The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. The dark shade was ripped and the controls weren't working properly. So the next morning the sun was shining bright right in the window and the eyes so we were up really early that morning. But on a good note maintenance put a new one on the next day.Beds were very comfortable and got a good sleep on it after we can finally fall asleep. They booked us in a room that had a connecting door right next to a loud family and well they were screaming, fighting, yelling and slamming the door every few minutes untill 1am and finally the staff went and talked to them about all the noise complaints. Then the next morning around 7am the slamming started. And then the next night all over again. We asked to be moved to a different room but they told us they were sold out.I thought maybe atleast when i checked out i got atleast alittle discount for the inconvenience and not be being able to enjoy our stay and have a peaceful weeked. But i did get a sorry for the inconvenience for your experience.O ok thanks for saying sorry, since this a huge chain of hotels and they should satisfy paying customers.
