David
Property clean and in good shape. Room itself was very nice, everything worked fine and very clean. My only complaint would be over breakfast which I thought was ridiculously expensive for what we got
Ernie and Carole
Thought it was good but no free breakfast.
Gary
Very nice hotel. No issues at all.
Stephanie
I I was there for a conference and it was a great hotel
Lynda
All good
Ruth
I lost the credit card that was attached to the booking. Didn't have a second card, but with staff's assist they made an already stressful event much more pleasant. Thank you.
John
Only complaint was closet door. Thought it was locked. Had to go to front desk and ask about the door. Told me to pull it open. I didn’t want to break door.
jasdeep
Overall nice clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is not free, no dental kit in the room.
Robin
This is a brand new hotel, it’s very little wear and tear on the furniture and the carpets throughout. The gym is well equipped and I was able to use the bicycle to exercise during my visits there. There’s a nice swimming pool indoors which is a great addition for when a granddaughter wants to come swimming with her grandfather. They have a nice restaurant there but I usually travel with my own meals however since there’s no kettle in the room they are quite happy to fill up your mug with hot water if you need it for tea. The staff are exceptionally well trained and very helpful. There’s four family restaurants within walking distance of the Property. Of all the hotels I stayed in Hamilton this is probably the one that I will return to when I need to visit family there.
Henry
The location was convenient to the highway & easy access. This location needs major updates to the rooms & the bathrooms. Breakfast is the same every day except they switch between bacon & sausage.
Brent
Got to hotel to find out pool and hot tub closed
barbara
Great lobby/lounge .
Jessica
Always a great stay! It’s the only hotel we use in the Hamilton area when we visit!
David
Great room, had to move suite and went well.
Lucy
What a gem! Quiet property conveniently located by Hamilton airport. Rooms were very clean, updated, and roomy. Super comfortable beds. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Julia
Complimentary breakfast would be great! Was very disappointing to find out it wasn’t.
Robin
Not only was my room very clean, the furniture was very new and the shower had zero mold. I was very impressed with the gym also as there are two different types of bikes for me to use for exercise. There’s a very nice restaurant on the premise and five different family restaurants in the neighbourhood within walking distance. Although it was a little at away from where I was doing my work, it was really a nice peaceful property and made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is going to be staying three or four nights in Hamilton and wants a full service and clean property at a reasonable price.
Brenda
Beautiful new clean hotel. Very busy pool with lots of kids enjoying it. Breakfast was not included in the price I paid so no comment. Lots of parking.
Alma
Always exceeded the expectations, well done!
Kim

Great Hotel, My First, time in Cañada.I was a little bit disappointed with the fact that there was no free coffee available like in the states. But yes I will recommend this hotel, who is not a coffee drinker. Very nice, very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
Lauren
Upon arrival check in was flawless with no issues. The man who checked us in gave us all the information we needed. He told us about the amenities, the restaurant, how to reach out if needing anything. The check-in took about 5 minutes. The hotel was really clean, not just our room but also the courtyard area, pool, main lobby, restaurant area and the bathrooms. The hotel staff were very approachable, ready to help out, and super friendly. The hotel is also very accessible for those who have accessibility needs. The coffee at the restaurant was perfect, a little expensive but very good. I stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Check-out was under a minute, with no issue. Highly recommend and will be back :)
Margery
Our stay was great, staff very helpful
Lissette
Beautiful spacious room, shower door did not stay closed. The air conditioner was very loud throughout the night. Was only there for one night so did get to use all the amenities.
Simson
Good servic.
Peter
The property seems to be properly maintained and the room was very clean. Breakfast was not included, but there is a Bistro in the lobby that serves good breakfast and sandwiches etc in the evening. There is plenty of parking, but it can be difficult to exit the parking lot sometimes due to heavy traffic.

Room was nicely renovated and very clean. Gym and pool were clean and we had fun using both amenities. Great for a night with two kids before a morning event downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby!
Michael
Too expensive for a hotel that doesn't offer any breakfast or extra coffee.
Location is isolated.

