Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Our room AC was not working and the staff attempted to fix it but still it didn’t cool the room. We got our room changed and staff was helpful and cooperative.

We chose this hotel for the location between Toronto and Niagara Falls. The room was big and roomy for our family. We were able to set up a pack and play and still had plenty of room to move around.

The location was convenient between our two locations we wanted to visit. There were restaurants and grocery stores around to have food in the room if needed.

The pool was fairly big, there must’ve been a hockey tourney the weekend we were there with tons of kids and the pool never seemed cramped.

The breakfast was great most mornings, especially the weekend mornings with the hockey teams. I believe it was Monday morning it was kind of sub par, there was even a gentleman that said he stays at this location for work often and said this wasn’t the norm.

There was some sort of memorial or remembrance ceremony going on the first night we were there that was kind of awkward only because the area was right by the pool. We had to walk thru a very somber hallway with people dealing with a death (I’m assuming based off the vibes and clothing) with our kids laughing and all excited to go have fun.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Check-in was quick and friendly, the room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent, the amenities were well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. Honestly can’t think of a single thing to improve. Highly recommend.

Do not book this hotel. HOTEL staff shared with me when I came to check in that they would move me to another sister hotel because of plumbing issues. They sent me to Holiday Inn express, which was disgusting, including stains on mattresses stains in the bathtub and other things I can’t even mention.. when I asked the Residence Inn staff how to get to the other hotel the staff told me there’s a sidewalk and pointed. Wearing heels and walking down a long embankment with suitcases. I finally made it to the hotel and checked in. I tried to speak with the management of the residence inn and let them know that there was a problem and they did nothing but tell me I could check back into their hotel the next day. No compensation no support just oh sorry. Don’t stay here if you want someone to ensure that you have a clean room that you paid for, and that your reservation will be kept, and your concerns will be answered. So much time wasted.

We stayed over our Spring (March) Break. Traveling with 2 teenagers, having the extra space in the studio apartment was ideal. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus a comfy area to lounge to watch the Oscars. Location was great--short drive to old Downtown and about an hour from Niagara Falls, it was a relaxing sanctuary after we'd seen enough people to last a lifetime.

The room was exceptional, clean and modern. We were surprised how modern the arrangement and not a typical hotel room we were able to used to. The rate was excellent with excellent breakfast. The pool was clean and spacious and the operation time was from 6-11 pm! They offer check out time at (12 pm). Not many hotels these days offer it. We are definely will come back and highly recommend to friends and families. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Decent room but very low cleaning standards. Dusty, dirty sinks, dirty dishes etc. When checkin in the front desk manager charged the security deposit twice and called it a mistake (when it clearly wasn’t). Overall nice room but low standards as a hotel especially when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Very nice hotel, the staff at the reception desk were very helpful any issues were resolved immediately. It’s a beautiful hotel the rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were good. The only problem the windows can’t open. Walkability is a problem if you don’t drive. Otherwise there are shops and restaurants about 3-5 minutes drive. I would recommend staying there and I am looking forward to staying there again.

More healthier food options in restaurant and/or fruit basket to grab on your way out.

Would be nice if you sold some essential amenities like brush/toothpaste, hair brush and nail file etc.

Room size was good. Kitchen was a nice have for a longer stay. The pull out sofa was poor. The sheets were dirty and garbage was found under the couch. It was still there after it was reported. Will try a different place should I return to the area.

Concerns Regarding Our Ongoing 2-Night Stay

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent 2-night stay at your hotel. While we had looked forward to a comfortable and enjoyable experience, several issues during check-in and in our assigned room have left us dissatisfied.

We had specifically requested a high-floor room; however, when we arrived at approximately 8:00 PM, the front desk assigned us a room on the first floor. This was especially concerning as we witnessed the guest who checked in immediately before us being provided a room on a higher floor, which suggests that our request was either overlooked or disregarded.

Furthermore, at the check-in desk, I noticed a printed list of available rooms. The left-hand column appeared to be marked or allocated, while the right-hand side showed no such markings—implying that there were still unassigned rooms available. Despite this observation, we were told that no higher-floor rooms were open. This inconsistency felt misleading. If our request could not be accommodated, a courtesy notification or explanation would have been greatly appreciated. Open communication, even if the request cannot be fulfilled, is always preferable to having it ignored or dismissed.

Additionally, the level of service provided felt inconsistent. The guest before us received a full orientation regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool access. In contrast, none of this information was offered to us until we specifically asked.

Staff at the front desk were not as friendly as in past years. Everyone in our group complained of the type of heating and cooling they have as the fan turns on and off a lot throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff extremely friendly and always treated us with a smile and a hello. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly

I like the spacious room and was extremely impressed at how clean it was and everything including the kitchen (it was as if I was home!), the living room area and the size of the desk. The bathroom was impressive. I slept extremely well in the comfortable bed and the blinds were a nice touch. I really enjoyed that it wasn’t too far from anything that I needed as well as the highway.
What I didn’t like: the fact that they didn’t want to give me water when I asked for it on my last night (meanwhile I noticed a mountain of cases of water behind them), the noticeable plate with the dried food and used cutlery that was on top of the garbage can in the ice machine room from my arrival on Thursday until the minute I checked out on Saturday morning, being told when I checked in that I would not have access to housekeeping services during my whole stay - I was instructed to let anyone know if I needed towels.

Terrible customer service. Will never be returning

Staff seemed to initially help us by offering and providing a complimentary late checkout until 4pm. Then later lied and said it was never approved, even though they had provided us with key cards which work until 4pm at the day of checkout. This was later dealt with accordingly and a formal apology was issued to us by upper management. The staff continued to be rude about the situation and refused to apologize. The driving conditions were terrible. Many guests complained about the poor removal of snow from the entrance driveway and parking spots including accessible parking. Staff just argued with guests rather than taking the necessary steps to provide a safe environment. Our vehicle got stuck numerous times trying to leave and enter the driveway. No help was offered by staff. Wifi and room entertainment was spotty and not working for the most part. The TV greeting was for another guest in another room and the TV remote did not work. A maintenance worker was sent to our room to correct the issue, and rather than providing us with a working remote for the entire system, they provided the original TV remote used only to turn the TV on and off, and left the system remote with dead batteries, which could only be used in close range. We are regular guests at this hotel and can guarantee we will never be returning due to poor management and customer service. They even threatened to call the police and have us forcibly removed from the property when we mentioned our late checkout.

First time ever in a hotel where front desk staff hangs out in the office and not at the front. So you have to sit there and wait for them to finally realise there is a guest waiting to be admitted. Dont bother calling the front desk because they wont answer either. You have to go down on your pjs to make any sort of request.
