It was greta experience!!
Eric
All was good however, the room was musty & damp with a very noticeable smell which I assume was from the AC.
Yun
Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and well maintained. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast, no complaints. Location is good, close to GO station and highway. Lot of restaurants nearby.
William
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room was clean and bright. Bathroom was spotless and soaps/shampoo was well supplied. Bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was more than ample.. large selection .
Front deck management went over and above with help when I left my wallet behind in the room. They packaged my wallet in a box and I emailed a FedEx waybill to him. Package arrived the following morning. Thanks again!

Our stay at the Inn was good. The only issue we had was the bathroom fan; it was too loud.
Sahara
just meh all around tbh would go else where

Their rooms on level 1 aka basement are very musty. We asked to move up on day 2 and they were really nice and cooperative to move us to a higher floor. Breakfast was okay 5/10. We got what we paid for though. Not sure if I would call it a 3 star hotel. A clean place to stay for most part. I would go again at the right price.
Lori

I would like to file a complaint. My bed was dirty with food crumbs in between the sheets
On the bed and blood type stains.
And I wasn’t compensated.
Monte Carlo is a kinda supposed to be nice cause they have things like jet tuna in the rooms. But no carpet in rooms and low water pressure in shower and insects I’ve seen in the one night. The women couldn’t sleep.

I just needed a clean, soft bed after a day of work far from home... a/c worked. shower worked. it worked well.
I didn't use any amenities really... parking was good.
Zero Carb breakfast was available: hard boiled eggs and butter.

The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and front desk, especially. The breakfast Continental was pretty good and free. Parking is always amazing.!!! always like this place. The only thing is it needs to be updated upgraded to a modern touch. The curtain in my room on 102. Is not closing properly it needs to be fixed.
Other than that, I had a great day thank you very much!!!

The rooms were perfectly fine and adequate, and the inclusive breakfast was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful.
However: the trash can right at the entrance to the place was overflowing for our entire stay. We checked in on Sunday evening around 3pm, by Monday morning 8am it was still overflowing.
The one room didn't have an extraction fan in the bathroom, so showering or bathing would leave so much humidity in the room.

The property is old, locate side of high way, very convenient. Parking easy, lots of space. The room is clean, and staff are friendly. Good experience stay.
Luciano
My room had a sweaty smell in it, and there was a constant clicking outside the door of my room all night. Horrible sleep.

The hotel smelled musty the clothes in my bag were damp and began to smell bad. My daughter put a bun on a table about an hour later she went back to eat it she took a bite and it had ants all over it. The vending machine does not work we heard another guest come down to tell them the toilet in her room was leaking. This hotel is old and you can tall it hasn't been well cared for. Customer service is non existent.
Ramona
Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, nice location.
Pavneet
The stay was alright, I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have a vehicle as the area is rather quiet and there’s no proper side walk to even walk on to get to the GO station. There was leaking from the toilet and sink and house keeping would just clean it and never do anything to fix it. Besides that the room was clean and staff was nice.
Tiffany
Overall a great stay! I stayed in room 106 it was the standard queen room. Clean, no smells, ac was powerful, great amount of space. The staff were helpful when needed and not invasive. They were willing to get the room ready y when I arrive 1.5 hours early. Breakfast was simple but not crowded at 9am. Will stay again!
Bernie
Breakfast was good. No restaurant.
Roselouise
The housekeeping needed to do a more through job cleaning. Did let the front desk know about the issues we had. It didn't affect our stay but other ppl would of been very upset about it.
Christopher
Was disappointed that the restaurant is no longer open, otherwise the stay was good.
Eric
Staff , housekeeping using elevator with buggies while guests in elevator .
Housekeeping left dirty dishes in room after there cleaning .
Bathtub drain clogged , tub filled during shower

The hotel has a nice location and the breakfast is OK but the room was very stinky and the bathroom washer was getting backed up and plugged so I asked him to fix it they said they were they didn’t but we left us at the next morning I mean it’s an OK nothing special
TOM
Staff was very friendly, location was easily accessible from the 403 highway, close to downtown Toronto (20 min), breakfast options could have been better but won't discourage this American from returning.
Henry
Continental breakfast parking now on check-in was not that great the person checking me in did not know what he was doing. Got all the way to our room, then got a call and had to go back to check in and do it all over again was not impressed. Other than that I would go back there.
David
The property was nice. Check in staff were distracted and disinterested. The room was serviceable - ironing board was broken and I needed to use it. There were hairs on the sheets and in the shower - attention to detail on cleaning was lacking. My visit was just \"ok\".
Vicki
Awesome stay - great value and breakfast!
Claudette
The staff is amazing! All staff we met were friendly, willing to help with anything and just very kind. We were always greeted with a smile.
The suites were spacious and very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order, the tv, the lights, the plugs…
Best of all, the price was very affordable! We would definitely stay there again!

