Room was clean and ready by time we were done checking in. I do suggest making sure people know about the card for the lights. Also the tv and that the remote doesn't work like the remote at home. I also suggest putting in batteries that are not dated expired in 2022. Otherwise room was amazing.

Absolutely loved this hotel. I will totally be back next trip out. A very regal feel room was luxury and aesthetics were great to look at the Jacuzzi Jets weren’t very strong, but it was nice and hot and the atmosphere was tranquil. The sauna was out of order and the steam room could use a good cleansing. Otherwise everything else was top-notch and recommend to anyone that wants a getaway near the Toronto area. Lots of food and shopping in the area.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The highlight of the room was the large bathtub, which was excellent for relaxing after a long day. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the room felt a little dated and could benefit from some renovation. Other than that, it was a great stay.

This place seems so close to excellence, but just misses the mark. For example, we had a shower with at least 6 different shower heads, but only one worked. The hot tub was very nice, but less than half the jets worked. And finally the breakfast was a separate charge, which is fine, but the quality was the same or worse than other property's free breakfast. I feel like this was once a great property, but choices have been made to tarnish it slightly.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our visit. We only requested housekeeping on two occasions, and the housekeeper who assisted us was incredibly kind, friendly, and did an excellent job.The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a lovely convention centre at the back, which adds to the overall appeal of the property. One suggestion for improvement would be the exterior maintenance. Some of the statues and landscaping around the building appear to be showing their age, and a little restoration and upkeep would make the property look even more impressive.Parking was generally available, although it did get quite busy during the evenings. One night, we noticed police officers patrolling the area. While we’re not sure if this is a regular occurrence, it actually made us feel reassured that the property is being monitored and that guest safety is taken seriously.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The sounds of the airplanes weren’t horrible but you could for sure hear them. The hotel room itself was not cleaned well. I actually found several used dried contact lenses, rhinestones around the room, hand prints on a lot of surfaces, and random hairs around. The pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna smelt strongly of mould and mildew. The property itself was beautiful but a lot of statues were broken. I won’t stay again but it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed.

The reason I booked this hotel, was cause it said it had an airport shuttle… well it does not. The front desk person said that they could book a taxi or Uber, but that they would charge it to the card on file. The second issue was that it also said it had a continental breakfast, it does not instead you have to pay $15 per adult for breakfast.
The pool is also cold and the sauna is currently under renovation which they don’t let people know beforehand. They also have events going on to which they blast the music outside the hotel so if you want to open the window in your room, you can’t unless you want to be up till midnight.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but the service was not as described.

The hotel charges a $20 daily fee that includes certain amenities, such as bottled water. However, only two water bottles were provided at check-in, and no additional bottles were offered during the rest of my stay. When I asked about this, I was told that I would need to purchase more water instead of receiving it as part of the service fee I was already paying.

When I raised the issue again at checkout, the front desk informed me that I had a $5 daily credit that could be used for bottled water. This information was never mentioned at check-in or during my previous conversations with reception, which made the experience frustrating and confusing.

I had a disappointing experience due to both facility issues and poor service management.

On our first evening, my son discovered that the shower water was only lukewarm and quickly became cold. He was left shivering and had to rush through rinsing off soap and shampoo. As he has a history of asthma, this situation was especially concerning.

I immediately attempted to contact Housekeeping, Guest Services, Engineering, and the Front Desk from the room, but none of the departments answered. I eventually had to leave my family in the room and go down to the lobby myself to seek assistance. The Front Desk informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that Engineering had already left for the day, so nothing could be done until the next morning.
In the end, we were unable to take a shower and the hotel did not provide any solutions or compensation. Just keep apologizing!

Bed sounded like it was ready to break and hard. The room was comfortable otherwise. Quiet when planes had quiting time. That was expected since on flight path, so earplugs are necessary. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.

We traveled as a family of 6, and from the beginning the experience was frustrating. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made moving around the hotel very difficult and time consuming for a large family.

The bedding situation was unacceptable. One bed had a blanket while the other bed only had a bedsheet. When we requested additional bedding, we were initially given only one blanket. After asking again, staff told us they “didn’t have more,” and the additional bedding they eventually provided was in very poor condition and visibly worn out.

The biggest issue was that there was no hot water in the room, which meant our kids couldn’t properly take showers. We contacted the hotel’s “hot line” and were told the front desk would reach out, but nobody ever followed up. The next morning, I personally spoke with the front desk and maintenance was finally sent to inspect the issue. They confirmed there was a problem with the shower/hot water valves that required repairs and offered us a replacement room at that point.

Unfortunately, after all the inconvenience, lack of communication, and poor service, we were already fed up and decided to check out one day earlier than planned.

This experience was stressful and disappointing, especially when traveling with children. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance, communication, and customer service.

This hotel is pretty dated and wasn’t what I’d expect from a radisson but you get what you pay for I guess at £70 a night. There was only 1 working very slow lift in order and I was left waiting at least 5 mins before it came. My room had light bulbs falling out of the sockets and crumbs of food behind the bedside tables. There’s a lingering smell throughout the building. Old shower/tub in the bathroom with rusty fixtures. Peeling wallpaper and old furniture that is at end of life. The owners need to invest a little love into the building. The positive is that the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming and gave me lots of tips for making the most of my one night transit in Toronto. There was a good amount of coffee/tea/creamer in the rooms. The Square one mall is only a 10 min uber ride away and I had the time of my life shopping and enjoying the GBP/CAD exchange rate.
