Rooms were small and inadequate for the price and didn't match the description.
The air conditioner was noisy and cut on and off all through the night waking me up constantly.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The included breakfast was totally unappealing, crammed into a small space which was poorly ventilated and it looked like it had been attacked by a herd of savages. There was no apparent supervision of the self-serve counter and there was food all over the place, except in the serving dishes. We did not eat there at all in any of our 3 night stay.
There's a swimming pool and a tiny gym.
I would never go back

The pool was very nice - the towels were gone, but they quickly brought more when we called it to their attention. The hot tub was VERY hot but once I adjusted was quite nice. Breakfast was similar - lots of food, but as it vanished they kept bringing more in and let people stay a bit late for it. Rooms were comfortable and I slept very well.

We have stayed here before. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. We really appreciate having microwave and fridge in the room. Should the need to replace fridge, I would suggest that the units have a freezer compartment to keep freezer packs frozen for use when leaving at the end of their stay.

The accessible room with the roll in shower with a fold down bench was a welcome amenity.

The tv could use these channels: CHCH Hamilton, TCM, PBS (Buffalo)

Normally, the complimentary breakfast is very good with lots of choice and very clean but currently, the breakfast room is being renovated. Moving the breakfast to a conference room, though might work as a stop gap but there were glitches. There was no coffee and when it finally arrived in a thermal pump operated jug it was way too strong - it was thick like mud and despite filling the cup half way with coffee and the rest with cream, it was still too strong. I only found hot water to dilute the coffee or to make tea was on the opposite side of the room in a non-thermal jug - it was tepid. The juices were watery because they were in jugs with ice which melted and diluted the juices too much. The scrambled eggs, sausages, home-fries were good. The waffle station was very popular. Fresh fruit was available. I trust when the breakfast is moved back to the Breakfast Room, the glitches will be resolved.

The staff are all very polite and helpful. Conveniently located near the highway.

We would gladly return to this hotel.

The good: The hotel itself is quite nice and modern, the bed was very comfy, the pool was a good temperature and not one of those tiny bath tub-like pools and the croissants at breakfast were delicious! It is very conveniently located, right off the highway and within a 15 minute walk of The Keg, Game Time Social and Burlington Centre and additional restaurants along Fairview Street,

The less good: The check-in too way too long. Staff literally stood there doing nothing for a solid ten minutes while we waited in line because the customer she was serving had to get something from his car.

Breakfast was packed (literally standing room only) and they were out of sausages and potatoes, the eggs were cold - not even luke warm, and the waffles were cemented to the waffle maker. The air conditioner was leaking in our room and a two feet of carpet around the air conditioner was soaked. When we told the front desk, her response was, \"oh\". It's not so much the wet carpet as it was the thought of the mold growing underneath it...

Brushing up on customer service and tweaking the breakfast experience would have made this a better stay!

Not impressed with the breakfast. Didn't seem to be a very healthy selection.
It was very limited .... I missed having an actual egg (my protein) - even a cold boiled egg is preferable to the combo cheese & egg substitute offered.
I can't remember seeing any bacon or sausage. And I did not see any oatmeal. Just sugary cereals.

Unfotunately, we were placed in a room on the same side as Hwy 403. The room is not sound proof - the traffic noise was a bit of a bother. None of the 3 seniors occupying the room had a good sleep :(

Otherwise, I have no complaints about this hotel.

Our room had a malfunctioning door latch that I reported to front desk three times, and they did nothing. Often had a hard time getting into my room. The staff will only do room service if it is requested 24 hours in advance. The property is very noisy due to being so close to the highway. My room had pieces of the ceiling falling down in the bathroom, I reported it, yet they did nothing. The staff were friendly but useless. The pool was very cold. Too cold to swim. The breakfast offering is plentiful and delicious. The parking is good. Lots of parking available. Room rate is a bit high for this hotel. I don't recommend it unless you have just a one night stay.

We stayed here for a single night to break up a long road trip, and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient for getting right back on the highway. They accommodated our very late check-in, which we appreciated after a long drive. Because we arrived so late and left the next morning, we didn't get a chance to check out the local area or hotel amenities. The continental breakfast was okay, a bit limited but fine to grab before hitting the road. Overall, it’s a good value for a decent price. Would definitely stay again.

Everything seemed fine at first glance- was pretty impressed until we got back from our concert later in the evening and went to Hop in the sheets to find lipstick stains all over the pillow cases and brownish yellow spots in the sheets- the staff moved us rooms to an upgraded room which was a suite - that was good except again one pillow seemed dirty and stained tossed it aside and went to sleep. Okay stay. Not the worst but not the best.

Breakfast was good. Room was not totally clean as there were a couple pieces of small garbage not picked up when vacuumed prior to our arrival. Desk space was limited. Our room had only a shower and that worked perfectly so no one had to climb over the tub to get in or out of the shower. Also, this motel was one of the first I have stayed in that actually had a shelf in the shower which was not against the shower head wall -- made it much easier to access shampoo, soap, etc.

The room was clean and seemed recently updated which was nice. We were in a two bed room. Both beds were very comfortable but one moved and squeaked. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was good and parking lot was also recently paved so no annoying divots or pot holes. My only real complaint was the heating/cooling system. It’s an older unit that was a bit loud. (I’m a light sleeper.) I didn’t bother complaining to the front desk because I doubt they could do anything about it. If they updated those units - this place would be 5 stars.

The hotel and room were all very nice. The breakfast was very good. However, we were there when an entire travel hockey team of middle school kids were there for the night. The kids were completely unsupervised while they were in the hote swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub said no more than 5 people at a time and there was 15 of them in there. The kids were throwing furniture into the pool. The parents were in the next room not even aware of what was happening. One kid about 15 years old was choking on water he swallowed and was spitting it all over the pool. Was really gross. We complained to the staff at the hotel but there was not much they could do.
