Staff were all super friendly but so important extremely accommodating. Location is perfect with so many shops, stores, restaurants and bars all within a short walk from the hotel. Oysters on the happy hour menu was a nice treat and so were the custom drink specials. Looking forward to planning our next visit

We stayed at the Pearle overnight for a wedding off property The room was beautiful and clean. We had a lovely patio backing out to a spectacular view of the lake. There was a wedding happening during our stay, you could hear the music from our floor (3) but I am sure if you stayed on the higher floors it wouldn’t be a problem. The Pearle cafe was convenient and a great spot to get coffee and a delicious pastry. The location is beautiful and there are things to do and places to eat nearby. Next time, we will definitely try the spa.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean. We booked for a girls night and found the pool to be a highlight and it wasnt busy on a Saturday morning. I do wish they offered group rates and availabilities for their spa for people who are staying there. They also didn't have space for us at breakfast in their restaurant despite several open tables (again, should be given some priority as a guest who is staying there). Overall very beautiful waterfront property however, could be doing better with amenities for guests.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with the lake nearby adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

All of the staff were great throughout our stay, but special thanks to Kayenat - she was exceptionally good, extremely helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Her communication and friendly energy were so refreshing and made everything run smoothly.

The rooms were clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the hotel had a wonderful vibe as soon as you walked in. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel for both wedding stays and relaxing getaways.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were crammed in a room with two queen beds that was very small to accommodate two queen beds. You couldn’t walk past the end of the bed if someone was sitting in the deck chair and you had to stand beside the closet to open it because there was not enough room at the end of the bed. This room should not be allowed to accommodate more than two guest with either one queen or one king bed. We didn’t have time to enjoy any of the amenities because check in wasn’t until 3pm and our wedding was at 5 pm. Our check in process was challenging and caused delays and we lost some time to get settled and finish getting ready before the on site ceremony at 5pm. We were not told about the breakfast options at check in either and had extended our check out by and hour only to have housekeeping knocking on the door an hour before our checkout time. The hotel itself is beautiful and the valet parking was convenient but I certainly didn’t think it was worth the expense to stay there.

The Pearle Hotel has an absolutely fantastic location right on the waterfront in Burlington. Being so close to everything is easily the best part of the stay and the main reason this property still earns 4 stars from me.
However, there are definitely a few drawbacks to be aware of:
Value: The hotel feels quite overpriced for the overall experience.
Parking: Be prepared for expensive parking rates.
Layout: The lobby is surprisingly tiny and can feel a bit cramped, which doesn't quite match the luxury expectations.
Service: The in-room dining service was frustratingly slow during our stay.
Overall, if you are prioritizing location and waterfront convenience in Burlington, it’s a solid choice—just be prepared for the high costs and a few service and layout shortcomings.

The only complaign I have is:
Restrictions for the pool for families with kids.
Open for kids before 10am and after 5pm

Those hours are the worst for families with
Kids.

We booked the hotel because of the pool, but couldn’t use it. After 5pm we usually had dinners. And before 10 on vacation….is tough.

Change the hours for kids using the pool.

Thank you.

Our experience at this hotel was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional, which made check-in quick and easy. The restaurant offered exceptional food and excellent drinks, and the amenities were clean and provided a calm atmosphere. However, the HVAC system in our room was quite loud during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In summary, it's a great spot for dining and relaxing in amenities, though the sleeping experience may vary depending on room conditions.

We went to The Pearle to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Right from arrival, the valet bellmen are so helpful unloading our vehicle, and ensuring a warm handoff to check-in. After they brought all our bags up, we quickly realized we forgot a bag in our car and they remedied the situation immediately.

The spa was well worth every penny! It was pure luxury! We enjoyed spa treatments, and had lunch served in the adjoining pool lounge area. The staff are just so attentive!

Late in the evening we called down to request our vake brought up to the room with champagne glasses, and they were so accommodating at every moment.

They truly made her birthday extra special! Highly recommend going there. We walked the boardwalk that is just in front of the hotel, and there were many nearby restaurants. It’s perfectly situated to enjoy a special occasion!
