The man at the front desk was amazing and the gentleman who was the maintenance man was absolutely a pleasure. The the room was not what the pictures showed and the air conditioner did not work and then they moved me to another room and it also had very poor air. That was the only problem. When your pictures on the wed site show one thing and the room you get is totally something else.
Thank you Kim

The carpets in the hallway were dirty needs a good shampoo. The room was ok. There was dents in the wall a damaged lampshade. No remote for the TV I had to go to the front desk to get one only to find out that I had to know the make of the tv. So I had to head back to the room to go to the front desk again.
The air conditioner had a remote that's not working with the unit.
The toilet had a ugly stain in it.
The showerhead 🚿 is falling out the wall.
The fridge had parts missing.
My deposit at check in (cash)wasn't available at check out had to wait an half hour.
I could go on .............

The room key didnt open the door near our room and on the first night we had to go to the front desk to have the keys reset. To find we had to do that everyday. So was bit annoying. Breakfast didn’t start on time and we were in a hurry. Ultimately breakfast selection was very minimal considering some of us had different dietary restrictions. Other than that not much to look at for and old hotel. 4 guests but only 2 bottles of water in fridge and same for towels/ pillows. Had to request extra even though was booked for 4 people.

Checkin desk is like showing up at a hostel. Not inviting at all.
Don't be fooled by the fresh and somewhat endearing outside complexion of this hotel.
Its like an A rooming house.
It seems many live here, perhaps socially funded.
Marijuana smells in the hallway.
Tiny rooms, very worn.
Nothing inviting anywhere.
Clearly not a western owner or management.
From outside one can see in some rooms that the hotel seems to use for their space.
Jammed and messy,, full of odd acoutrements.
Breakfast opens later than advertised.
Staff there work at ultra slow pace.
Recommend a complete gut job on this place .

free breakfast and staff were nice; however, the property and room felt and looked kinda beat up. Some examples of this are the in-room mug for coffee were cracked, the grout on the tiles floors was missing or cracked, the paint on the heaters was not well maintained and wa schipping plus it was raining when we were there and our \"sealed window\" leaked, causing alot of water to build up on the floor.
Most of my issues were just cosmetic, it was fine for the location and I just needed a place to sleep.

I've stayed in some very underwhelming places, and while this could be added to that list, it's also not nearly the worst. I didn't see evidence of bedbugs, mice, or mold - which is definitely a positive. However, the room we stayed in was run down, and not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was probably the cleanest part, which is not nothing. But dust, etc was visibly accumulating in the corners/edges of the carpet. The duvet didn't actually have a cover, it was just between two flat sheets, which was kind of strange. At least one of the pillows on the bed was the size of a throw pillow - not a bed/sleeping pillow.
All that said, this place was cheaper - significantly! - than the alternative. Because I had an event in the area, it made sense. If there had been more options, I would probably have opted for one of those. But this was also fine, just not great.

We were only here about 7 hours for a quick rest between flights. The hotel must have been a prime spot in its day but as pictures show, is nothing near modern so if that’s what you’re looking for this place is not for you. It suited our purpose perfectly well though. Clean rooms, late overnight check-in, reasonable price, close to airport, complimentary hot breakfast. Checked the necessary boxes. I actually smiled when I saw it, thinking about how glorious it must have been in its prime. Approach it with the right attitude and it’s a good place to stay for a quick turnaround.

At check-in the clerk slid my key over and said my room number out loud for all in the lobby to hear. Not safe for a woman travelling on their own; this should be taught in basic training.
My room was very far from the elevator, not very convenient considering I checked in at 10:30pm and had to leave the property at 4am. Also not great for a feeling of safety. On top of that, the deadbolt didn't work so I had to prop my suitcase up under the door lock.
My room was \"New York City\"-sized, and there were various sketchy-looking smears from the cleaning; on the toilet seat, doors, etc.
Very run-down and sad place.