The property is showing its age and is dated. The room was clean but the location (immediately next to the QEW) made it impossible to sleep.
Maggie
The staff was fabulous …breakfast was delicious and plentiful… lots of parking and the room was clean
David R
No decaffeinated coffee for breakfast. Also the breakfast lacked any kind of meat like bacon, ham or sausage. Very cheap breakfast compared to other hotels. Also myself and 4 couples had booked rooms. We could not use any of the conference rooms to socialize in even though they were empty. The excuse was the manager had already gone home. This was shortly after 5pm.
The shower ran out of bath soap, had to stop my shower and get some from the sink area. Cleaning staff is not checking the soap containers. Highly unlikely to book this hotel again.

Property is dated, however, it is reasonably well kept and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.
Only issue we encountered is our room smelt of cigarette smoke. The staff did everything possible to eliminate the odour and resolve the issue.

Very old property and old dirty carpet which it smells very bad . It’s not worth the price that I paid for its condition. Very poor quality in everything.
Donna
It was just 1 overnight stay this time and all suited our needs - we will stay here again
Thank you
Thank you
NATASHA
great and comfortable place!
karen
Blackout blind broken, and the tub surrond made noise from movement within the room. Or next room? Kept waking me up all night.
Hannah
The beds and pillows were comfy and the continental breakfast was fresh and convenient. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond. There was ample free parking outside the hotel and it was very close to the train station.
However, the cleaning staff did not clean the room properly. When we first checked in, the sheets in both beds were dirty with stains, and had hair. We were then moved to a different room, where the toilet was not clean. The cleaner who came in tried to clean the toilet with her hands as opposed to using a brush, and then proceeded to try and touch the door handles after touching the dirty toilet.

Room and hotel are nice and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Continental breakfast is also nice and the staff is very helpful. I always stay here when I’m in the area
ANDREA
The staff were super helpful and friendly. it might be outdated, but this hotel is well cared for. i would totally return!
Joanne
I had a very pleasant experience at the Monte Carlo Inn - Oakville. The property was clean and quiet although located near a major highway. The staff were OK, but not very outgoing cosidering they work in the hospitality industry.
I would defìnately stay there again as it was a very positive experience.

It’s truly amazing point

The first room I went to had a plumbing issue - the toilet water supply was running constantly because of a failed part in the toilet. I turned off the supply valve and went back to the front desk to request another room, which they happily provided. No way was I going to listen to running water all night long! Plus, why waste the water? I did not use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast, not even sure what their hours were. This stop on my business trip only required a clean, quiet room for the night and they delivered on that.
Jason
Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location with plenty of parking. However, the hotel decor outside the rooms was dated and the elevator was slow with confusing buttons. Would recommend for a short-term stay, and if you do book a room, to take the stairs if you can.
Wadee
I will not book again in this property . The staff are not bad but the room was dusty from the carpet triggered allergies so bad sneezing all the time . I wish it was hard wood flooring instead of dirty carpet .

Good customer service

Just wasn't a nice day you can hear the highway non-stop until 2:00 a.m. and then at like 5:00 a.m. and when I took my socks off to get into bed my foot stuck to the floor
Cynthia
Window broken and heater didn’t have markings on it for heat

Clean place to stay. Comfortable & a good breakfast.

Parking was easy, room was ok, breakfast was terrible
aakash
I had terrible experience, I got charged for movie but when I clicked on the movie it was showing “ purchased” which means somebody must have been purchased in this case I thought it has been purchased by Monte Carlo. There was no disclaimer, that it will be charged to us.
Erika
The overall cleanliness of the room was terrible, with piles of hair and dirt on the floor. We were given dirty facecloths instead of clean ones, and we also had to reactivate our key card after it was unexpectedly deactivated. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
Dee
The staff is always great and I’ve never had a problem with my stay here, and I’ve stayed here a few times now.
Shane
For a cost-friendly option fairly centralized in the GTA (Oakville) for someone with a car, this is a great option! Minutes away from the scenic waterfront and charming downtown of Oakville, you can get to downtown Toronto in about 20 minutes by car when traffic is low to moderate. The included breakfast offered limited choices, but still appreciated and a nice pick me up before starting the day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy although some fixtures could use updating. Overall, recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. The room was large and clean. It’s located near the highway but I did not hear any of the traffic noise. The outside of the building was dated but inside it was up to date and perfect. I will definitely stay here again. Excellent value and being right by the Go station made it perfect.
