I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The conditions were unacceptable—there were used condoms left in the room, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. The level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a place that presents itself well online.
To make matters worse, my child became sick during our stay, which forced us to leave early. Despite this, I was still charged for a room I did not even book, and management refused to waive any of the fees. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to an already terrible experience.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised online is completely misleading compared to the reality. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever had.

overall, the apartment was OK but average at best. I like the location since it's located right next to the square one mall I did have a issue with the garage door opener, but there is a dedicated space assigned to the apartment. In regards to the apartment itself, there was enough wear and tear that my wife noticed and called it out. Nothing was broken, but you could tell that the apartment was worn down with minor scuffs here and there. The location is great with a good view on the 26th floor. If you are just staying there for work and not spending too much time there, it will do.

My overall stay was good. Upon arrival, my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t reach the property until around 10 PM. Unfortunately, the key had not been left with the security desk as planned, which prevented me from accessing the unit right away. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved when they opened the door with a master key, though the process took about an hour and a half.

I was instructed to park in the parking deck and advised that the key fob would be provided the following morning. Due to fatigue after a 15-hour trip, I mistakenly parked beside the designated spot, which unfortunately resulted in my car being towed and a $380 CAD fee.

Despite the initial challenges, the remainder of my 10-day stay was enjoyable. Management compensated me for the first night due to the key issue, though not for the towing cost. Overall, my fiancé and I had a pleasant experience and truly enjoyed our time at the property.

Condo building is nice. Facilities are good. I got room 2705 and it was below average. Borderline unacceptable. Flooring looks relatively new but was done very poorly. Walls are full of holes where decorations used to be. The place needs work, a paint job and a deep cleaning. The toilet had a constant, nonstop noise. There was no coffee machine. There's a four slice toaster but no coffee machine. The bed frame was broken so they added two extra box springs to support the very uncomfortable mattress. The pillows were absolutely horrific. I rolled up a towel and used that to have a bit of support. But the view is great, the small balcony was fun. The check-in and checkout was just creepy, walking into someone's living room. So it's just barely passable as an apartment. Location is great, indoor parking is easy and super practical. All that said, I would not recommend or stay again.

The unit itself left much to be desired, but the building and location are excellent. I was disappointed to have to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the apartment so I could comfortably enjoy my birthday weekend. I could tell someone attempted to clean, but did it poorly. Walls and light switches looked like they have never been wiped, the floor under the couch was covered in crumbs, the bathroom counters and walls were gross, and the windows seemed to have never been cleaned. The unit clearly had had water damage previously, as the bottom of doors and baseboards were warped. There were no extra towels, pillows, or blankets, and the linens were of very low quality. Soap was provided, but in refilled original cheap plastic dispensers with worn labels, and the soap was visibly watered down. Everything in the maintenance of the unit was done below a bare minimum standard of hospitality. The rental company representative was polite, although he tried to tried to excuse the dirty bathroom (with dried toothpaste on the counter) by saying a light was repaired earlier in the day. My key fob did not work when I arrived, because the building updated its system. The building concierge was very helpful, and fixed the problem, but that is something the management company could have taken care of before check-in. I would stay in this building again, but in a unit managed by a different company.

Would have been nice to offer grocery shopping for guests prior to arrival, especially when snow is expected.

I found the apartment to be very comfortable clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed.
I was highly impressed with the security measures at the property, which made me feel safe.
The surrounding area is walkable with several dining options, ATMs, coffee shops and convenient stores close by. And just a block away from Square One Shopping Cente, the best in Mississauga.
I will definitely stay here again.

The property is in a prime location. The staff were great for check-in and check-out. As this was an apartment they needed to an option for housekeeping even if it was at a price and the apartment lacked some basic amenities especially things like dish rack, bin bags and toiletries.

First, the management is terrific! The location was extremely convenient to visit Toronto and Hamilton. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. There is dedicated parking on the property. However, the carpets need a deep cleaning; there are deep marks on the walls and cupboards. The air conditioning went out one night; the following night the faulty air conditioning caused the fire alarm to go off twice, bringing the fire department back twice. We had an uneasy night, owing to the fact we were on the 24th floor.

