The mattress and pillow was too soft corridors was noisy breakfast was good
LORNA
Outstanding!!
Lisa
the Room was not the cleanest and the bed sheets had other peoples hair which is my BIGGEST pet peeve..also a very loud facility ...not the best for sleeping.
Tania
Nice hotel near the airport. Rooms were comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but seemed a bit chaotic. The immediate area is quiet and is away from the traffic nightmare that is Toronto, thus some local stores and restaurants are readily available

Cleanliness
Daniel
Pool was not clear and had an odd smell to the water. Also breakfast was not free for my other guests that stayed in a nine suite room and the staff did not tell them until checkout and forced to pay $90
Alex
We stayed 7 days.., our room was never cleaned especially the bathroom. We have requested the housekeeping specifically to changed our linens on our 4th day, she ignored our request and said that the work order instructed them to do a quick fix. We complained in the evening, and they sent a nice housekeeper and changed our linens. Bathroom and sink was never really cleaned. They are generous on supplying us clean towels though.
Breakfast was great.

Breakfast timing good be improved , and selections could be improved, cleaning service not consistent, done every third day only if u ask, rooms are clean , spacious
Alan
I booked a room with a Kitchenette and when we got there they didn’t have any, so they put us in a different room.
Not only is this room so tiny for 4 people, the sofa bed felt nothing but springs! I’ve been on sofa beds that are bad, but this was the worst so far. So, we had to fold it up so only one kid can sleep in it and our other kid slept with us. What BS. The only good thing is, the food was good hence the 2 stars.

very wel;l organized and exceptional staff.

I think they’re doing a great job as a new property. I believe the housekeeping can be improved in the sense of consistency some days. Good some days not so good. the breakfast can be improved. I feel that it’s very one-sided with cuisine.
Timilehin
Very good breakfast, ready to help staff and great customer service. Special shout out to Araba.
Brent
Excellent staff and the breakfast was well above average. It was clean and modern too.

Room and staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the rooms were advertised as soundproof, and were not. However a lovely place to stay
J
This hotel is wonderful. Every aspect of our stay was amazing. The room was extremely clean and soundproof. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide assortment of choices. The location is close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle which is very handy. The staff was very helpful with any inquiries that we had and our experience was important to them. We will definitely be staying here again. This is now our preferred hotel for future travel to the area.
Avninder
Starting was bad. Two managers were the best to resolve the situation.
After all, it was a good stay.
Thank you everyone!!

Staff was very welcoming. Clean rooms and great shuttle service. Great restaurant and service. Wide breakfast spread. Clean poop.

We had 24hrs in Toronto on a stopover. Whilst we did have a couple of issues with the transfer and one of the two rooms we had booked, I will say that the service recovery was excellent.
For me one of the best ways to rate a hotel is when something goes wrong and for them to demonstrate how they intend to rectify it. The Hyatt did this well, and for that reason I have no hesitation in recommending them or returning.

Good place to stay in family

Our stay was excellent beginning with the airport shuttle which is available 24hrs. We used the shuttle outside of arrival and departure which was convenient
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there is variety including halal dishes. The staff continually asked for recommendations. We made recommendations on the pastry offerings and the chef actually added some of the items that were recommended. We stayed for 2 weeks and would gladly stay again if we are in Toronto.

Very good hotel. We spent 7 days and when next to be in Toronto we will choose same hotel. My children loves the pool, the morning free breakfast, free parking space. The free shuttle is also on time. Their customers service is excellent.

I love this place I will visit again thank you
Marise
Thomas M
A very clean room and friendly staff. Morning breakfast had the full package. Will stay again.
Ed
Clean rooms staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to staying there again
Alistair
Everything was great.
Only point of note is the airport shuttle requires you to call the hotel and request a pickup

Gary
A great, clean, and newly built hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Its convenient location near the airport, along with the free shuttle service to and from the hotel, made travel very easy. Free parking was also available, which added to the convenience. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options.
The only downside for me was the noise from the corridor, which could be heard in the room when other guests were passing by.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit was spacious. They offered and provided a crib for my 1 year old which was great. I felt safe there and had no major issues. Breakfast the first day was not good but that’s just my opinion, cultures are different and they cater to guests from around the world and with various food restrictions. Overall it was a great stay.
Yiyu
All the stuff here are very nice. Especially Vanelhana who helped me to reschedule the airport shuttle to catch the bus. Shuttle is super helpful as well.
My room is neat and clean. The breakfast area is clean and well organized. Food is simple but fresh and tasty.
I will definitely come back when i visit Toronto next time.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and our room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides were that the pool was extremely crowded throughout our entire stay, making it difficult to enjoy, and the hallway our room was in had a very strong smell of marijuana for most of our visit. Other than those issues, we had a pleasant experience.
Mashima
I booked this hotel last minute for a 12-hour layover. The price was very reasonable. Shuttle pick up from the airport was easy to find and the shuttle was spacious. Arrived and the check in was quick. The room is very clean and looks very new. Definitely looks like a place for a corporate stay - simple, professional, and convenient. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet line was really good, too! Did not encounter any inconvenience except maybe the dinner takes a bit long, but other than that, would stay here again if I come by the area!
Lori
The staff here are amazing. Went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety as well.
Timi

Elizabeth
Short stay but great
Clever
A well run place with incredibly helpful staff making transit stay and travel hustle free and very convenient. We transited through YYZ à few time and we were extremely impressed when front desk accepted our luggage for storage ahead of our stay so that we could avoid the burden of unneeded baggage until back for our stay. Shuttle bus extended on top of that. Amazing! Breakfast was the best of the four places we stayed at in our 2-week visit in Canada. Value for money +++ Definitely a place to choose every time.
Gabrijela
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Rachel
Great hotel and service. Sprinter took us to the airport for free. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
Jocelyn
Endroit spacieux très propre et chambre bien insonorisé excellent choix
Olivier
New hotel with new rooms. Mercedes shuttle was immaculate but you have to call from the airport which is inconvenient if you don’t have a phone data plan for a 12hr layover… Bar menu is good. Breakfast eggs were cold/room temperature. It would have been a 5 stars if not for the shuttle inconvenience. Other hotels had their shuttles stop by automatically every 30mn without having to call.
Marilyn
There could have been some water and regular orange pekoe tea in the rooms you had to buy water
Janna
We were super comfortable with this stay. It was clean comfortable with helpful staff. We enjoyed the bteakfast and the shuttle o the airport made life easier for us. The driver was also very helpful.
Raydon
The hotel is new and nice. Airport shuttle is convenient. They have free breakfast which I only tried once in a 4 night stay. I can never wake up early enough for these
Upon check in, they screwed up my room. I had paid for a suite on a high floor (which costs more money) and they had me in a room on a low floor. They said they were fully booked and had no rooms on yhe top floor. After voicing my displeasure about this and questioning how this possible and what the point of booking a room a month in advance in, they gave me free dinner and put me in what they claimed was one of their nicest suites
The room they gave me was nice and spacious, but as per the booking, I wanted to be on a high floor
I took the free dinner and called it a day
