Good for an overnight stay near the airport. Lowest price of the airport hotels. They have an airport shuttle which was very handy, just called the hotel when I landed and they sent it. There’s a restaurant next door and Subway and a shawarma shop in the same building. They could work a bit on cleaning. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower in my room.

My room 101 was located in the basement of the property. A barely legal window was the only outside access. Very noisy at night due to older elevator shaft right next door, as well as plumbing and water sounds from other rooms.
Room security is lacking. Stairwell exited onto the vestible, just outisde of the main entrance door.Avoid this room if you want to rest.

Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Wi-fi broke down and then air conditioning stopped working. I asked for a new room and the air conditioner didn’t work there either. When the guest in the next room had a shower it sounded like it was in our room. Paper thin walls. We lay on the bed sweltering in the heat and hardly slept. Do NOT stay here!

This is a decent place to stay near the airport. Crazy that they want to charge extra to stay an hour longer.
Shuttle can be somewhat of a wait from the airport. Make sure to go to 17 section 3 for pick up. Also make sure you find out when the go back to the airport as it seems they don't go often. I almost wouldn't have had a ride back because they take people at 11 and then nothing until 3pm. I wasn't aware of this fact.
It was quiet but I also kept the ac on so I wouldn't hear anything.

I booked this hotel room because the photos on line were very nice. However, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. I don't normally write poor reviews, however, I felt I was a victim to bait and switch. In the room I was originally given, the bed looked old and worn out. The rooms had only 2 small pillows on the bed which also looked worn out. The television did not work, and when I went to call the front desk, I found that the in-room phone was not even connected. I had to go down to speak the the staff. There were not even complimentary water bottles, no wash cloths provided, only one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. When I expressed my desire to cancel the second night, I was told I had to call the booking agent. I contacted the booking agent who then told me that the hotel would not provide a refund for the second night. As a consumer, if I am not happy with a product, I return it. Why is the same not true for a hotel. I understand that if I wanted to cancel just because my plans change, that is on me, but when a customer is totally unsatisfied, disappointed, unhappy and angry about the room situation, it should be refunded. I will NEVER book a smaller name hotel again. The flight crews stay at the Holiday Inn, that should be a clue to the rest of us.

When I arrived at the airport, I called and they came to pick me up within minutes, same after I checked out. They allowed me a late check out and I was able to keep my luggage in a room for the few hours I was on the premises doing some work.
Good restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Hotel was fine and clean but have no amenities. I asked for a crib weeks in advance and hotel confirmed the request. Then they said they didn’t even have cribs when I arrived. Later on they claimed “another family had it”. It was a random weekday - it was not busy.

Long term parking is terrible. You have to drive your car to a park and ride lot basically and they drive you back to the hotel. Not ideal. If id known this, I would have booked a different hotel and just used a park and ride lot.

The hotel itself was nice, room was clean and everything in working order. My issue was the staff communication with the airport shuttle. For context, I arrived at Pearson Intl at 10pm, was ready at the terminal 3 hotel shuttle section by 10:25pm at which time i called the hotel and informed the staff member exactly where i was waiting: “Terminal 3 hotel shuttle station” to which she replied that their shuttle would arrive to pick me up in 15-20 minutes. I waited for 30mins before calling back and telling her the same thing and she confirmed that the shuttle would be there in 5-10mins. I waited 20 before calling back. At this point I’d been waiting outside in -4 degrees with only my tropical attire for 50 minutes. The next time i called it was a gentleman who picked up and after i voiced my frustration at the unexpected wait he informed me that their hotel shuttle does not have clearance for the hotel shuttle section, i was supposed to wait in another area. That is all fine and dandy but why the hell had his coworker not mentioned this in the first two calls I made? The driver even said that he had driven past twice looking for me, so why didn’t the hotel at the very least call me to make sure i was still waiting for them? Leaving three stars because the room was great and the second employee was helpful. Minus two stars for the first employee.

No garbage bin in the room, no tissue papers, quilt had stain, both pillow covers were totally different colors (white , off white), floor wasn’t heated, soap was so hard to use, shampoo/conditioner had a very repulsive smell, moisturizer made the skin dry instead if moisturizing. No complementary water bottles. On return, When sitting in the Shuttle I did mention the airline to the driver where Im departing, but when when he came to terminal 1 he asked to get downstairs and this and that to go to terminal 3, when I mentioned I did tell you the airline name and if you were not sure you could've asked me for that, never had to tell terminal before. And then he said ok I will have to go to hotel now but you can sit in the shuttle and will bring you back on next round.

Check-in was very smooth and quick and the price was low. The security was limited (door to stairs not locked and accessible from foyer before fully entering the reception area). The room was okay, the bed wasn't... terrible, door missing from closet (some of the hardware was still in place). Floor boards had been clearly discolored and they did not butt up against one another where a repair had presumably been done.

Wifi was good, had a large TV and a desk to sit at to do work. There are restaurants very close. Bathroom was mostly clean although there were a few stray hairs in the tub.

For a budget hotel it hit about where I expected it would. If all you're looking for is a place to lay your head for the night, it works.

Not the “hotel” I was expecting. Not being from TO when I saw the address as being on “Airport Road” I assumed it would be the typical cluster of hotels convenient to airport that you often see at major centres. Nope. It’s a commercial building that has had the (likely) upstairs offices renovated into rooms that you literally enter with the shared car rental lobby. (Far more car rental vibe than “hotel”) The rooms upstairs are a bit of a maze with mine being very noticeably above the Shawarma restaurant next door (assume same owners). You’ll want to be a fan of the cooking odours. Room was clean. Walls paper thin, heard EVERYTHING, might as well have been a curtain. Just not a hotel that is worthy of almost $200. ($196 with my discount). Could have stayed at the Best Western Premier for the same money that night and had amenities and breakfast etc. Would be fine at a significant discount for what is basically a “room to let”, but not when compared to actual hotels that offer services and amenities.

I was stranded due to weather and looking for a budget-friendly accommodation. The location was excellent and it’s safe and clean but it’s a little odd. There really isn’t a lot of parking and I didn’t see a lot exclusively for guests. It’s in a strip mall area kind of, so feels more like a hostel but the hotel room itself was clean and typical, I’d say about 2 stars but fine. The bed was not comfortable if I’m being honest. Another annoying feature is all the doors when you arrive with your belongings and no working automatic door openers (like accessibility buttons and whatnot). So it was fine for me (44 yo female looking to save some money) but I would likely not go back due to the bed, whole set up and parking.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very enjoyable. The noise level was extremely high — the walls felt like they were made of paper. I could clearly hear conversations and even what the guests next door were watching on TV, which made it difficult to relax.

On top of that, every time I stepped out of my room, the cleaning staff repeatedly asked if I was checking out, and if not, what time I planned to leave. This happened multiple times and made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, as if I wasn’t really welcome to stay until my actual checkout time.

Overall, I didn’t have a pleasant experience and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
