The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during my stay, and this had a significant impact on my experience. I am recovering from an ankle injury and was staying on the fourth floor. I had to walk down four flights of stairs just to get breakfast, and because of my injury, it was also very difficult to return to my room to pack my belongings.

I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that the manager would contact me regarding my experience. However, I never received a phone call or an email.

While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, I was disappointed that no alternative accommodation or assistance was offered, and there was no follow-up from management as promised. This situation caused unnecessary physical hardship and significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel will review this matter and consider appropriate compensation.

On a tout aimé de notre séjour, en commençant par l’accueil chaleureux, jusqu’à la piscine en pleine canicule. La chambre était très propre également et c’était tranquille.

Found this place comfortable and accommodating. Clean and for the most well maintained for the most part. Could've been a little more accommodating considering 3 guests. Generally a very good stay.

Great hotel and was very pleasant.
Only thing (and it's a big deal) is that they have their flags set up wrong. The Canadian flag ALWAYS goes in the middle.(not the Four Points flag) and the Amerivmcan flag is in shambles and needs to be replaced immediately. It is torn so much that all the stars are missing and only a few stripes remain.

Room was nice. Bed was SUPER comfortable. Our room was just past the restaurant on the main floor so I was concerned about noise at first but it was actually really quiet which was great. Shower pressure good. Breakfast looked and smelled good walking by but didn’t take advantage this time.

I’ll avoid this the next time I book. The convenience of the location is quickly overwhelmed by the problems. Thin walls allowing TV noise to pass through, noisy guests playing in hallways passed 22:30, the shower head was extremely loud, the lobby decor was awkward and crowded the walking space, the pool was left unattended and dirty between 10:00-23:30 ( towels and other leftovers) I walked past multiple times with no change. The gym was often dirty as well.

There was loud partying in the lobby. In my room children ran up & down hallways knocking on doors. Breakfast buffet was cold & run out of some items. Staff were pleasant but it was too loud for me & seemed a bit of a party place

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place!

Hygiene: Found hair on the bed and bedside table at check-in. Gross.

Service: No housekeeping. Front desk is always empty; you have to wait forever for help.

Facilities: They couldn't even provide a basic bath mat on request. Unprofessional and dirty. Don't waste your money.

The room was good, a bit worn however the bed was very comfortable and in all my years this was one of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in! The staff was very good, housekeeping could pay a bit better attention to details. Our in room safe was broken and something was wrong with the colour on the tv. Everything was tinted blue and there were no options on the remote to correct the settings. The desk and restaurant staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast both days was delicious! Served quickly and hot. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.
