We had a lovely week here, we had balcony which was lovely in morning for our coffee. Rooms and kitchen/living area were lovely. Staff were very friendly, pool was lovely. Breakfast was lovely, but could do with better quality sausages children loved making there waffles, there was a fruit salad one day which was lovely, it would be a nice touch to have it everyday. We were really impressed with hotel and definitely would come back when we next travel over from Uk🇬🇧

Room was clean and spacious.
Was given an accessibility room which we did not require or ask for.
Shower was difficult to manage (two showerhead), and water took a very long time to warm up.

The self serve Breakfast was good. More coffee and tea in room would be nice.
Carol Ann
Everything was perfect! The suites are so clean and spacious, the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful… would highly recommend….
Benjamin
The room was perfect! It was super comfy, the tv had youtube, netflix and prime video which was really nice and they also provided dishware (plates, bowls, etc.) as well as cookware (pots, pans, strainer bowl, etc.) The ac unit worked really well and we were able to customize the room temp to our liking in a matter of minutes. The fridge had lots of space which was a plus. I came here to relax and get away from life and this was exactly what I needed. Easy 10/10 as I def plan on coming here again.
P.s. the breakfast was delicious! Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, juice, milk and several toppings and sauces to choose from!

Amazing.

No critiques overall the only thing I would say is one of the few days I was there. No one came by to tidy up the room.
Delroy
The room so cold. The heater in my room was not working

Ahmed
Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was good but had minimum options. Water takes a long time to get hot. Kitchen stocked nicely. Beds were comfortable but pillows deflate quickly and become flat. Gave me a headache.
Kristi
Breakfast is good.

Thank you

Worst experience yet no pool no ice breakfast was garbage rooms was dirty was there for 21 days asked they each day for ether coffee towels or soap they don’t care about clients manager also refused to give any compensation told me to check out and go elsewhere if I did not like it
salman
I did not like the way the receptionist kept me holding for checkout. I had to wait 15 minutes at the desk for checkout until finally someone showed up.

My granddaughter and I love staying in this area! This was our first time staying at this hotel which is a five minute drive to the "Go Train" into Toronto. It is only 3km from Oakville on the Lakes area, a great location to visit as well. The staff were very good, the room was clean, parking was free and the breakfast was included in the cost of staying. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay
Very Pleasant Stay! It is contemporary clean and well equipped. 24/7 coffee and tea. Good breakfast option. Pictures in booking site cannot justify.
Patricia
The ice machine was only in the lobby, would have been nice to be a few floors away. Breakfast looked good, but it was swarmed with people. Overall
Nice stay.
Nice stay.
Dianna
Besides the AC not staying on the whole time it was a great stay. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was excellent and the rooms were cleaned
Robert
Stayed in 1 bed suite. 2 large smart tvs were great. Nice to have full size fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and free breakfast was decent…eggs, sausage, waffles etc. property was renovated in recent years so everything was nice and bright. I’d say the only downside of this property is that it’s not close to anything walkable and you have to drive. We knew this before we booked so it wasn’t an issue. I’m not sure if they have a 2 bedroom option (I don’t think so) which is too bad for bigger families. We would come again.
Nazim
The place was dirty and kitchen utensils as well
Will not come back there.
High price for nothing!

We booked this hotel specifically for its amenities. With a young family, it was great to have a pool and an included breakfast. We booked a suite that fit our family of five and it was lovely, clean and modern. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty! I was sorely disappointed when I had finished helping all of my children make their waffles, then let a couple seniors go ahead of me, and the waffle batter ran out at ten to nine. It wasn’t going to be refilled but my husband asked the staff if there might be enough batter for one last waffle and Estella in the kitchen was kind enough to personally make a waffle for me.
Overall, our experience was awesome and I would recommend TownePlace Suites to friends!

Erin
Friendly staff, nice courtyard outside, comfortable beds
Darrell
There wasn’t a full set of dishes in the kitchen. The room only got cleaned once during our 5 day stay. The breakfast was gross and had no options for dairy/gluten free.
Robert
Good size room with all the amenities, comfortable beds and breakfast included.
Loydie
Our room faced the highway and had an air conditioning unit that was very loud.
They also did not vacuum the second day of our visit.

We loved the overall experience of this hotel. Staff were so friendly and kind. Our favorite part was the pool!

Warm, clean, decent

The bed bugs were really the straw the broke the camel’s back — but the disgusting state of the rooms, lack of housekeeping, and attitude when I tried to give feedback are the main reason I reluctantly have to give this place a 1 star. (I make it a policy to not post negative things on the internet, but man oh man — potential guests be warned. This is not the spot for you. Unless you’re really lonely and want bed bugs to keep you company.

It’s was a very nice place to stay and great location but the room was cleaned every other day which was kind of weird

Amazing place. Very clean, very spacious, breakfast was great. Except on our last stay, breakfast was very slow. Barely any cutleries and food. Staff was slow on our last stay.

Odds and Sods of our recent stay in 754 Bronte Rd.
Mattress was too soft, leading to poor nights sleep.
Toilet paper was not soft.
The Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The cleanliness of the rooms and lobbies was great.
Found that getting out of the elevator on the 8th floor, the air was very dead and warm. Do you have a way to air condition the hallways on each floor, it would sure help.
Our door when you closed it made terrible noises and squeaks which I thought could use some attention. This was reported to the front desk this morning.

Loved the suite we stayed in! Will definitely return :) Loved the effort in ensuring all my needs were addressed and accommodated!
John
We really liked everything about this Hotel. The staff was very helpful. Estella in the kitchen was amazing. My wife is Celiac and Estella checked or knew whether all the food products were Glutin-free for their breakfast. We ended up staying a second night, as we were so comfortable. Not your average “beside the highway hotel.” Thank you.
Allan
I booked this room because we wanted to use the pullout couch and when we went to make the bed there were not sheets pillows or blankets
Kimberly
Parveen helped me with my issue and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much, I will be back :)
Harkamal
Good option for a night stay, quiet and peaceful.
Eunice
Poor communication just bad overall
Shelly
Great staff but room odor
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hallway smelled of fish upon arrival, which was addressed by staff however our room smelled like spices for the entirety of the trip.
Alexandria
This is the perfect family hotel on budget
Yolanda
For our purposes, which was to visit family in the area, it was excellent. We chose a suite with a bedroom, as we needed to stay for almost a week. This gave us the opportunity to be more comfortable than with just a room.
ELISA
Friendly staff. Clean building and room. Love the full sized fridge with freezer and kitchenette.
Emile
My stay was wonderful, friendly staff, clean rooms, very much enjoyed the stay.
Anne
Great hotel
A great second visit
Zenia
Only that at the time of cleaning the rooms check that no object is left in the drawers because I found a watch in one of the drawers that I assume was one of the people who were in that room before and another thing is that they check the pool and the area well, because it had a lot of chemicals and it gave us a lot of itching in the body we only got in once and apart from that after leaving the pool my daughter had an insect in her hair I don't know what kind of I insect it was, but you must be more careful and cleanliness in the pool area. Thank you
Alfredo

Good experience overall but terrible service with complementary breakfast. Zero food for 45 minutes...no bread, no eggs or whatever. Staff too busy chatting. Disappointing.

Good place to stay

New hotel, enthusiastic staff
Hotel shared spaces and rooms were very new, clean and nice. Staff were 110% on the job, extra pleasant. The view was of a commercial parking lot, but ignorable. They have a smoking area, but it is by the front entrance and exposed to the cold, but that is the only minus I have.
Melanie
The gym area was great for adults and also the pool for the kids .
