Room was very small and we were given a room that did not have a window. It had a door that was coated with a film so we could not see out of and it was locked. Did not like the room as I prefer to have a window so I can see outside.
Not impressed and will not stay at this hotel again.

The shuttle bus is too infrequent. The hotel a/c heating unit is too noisy. I would not describe this as an airport hotel. It is a hotel near an airport with shuttle service.

Waited almost two hours to check in , never in my life have I seen a line up that big ! It doesn’t matter that it’s valentine day , should never take two hours to check in , was terrible, and ask to check out later as we didn’t even get to enjoy the stay and was told they can’t as well , couldn’t really make up for the 2 hour wait, couldn’t even give free parking for the wait it was terrible would never stay here again

Outside at the airport for 1.5 hours. We tried and tried to call the hotel at the number they gave us and nobody answered. We got to the hotel and it was noisy with doors closing and rowdy behaviour until 2 am.

The room was so small with low ceilings and a tiny window, it was claustrophobic. I had to upgrade to a suite for an extra $75/night. Second nignt it was windy and I woke up to the wind whistling through the hvac unit. I had to shove a towel between the unit and its cover to make it stop. It was $30/ night for parking. A cash grab as this hotel is near the airport, not downtown where it is expected. I will never stay there again.

Here are the key points!
Very! Very! Old building with maybe 71/2 ft celing heights
The pictures over exaggerate the condition and feel
The hallways and elevators were very dirty we stayed on the 8th floor quiet room but the bathroom was VERY! Small good shower water pressure but the bathroom sink water pressure was ridiculously slow plan an extra 15 minutes for a shave. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and the hotel restaurant was closed with nothing in the area to eat accept the typical snacks in the lobby. The new Hyatt is next door I found out it is the same owner it looked great and worth as possible next booking. I would NEVER stay here again it’s literally a 1960’s era holiday Inn like hotel with a refresh that is not so good. We ended having lunch and a beer before our flight out at the Sheraton at the airport should have booked and stayed here more money but a Gorgeous hotel with great food and atmosphere. Sorry I don’t ever do many reviews but this was so disappointing that everyone needed to know. If you are looking for Cheap in all aspects this is the place to stay.

When we book this room, we did not get the breakfast option as we don’t need breakfast for 2 days. We were planning to have breakfast on February 15 as on the 16th we had an early checkout as we have to proceed for dialysis treatment right away. When we book the hotel there was a special of $20 for two people per day, so we decided to just go for breakfast on the 15th but we were shocked that it was $30 per person. We had no choice but go for breakfast but the price was highway robbery. The hotel staff mentioned that they have nothing to do with Expedia bookings, and could not give us the rates.

Took almost 1.5hrs to check in. Line ups out the door as they only had 1 staff checking ppl in. Site claims to have soundproof rooms. NOT TRUE! I could hear ppl on either side of me and down the hall. Bathroom had hair in it and no working plug for the tub. Called at night to complain about loud music from the ppl beside me. Nothing was done. Same complaint the next morning and housekeeping did take action, you could hear the dance party down the hall. I was close to checking out. People were clearly smoking pot or vaping in rooms as it smelled down the hallway. Room had poor internet, dropped several zoom meetings while I was doing business with clients. I had to run out of my room and sit by the elevators to finish my meetings. TV also shut down channels while watching. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned and it's beyond the lead time given. Best part was the bed. That was really comfortable and the linens were good.

Check in was atrocious almost an hour. Not enough staff. The room was beside the elevator shaft and was dingy. Lots of noise on the floor during the evening and even had the back up beeper of a garbage truck in the early hours. Would not recommend this hotel.

First of all, we waited an hour just to check in and then didn't get the room we paid for. Second, I got a phone call from front desk saying they recieved a noise complaint, which wasn't even from our room at 10:00pm which woke us up. And whoever initially complained about the noise wasn't wrong, because our floor was loud all night up until 1-2am. When I proceeded to complain to the front desk, nothing was done about it. I'm super disappointed.

Multiple calls to front desk by myself and other guests regarding unruly guests. The solution was to move my room at 2am. When I spoke with the manager about this option, I said if I am the one forced to move I will not be paying for the stay. He agreed and came hisself and moved my room. At checkout, I was informed I would only be given a partial discount on the stay.

This has to be the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I travel a lot! I was even told I got a room upgrade, with stained floors, dirty hallways, cold buffet...just the worst! What good I will say is the staff at your front desk and in the restaurant were amazing, but your hotel needs a massive facelift and to cleaned!!!!! You havee some nevre charging what I paid...hotels for 'pros' look better! I was so glad I brought my own pillow cases. Just nasty!

I like the hotel for location, i think its crazy if your just staying at the hotel you are charged for parking when its a big parking lot..totally understandable if you are flying out and leaving car but that is it.
Staff etc was good, there was not hot water it was warm.

I felt the staff is not trained in the dining area cluttering of dishes and unnecessary noise
I felt there is no supervision to make sure they carry their responsibilities professionally
The rooms need maintenance and the towels are old and bleached to clean
Sheets are not maintained
I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in different hotels but this stay was far the most disappointing

Room spotless everyday. Consistent cleaning. Immaculate staff in all departments from the front desk guys to the cannery breakfast employees to the housekeeping department, everyone exceeded the standard and everything was perfect. Would definitely be coming back in a few weeks!

No towels , facecloths and when we did get towels they smelled of smoke and very poor and falling apart. Cleaning and corridors dirty for 3 days food was sitting outside some room doors and no bottled water in our rooms
Several times we had to go to the reception desk to ask for supplies
We have always enjoyed the nice staff but we will not be back after staying here at least 20 times the last 3 visits have been substandard
Breakfast was good but again very slow service as not many staff.
