As a Hilton honors member, staff bent over backwards to prevent me from accessing the free breakfast that was on offer for members the night I stayed. I booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel not realizing, and so, I asked to be included in the deal despite my mistake. But it was this HUGE obstacle for a breakfast, god forbid an extra breakfast be served, give me a break, Hilton, please do better.
Monty
Everything was good.
Ali
Terrible air conditioning unit. The fridge and AC were so loud. The building is really old and require renovation. Rooms are dark.
Tia
Very nice hotel. In the perfect spot between Toronto and Niagara Falls.
Rick
Overall great property, located generally close to a variety of restaurants and stores. Property is dated, upgrades are needed, special attention required in bathrooms to keep competitive to other nearby properties. Staff is very friendly.
Fadi
The only thing I been there couple times every time they give me same ! Room while ask the staff always same answer were sold out and I am Hilton member I wouldn’t be making any reservations anymore.

Room was very clean bar staff is amazing food was awesome

Televisions and remotes in the rooms have been updated, but the remotes do not work well at all. Response time for the remote to TV was lengthy and it was confusing to try to find a channel to watch with the remote. If I knew what the channel number was, there was no way to input that number. Positive note- l ended up reading instead of watching TV.

Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking. Lobby/restaurant area very nice and open. Front desk staff friendly. Bathroom alittle dated and the room itself had signs of wear here and there, but the bed was super comfortable. Our floor was very quiet, which was good. Amenities such as pool and restaurant looked great but we didn’t take advantage this time. Would stay here again.
James
Great stay from the minute we arrived to our departure. Entire staff from desk to restaurant staff 5 star. Will be back

Loved my hot tub in the room, bed was very comfy and clean. Breakfast was awsome, everyone was all smiles and friendly. Stayed there last year for a week, enjoyed my stay😀. And was there last week for a night. Highly recommend 👌

The gentleman and the lady at the restaurant treat like family; I can see from their eyes the willingness to help and care. I wish I come back one day to see them. I feel sad, I never asked their names
Emily
Clean room, 24 hour convenience shop at front desk saved me when I needed tums at 2:00am

Spent a night to go see a Jays’ game. Took Go Train in to Toronto. Best way to get there! Hotel close to Appleby Go.
Hotel is great and breakfast in morning is a benefit!

There were kids screaming and playing in the hallway early morning for 1.5 hrs. I called to let someone know and each time they came up they were quiet. I took a video from my bed for how loud it was. Shame on the parents! It’s a hotel and not great wolf lodge.
Jane
Staff and service were over and above. Will definitely stay again.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool & hot tub to enjoy on a cold day celebrating our anniversary. And it was closed. When the pool has to close, guest who have not checked in yet, should be notified before check-in about the pool closure. We would not have stayed here. And will not again. It's very disappointing & annoying. It wasn't even mentioned at the front desk during check-in. We had to walk down to the pool in our bathing suits to find out. They could have at least offered us a room with a hot tub in it. It was a very quiet winter weekday at the hotel; two vehicles in the entire parking lot. I can't imagine there were no hot tub rooms available. Very disappointing stay. Never again!
Ronald
Very clean room. Spacious.
Steven
Clean room, the staff were great, the amenities for the most part were great, however they had problems with the hot tub heating, only worked the third night we were there, but we still got a chance to use it.
Larry
Yes the room was fine
Joyce
Stood at the front desk to check in, and had to get the staffs attention as they were playing on their cell phone. Long black hairs were on the bathroom floor in room. Sheets weren’t tucked in on the bed. No continental breakfast, and didn’t buy breakfast.

Not Bad
Peter
Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff.
susie
Stains on walls, pull out couch stains on sheets and we specifically booked this hotel cause of the pool and hot tub which were not working , it was suggested to walk to partner hotel to swim then walk back wet in the cold. Just overall not happy
Deb
The staff were all very pleasant and interested in making certain we had what we needed. The morning breakfast was delicious and the dining staff were lovely!!
Worth a visit!

