreciate Hampton Inn beds and pillows. The fitness center was clean. The breakfast was good.
Kaijun
This hotel is in fair condition but definitely feels old. The breakfast was just so-so without much variety, and the air conditioner in our room was so loud it sounded like a tank when it started up. On the positive side, it is right near the highway, which was very convenient for our travel plans. Probably wouldn't stay long-term, but okay for a quick night.
Rubina
We had a very nice trip. They make sure their customers are valued and satisfied.

This hotel was excellent! The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and made my stay very comfortable.
What was disappointing was Expedia. I would not recommend booking through them. My card was overcharged, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was unable to get a refund. Expedia repeatedly blamed the bank, but no solution was provided.
I spoke with at least 10 different representatives virtually none of them were able to properly address or resolve the overcharge. The customer service experience with Expedia was extremely frustrating.
The hotel deserves 5 stars, but Expedia's service was very disappointing and terrible.

Hi , you have such a beautiful service but , you guys have to separate the eggs from sausage and an meat because we are as a Muslim we couldn’t eat anything catch the meat if it’s not Halal so you have to separate the eggs from the meat and breakfast thank you

Overall was a good stay, comfortable. I have definitely stayed at far better Hampton Inns. Breakfast was good with variety. I requested adjoining rooms and they did not give it to me. That was inconvenient for my family of 6. Rooms were okay a little dated but overall comfortable.
Lisa
Staff were amazing. Room was clean. Unfortunately when we went to get our car at 6am to go back home it was stolen.

Great place to stay if you need to be in Mississauga or the downtown Toronto area.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, we were told to go in anyway, and the maid was still cleaning, and when she vacuumed our baby got scared. The cleaning took 20 min more after we checked in, which threw us off our schedule and we had to hurry now with a fussy baby, and that extra time meant we were caught in peak hour traffic and were late to the wedding we were attending, to which we arrived now with a bawling baby.
Then when we were back, we finally got the baby to sleep and people (pretty sure security) were chatting by our door for like an hour and almost woke the baby up several times, also not letting us fall asleep. I do think the room we were given was not the best choice as it was immediately off the elevators. Knowing we were bringing in an infant (She was part of the reservation) I do think they should have given us a room in a less transited area.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was great, I just think their organization was very off, making us even consider checking out at midnight and doing the 2 hour drive home at that time.

The hotel is well located off the highway. Staff were not hospitable - quite rude and unaccomodating. The breakfast bar had virtually nothing if you came 20 minutes to closing time which is 11 am. Hotel requires a lot of renovating and for the price there are nicer hotels in the area. There is adequate parking around the back but can be full at certain times.
Catherine
Excellent front desk folks. Very welcoming and helpful. Clean, fairly quiet, everything worked.
Philip

Hot tub was great. wish bubble soap was provided. staffs were mostly excellent except for the breakfast lady, who was very short and authorities. I believe she was there for a long time and thought she owns the place. otherwise everyone else were great. I celebrated my birthday their and upon check in, receptionist gave me bottles of water and some snacks which was throughfall.

The property looks old but the room was clean. There was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. I am not sure what it was but it sounded like fan running and couldn’t sleep. Otherwise overall it was good. The manager was friendly.
Catherine
Not modern, no options for celica at breakfast, some what clean in the room lots of parking
Rabea
Amazing staff, parking and breakfast is good but one problem they should keep egg and beacon on separate tables so others can feel way easy to eat. Otherwise gr8 place to stay with family and friends.

Very happy with our stay at this location, very friendly staff, great breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. Staff always smiled and said good morning. Property was clean and modern. Rooms large, spacious and clean. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not made up the next day, I meant to ask if this was their policy as I see this a lot of Toronto hotels but front desk immediately gave us clean towels when we asked. We had partly choose this location for its pool and note the pool was cool at best.
Ricky
One of the best hotels Ive stayed in a while. Exceptional service. Staff was smiling and very helpful. Very clean.
Kirsten
We only stayed over one quick night, but it was great! The facility was clean, the room is a great size, comfy beds, and a great complementary breakfast in the morning. And the staff we encountered were awesome. We liked it so much. We are staying there again in July when we are in the area for a concert. 🤘

Room was clean, but dated. Obvious repairs to damaged walls. Old furniture. Beds are very comfortable.

The room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable.
There was a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast choices. My daughter has a special diet and they were very accommodating. The hotel is in a convenient location close to the highway.

First of all room was convenient. Hotel kitchen serving lady Shameeza was so kind , always greet with smiley face, helped me and everyone with serving breakfast, in my case I had a hand surgery , she was so kind making my waffles and serving food. Other staff members, Gurvinder , Dinal, Priya and Simran were nice and ready to provide quick service. Thanks for everything.
Karen
staff was lovely, room was clean, let us have a little later check out.
Celus
Some improvements needed in the bathroom. Valve head for toilet was broken. Team members were nice.
My wife’s fan was left on the bed, there was no courtesy call from the hotel informing us about it.

Loved the towels and pillows in the room. The morning front desk staff here were friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. Breakfast was wonderful, and the lovely breakfast lady put so much care into the variety of meals and snacks she prepared. Everyone was incredibly generous and made me feel well taken care of throughout my 2-day stay. I’ll be back.

The amenities this hotel has no parking. and they will call by law and you will get a ticket. They allowed big box trucks to park in their lot which take up multiple parking spaces and they don’t have enough parking for the amount of rooms the hotel offers. I was very disappointed and will not be staying at this hotel again.