Shauna
Staff was excellent. I was surprised we weren’t told the pool was closed. A small discount would have been a nice touch
Denise
Clean modern rooms. Nice restaurant on site.
Kevin
Hopefully just bad timing... check in staff were not the friendliest, pool was closed for cleaning, exercise bike is broken. Knocked on our door at 8 am as water leak in room next to us - then ran shop vac outside our door. Looks like it should normally be a good spot.
Paul
Hotel is nice and clean but when I got to my room there was a brown “skid mark” on the couch and the heater sounded like a garbage truck every time it came on so getting a good nights sleep was impossible
I also found it strange that the bed only had a top sheet and blanket…no comfort or so it got cold unless you turned the room heat up
Needless to say I did not sleep well

Very clean room and great bed. Pleasant stay and friendly staff. Heather was very helpful - took time to help us locate the temperature control panel.
Jennifer
When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. After getting another key it didn’t work. I then had to wait again for the only elevator to tell
Then the key didn’t work. The whole checkout process was a gong show and I was late checking in for my flight. I was planning on booking them again for next month when I am there but only if they acknowledge this and offer compensation

Tons of things to do, and places to visit nearby! Many stores are within walking location, if not less than 10 minutes away from the property.
The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling as well.

Krisha
I room I booked wasn’t the same as in the pictures also the reception staff was rude
Leigha
It was super loud at night. There was a celebration and loud music until between 1030-11
Connie
The room was great. Butcthe hotel was very noisy with little kids running in the hall and talking at 6:30 am. Also I was there for a meeting and awards banquet and the room next to us had a sweet 16 party that started at 4 pm with very loud music. They were asked to lower the music and they just turned it up louder. So loud we could here our selves talk. I felt sorry for the organizers. Took away from there event.
Janet
Spotless room. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff.
Steve
The room was very clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant was very good. Staff went above and beyond to help with arrangements to the airport.

There was no breakfast as there was a fire alarm and i had to leave the hotel at 730 no shower just grabbed my dog and exited I would have thought the hotel would have given me some discount or credit for the next stay, but they gave me nothing

We stayed in a suite and it was great! So much room. There is a great bar area where we could get snacks and drinks and take up to the room. Pool and hot tub looked great though we didn’t use them. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was great, loved shower rather than bathtub. Difficulty with our key working several times and phone for assistance was out of order. Pool area looked great and hotel very clean and great location for our needs.
Donald

Ben
Was quick and efficient
Julia
Nice room and Josh was able to check us in early!
CAROL
Didnt eat breakfast this time. Hotel has convenient location, staff was friendly, room was clean but lighting was too dim to see properly.
Carolyn
Stayed for seven mights, four of us in the room, had to call for the correct amount of towels every day. The manager contacted me and offered free breakfast to compensate, which i appreciated, and assured me it would be correct. Upon returning to the room that night, there again were only two towels. Bath tub did not drain properly, alsed at least 3 times to have it fixed, it was better for one shower and then plugged again.
Shower never got hot, some days it was barely warm.
There were kids staying that were running through the halls and playing hockey, causing chaos and noise.
Service from the starbucks in the lobby wasnt very good. One morning the lady working there wasbjust on her phone for a couple minutes before coming over.
About a week before we arrived, i realized we didn't require the final night. As this was a fully refundable room, i assumed that that night would be refunded back to my card. But, they wanted to charge me another $160 to cancel, made no sense. This one I will be taking up with the Competition Bureau as this is false advertising.
The staff was very nice, but it didnt make up for the inconvenience.

I had such a great experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which honestly made a big difference. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and they really went out of their way to make it feel special. They kindly covered breakfast for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture, and they also allowed me to stay later on New Year’s, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept, and everything felt calm and relaxing. The food was good, fresh, and enjoyable, and overall the atmosphere made the stay even better. I left feeling well taken care of and genuinely happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and accommodating stay.
