Bryar
Room was clean, futon mattress was worn out but couch was still comfortable, cold water was hot for some reason in all taps and the shower. Continental breakfast was great!
Amy
Great room
Merav

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so nice and welcoming. The only thing that was bothering me is that nobody came to clean the room during my stay and the breakfast area was a mess
Scott
Rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Staff where super friendly and very helpful. Definitely the best hotel to stay at in Hamilton
PAK FAI
Very clean and big room ! Awesome location
Khondkar
All are good
Azahara
Really good if you have an event in the TD Coliseum, so close. Everyone is so friendly, the hotel is clean, but the elevator is slow (nothing wrong, just saying)
Roberto
Très bonne hôtel
Karla
It’s a very decent hotel. The location is not good but you have some amenities close. The staff is ok. Not to friendly but very serious. The parking space per night is expensive considering the price of the hotel. Pets are allowed but they charged me twice for one dog 75$+ 75$. They didn’t fix the mistake. The breakfast is ok. They change everyday and you have options.
Kimberly
The hotel itself is great. Conveniently located next to the Convention Center and Arena. Easy to access via the bus to/from the airport. Breakfast was good as well. Room was quite spacious, with all kitchen appliances, large and small.
However, a part of my room was quite dusty and affected my sinusitis.

Ling
The hotel facilities are very well-equipped.
Efosa
Not sure I enjoyed paying separately for parking, splitting the cost makes it look cheaper to benefit the hotel.
Elias
The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lianfen

Braeden
Love this spot I stay here every time I'm in town. I just wish the elevator didn't take forever it's a long wait somtimes
QI
Added this well-maintained modern hotel to our favourite list. The staff is polite, nice and helpful. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. There are sufficient charging ports for three or four digital devices. The large refrigerator in the kitchen is convenient. The digital key is working seamlessly. The breakfast is good.
Michael
Location was excellent. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and clean
Jennifer
The room was comfortable and clean. The front staff during check-in was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was dirty and food not swept up. The towels were not collected or replaced. The breakfast was good, and staff quick to replace items.
Davith
Stayed with a family of 5 with 3 young kids. The pool was decent and not too cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is not very pleasant but the hotel was good. Would reccommend.
Noel
The place is amazing plus the staff very helpful
Joe
Underground parking was difficult to navigate and very limited. Elevator takes forever to get from parking garage to the lobby/room. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the couch cushions were all ripped up. Would not stay here again.
Lee A.

Great location in McMaster University area and near concert halls and courthouses and city hall. King suite was roomy and even had a full kitchen with dishes etc. Small lap pool & 24 hr gym, too.

John
Nice. Tough neighborhood.
Laura
Very dated and not what the photos looked like online. had a weird smell too
Erica
Nicest room that I have stayed in for quite a long time. The bed was incredible comfortable, and there were far more amenities than I expected. The staff (Gabriel at the front desk in particular) was very helpful and the location was convenient.
The only minor downsides that I will share for full transparency: downtown Hamilton is sometimes a bit sketchy, and there were quite a few homeless people sleeping or walking within the vicinity of the hotel. Many seemed not well but absolutely none were threatening or disruptive.
The other much more trivial downside is that the view from my room was a multi-level parking lot just metres from my window, so privacy felt a bit limited unless the black-out curtains were shut.

Clean room, clean kitchen, supportive staff and reasonable breakfast
Dina
Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were super helpful and professional. Very convenient location downtown, close to transit, shops, and restaurants
Katherine
Loved the room, not all rug, loved the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have to say this one really impressed me, and I will certainly be back.
Staff were helpful and pleasant, and so were the guests. You could tell everyone was smiling and in a great mood.
Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of seating.
It would be nice if there were a bar and a tapas restaurant to visit and relax.

Bryanna
Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Karen
Clean, but dated. Breakfast was never hot, and pretty much the same everyday.
Marc
Great area, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Very close walk to TD Coliseum so if you got a concert there this is a good place to stay over a night!
Jovita
Hotel was location 10 minutes from McMaster University and about 15 from Hamilton Tiger Cats Stadium. It’s about an hour away from Niagara Falls. About 35-45 minutes from Toronto Pearson with no traffic of course. Great staff. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
Scott
Big room good service
Alycia
Clean, quiet and safe hotel. Friendly staff, good location and was pleasantly surprised to see a few vegan options at their breakfast buffet! I would stay here again.
Cynthia

Found parking garage easily. No problem parking a Honda CRV in the garage. Very convenient location to TD Coliseum(attending Hatsune Miku Concert)…less than 5 min walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Hamilton.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices to select from.

This property was simply great. Myself & 3 staff stayed in one of the 2br/2bath rooms. Bed for each of us. No fights over the bathrooms. Common living room/kitchen area to talk shop. Secured underground parking for the rental car. Walking distance to the Convention Center. Breakfast had eggs, ham, toast, yogurts, fruit.... a bit of everything to suit everyone. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
Rosaline
Great place to stay with kitchen if we wanted to prepare food.
Eric
Breakfast was hot, well stocked
Paul
The room was mostly clean, but it wasn't fully vacuumed. There was white stuff on the chair, the furniture was old.
Staff was polite, breakfast was standard, but clean.

Kelley
Homewood Suites by Hilton Hamilton was perfect. So convenient, great location!
Jamie
Breakfast was good
Micheal
Very nice place to stay but I don’t think they vacuumed or cleaned the rug! There was wine stays that where wet still and found women’s Bobby pin on the rug so I know it wast vacuumed! Other than that nice place to stay
Steve
Great hotel in a great location.
Payman
Clean, convenient location and very friendly staff.

Everything was great. Loved our room. Clean and comfortable. Only downside is the elevators are really really slow. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
Kelley
Great location and breakfast. spacious rooms
Joseph
Everything was good, didn’t have a chance to check out breakfast.

Room was clean, roomy. Check in was easy though there was some uncertainty about the cost of parking to leave the car for additional hours. I ended up using the meter instead for the portion of the second day. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was big and well maintained.
Kim

The rooms were a little dated, but still very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is a little small and was pretty dirty when we were there (the water seemed murky, there were bandaids floating in it, and the bathroom in the pool area was really dirty. We decided to skip swimming as it was off putting. My only other complaint was the parking - the parking garage was full and they wanted us to park out front in these teeny tiny spaces (it was about 8 inches between the pillar and the car on one side, and 12 inches between the two cars on the other side). They finally found us another parking garage we could park at. It was a block over though. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was good but furniture starting to look a tiny bit tired. A couple of paint touch ups would help.
Paul

Lovely hotel. Thought everything was quite nice considering the very reasonable nightly rate. Huge room, good breakfast, free parking!

Hotel is located within walking distance of the TD Colliseum and the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Front desk staff were friendly, patient and helpful. Room was very clean and nicely equiped. Breakfast buffet is served 6:30 - 9:30 weekdays and offered a number of choices.