The building its self is very nice and clean in a great location. It’s a huge building over 30 floors but my apartment that we stayed in has the potential to be 5 star but it needed some updating and super deep cleaning and some new furniture. But over all I felt the price was fair. Beautiful views at night from the balcony. It was in a great location I give it 4 stars just because I enjoyed my trip over all. But if the owners would invest a little in that apartment deep clean, some new furniture fix all little updates needed it would be 5 stars.

The apartment is the original shape as when it was bought.

I could use a fresh coat of paint, fix minor blemishes, etc.
furnishings were fine.

Dishware, cookware, cutlery were odds and ends from a garage sale, and by spending $100 would make the place more appealing and usable.

1. Unsafe: door lock didn’t close properly.
2. Hand soaps were diluted with water- cheap/disgusting.
3. Unclean, fingerprints all over.
4. Dirty bedsheets and pillows; had hair on them from previous use.
5. Towel rack fell off the first night.
6. Mold in corners of bath tub.
7. Bathroom vent didn’t work.
8. Net on the door to the gallery was ripped.
9. No communication or help after 5 pm.
10. Leg of the coffee table was damaged.

The apartment was in a state of disrepair and lacked hygiene.

The only good part was the central location of the apartment building.

The owners and the management should realize that they are in the hospitality business, not renting. Guests stay for a short period and need a decent place and prompt customer service, which was lacking.

I hope that this feedback helps improve the situation.

The perfect way to ruin a trip.

The lack of care in the unit is astounding.

There is NOTHING to like at this property. At check-in, they can barely speak English (different nationality, sorry), apartments dirty, badly kept, there is no cancellation allowed, construction of a high rise in front of my room, curtains non-existant because so cheap lets the light through the early morning, bath towels dirty, did not dare take a shower in that place. And on top of it so overpriced and they ask you for $500. security deposit per room at check-in. It's a NO GO place.

Not what I expected!

The decor was attractive and the views of the city were really nice but the apartment was clearly in need of upgrades. There were only 1 or 2 elevators working at times which caused a backlog of people waiting (building has 44 floors). The worst part was that it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and in need of replacing. Generally it didn’t feel clean. I would not stay there again.

An ok spot in a wonderful area

First please be aware this is not a hotel bit a Penthouse apartment in a wonderful area in Missassaugua Ontario. So no one is comming to clean ur room daily.That being said the best part of the unit is the view...its an amazing view of the city that cant be beat. The apartment s well stocked with plates and utensils. I had a 2br apt but towels only for 1 person and the wash towel was so dirty and old I threw it away. The rug in the main bedroom was dirty but the unit smelled wonderful. If you go in the winter be prepared for the drafty bedroom windows. Also FYI there is a $500 deposit, i missed that in the fine print when i booked and got the shock of my life. All in all a good stay, great garage parking but i wont stay there again, the deposit was way too much for me.

A great option when visiting Mississauga, I stayed with my wife and two young children. The two bedroom apartment style living was a life-saver over renting a hotel room. The space is modern, floor to ceiling windows and view are unmatched. In-room laundry was great, as was two full baths. Plenty of space for a young family. Free parking, free wifi, and there is plenty of eateries / coffee shops within walking distance.

It could use a few maintenance items like a fresh coat of paint, but honestly it looks like a few unruly guests had stayed before we did. We did our best to be respectful while traveling with young children. The check-in process was confusing at first, but once we had our keys we were all good to go. The neighbors / residents are all quality, nice people. The property managers are professional and responsive. 10/10 I'd stay again.

Propery has enough amenities. Sofas are midern and comfortable However, cleaning staff seem not doing their job. Counter tops of kitchen and bathrooms are dirty. If you wipe them yourself, dirt comes off. Comforter of the single beds has smell of cologne and body odor and do not have a box under the mattress so these beds are not comfortable. Management replaced the comforter and sheets upon my request. The queen bed was fine. One thing for improving checking out was that their office is not open until 10 am. I was pressed for time and ended up having to leave messages for their staff. If somebody needs to catch a flight, this would be very stressful. Management should provide instructions during check in for checking out prior to 10 am.