The pool needs some cleaning. The rooms are clean and pretty big
Linda
Staff was able to give me an early check in which I appreciated. Room was clean but seemed a little shabby. The corner of the ceiling was cracked and wallpaper buckling. The fan was only out ting out cold air even though the wall temp was set at 22.
Sharon
The room was ok except for some garbage that was behind the chair in the sitting area? I had to move the chair out to plug something in.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was very convenient to where we were staying and was very quiet. Everyone from maids to management were very friendly and assisted us when we needed something. We will definitely stay again!
Kristine
The bath tub was not clean. The pool was terrible and im considering contacting the health department. Guy that runs the restaurant very nice though.
Doug
The onsite restaurant was a surprise and very much appreciated. We were tired on arrival and it was great not having to go out for dinner.

Bonus Stayover
It was a genuine mini-holiday stay for us. We particularly liked the restaurant atmosphere, service, and food.
Emilia
This is a great Hilton Hotel with quiet room and very clean facilities. The rooms were spacious and I loved how the check in-out and room key works with the Hilton app. It's useful when you stay one night because as a family you can go directly to your room from a side parking with no wait. Beds were comfortable, the furniture felt reasonably updated.
It was super funny to see the robot they use for room service!
There's an EV charger but Hilton (at least in Canada) is charging guests a high rate per kWh. This is far from encouraging to choose Hilton hotels... and the cost of kWh for them is less than the benefit of being chosen by EV owners.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Check in took a long time due to some technical difficulties. However, the woman handled the stress of 5-6 people waiting to check in extremely well!
The room was clean, but the mattress was hard and the pillows were lumpy making an uncomfortable sleep. The jacuzzi worked well but the exterior needs repairs. The strangest thing I noticed was in the washroom when I noticed what appeared to be dried blood on the wall above the toilet. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. My last complaint is the TV. It’s old and the screen quality is poor. I felt like I was watching a 480 tube tv! Plus the selection of pay-per-view movies was also very limited and boring.

We got a room facing the highway. Super noisy. Couldn’t sleep all night. No water provided.
Over all , bad experience. Would never stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable, dinner was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only change I would make is the pool (mostly hot tub) had way to much chlorine.
Nicole
Room seemed old and smelled older. Jaccuzi needed caulking around th3 edges. Washroom was not clean. Bed was definitely not king sized. Pool area was good the kids loved it!
Alex
Nice place , hot tub not working
Amanda
Wouldn’t recommend for the price. Evening front desk staff was fairly rude, and seemed inconvenienced by just small questions such as if we needed to provide any car info for parking or if it was possible to borrow ceramic mugs for the room instead of using paper.
Jacuzzi was not in service but no signage or warning of it being as so (jets didn’t turn on and wasn’t hot). We typically select hotels based on amenities so this was a significant disappointment.
Bathrooms need better ventilation or dehumidifier- the towels couldn’t dry over night and we found silverfish.
Expected at least friendlier customer service from a Hilton

We decided to extend our stay in Burlington and this was a last minute booking. Everything was exactly what we needed.

Disappointed
We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. Food was terrible, lacks, taste and variety. For a price $17 person food, beverage could be much better.
Marijane
The room is big and nice. Front desk is very friendly and polite
Dale
Close to everything I need
Melissa
The check in was seamless and easy. I was able to pre check in and had a digital key available which worked well because we had somewhere else to go right after check in. The room was big, and clean. The free wifi and parking are a nice touch as well.
Kathryn
My stay was short but very comfortable.

Was good.

The staff were amazing, friendly and the room was clean… but the room was not in the greatest condition. Some outlet covers were missing and a lotion dispenser screw was hanging out of the wall…I still would return because I had an overall positive experience with the staff.
Zipporah
The breakfast was good it just needs variety for vegetarians and people who don't eat pork. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The area is very nice and quiet. It was a lovely experience.