Dead bird on rooftop patio. amenities werent available like the website stated. 1 parking spot even though check in stated 2(they fixed after calling expedia minus they only had one keyfob for the parking garage) paid 14 days in advance and at check in they requested 500 for damage deposit for a place that was far from luxury suite and was very damaged prior and would not doan walk through. Up to a 5 day wait to get my deposit back. Tv was an android box that would lose sevice consistently as well as horrible wifi connection. Would not reccomend to anyone

It was great for our family. We stayed 17 nights. However found the front desk staff at the apartment cold and aloof. No one asked if everything was okay throughout our stay. The apartment was nit inspected before we checked in even though we left a 500dollar security deposit. But they wanted to inspect after we checked out. We pointed this out. We got our deposit without issues. The location is awesome and great for families and self catering. There was free parking free wifi and okay cable channels. I will stay here again.

Lower Penthouse Apartment 4

The apartment we had on Lower Penthouse Level and we had apartment 4 which was disappointing. The apartment needed updating there was 2 large brown stains on each of the bedroom carpets which looked horrible. We then chose to not walk in bear feet as we did not know what the stains were. They looked like they had been there for quite a while. There were 4 small brown stains on the ceiling in the kitchen area, there was numerous scuffs & marks on the walls and skirting boards, the shower did not work in the bathroom off the kitchen in the combine shower bath, the front door lock did not lock properly from the outside when you used the key, there was a broken picture in one of the bedrooms and in the master bedroom they have covered a large hole in the wall with some plastic sheeting. We did report these issues to the Management Company and they come in and put 4 mats over the carpet stains, and got the shower working but not fully. They did tell me that the apartments were in the process of being refurbished but as they were always booked this was not being done. The TV is ok, no netflix or anything like that but it has a tv box with loads of channels and films but is run by the internet which was not good and we kept having a lot of buffing when watching the tv. You could not use the wifi when you were watching the tv as it would not cope with with 2 items at once. The sofa is a plastic material and not very comfortable to sit on but that personal opinion. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

The first night I arrived, I could barely approach the building because of a large celebration which it would have helped to receive a notice regarding.
Most of the elevators weren't working during the first week of my stay. The \"designer\" furniture in the suite may have been designer in 2000 but is now worn and a bit tired. The balcony was a postage stamp size and very dirty. The stove's front two burners were encrusted and did not look safe to use. The caulking around the sink and bathtub were peeling off.
Also be warned that the agents expect a $500 deposit and that is excessive for this property.
Positives: the 1800 TC Egyptian cotton sheets are the real deal although the bed is simply placed inside the frame on the floor. The parking spot right outside the elevator access is a bonus.

Unfortunately not clean, carpets dirty, wall in one bedroom full of fingerprints and dirty, and one person had to sleep beside this wall. Ran out of toilet paper, notified them but they did not provide more, we had to go buy some. No kitchen towels or oven mitts. Ran out of the half of roll of paper towel they provided. They advertised fold out couch in living room, not so, but an extra bed in the hallway entrance, which they did not provide bedding and we had to go and get them from their office. Not a pleasant stay. I would not ever stay on their property again.

3-night stay - The suite was nice and spacious. We were on the 34th floor and the elevators were actually fast. Parking (Level P3) was alright, We didn't have any problems getting in or out. All the appliances were included and wireless was working without any problems. I didn't test the TV or cable since I had my IPad with me. I did't have any problems with the check-in or check-out. The people there were very friendly and professional. We will go back for sure.

Tower Terror !

unfortunately for the management of these units whom are separate from the general management of the whole building, this place was a death trap. during my week stay, on 6 different occasions people got stuck in malfunctioning elevators, creating a havoc for the tenants living on 43 different floors.

i was witness to one and had to take over since the security were clueless and had left 2 guys stuck in the confined space for over 45 minutes ! i ordered them to call mississauga fire department as this was more like an entrapment rescue.

then i was informed by other tenants that this happens every week and they had been complaining for ever. there is 2 towers connected together and have issues on both sides , theres 43 floors connected with 7 elevators , 3 on the 4065 side and 4 on the 4070 side, on the 4070 side for few days there was only 1 elevator available.

it took me 35minutes at times to wait for my turn, once it arrived it was over capacity and im not going to enter a shaft with 20 people to get stuck with less air than i require to survive.

that was the major problem!

for the unit,it was old and not what i had booked, not pretty and the bedding was more like a motel 6 than what i paid for.
there was barely hot water, only between 0900 and noon on saturday or sunday !

internet worked fine ..thank god ! i parked on the street as they did not tell me it was inside garage and i had rented a F-150 so i paid the 5$ overnight parking.
