There were also only two children’s channels available on the television, which felt quite limited for families traveling with young kids. In addition, the microwave is positioned directly beside the TV, so warming food during a child’s nap risks waking them.
The lack of sound insulation also made us conscious that if our own child had started crying, it would likely be just as audible to neighboring rooms. This made naps more stressful than they should be while traveling with young children.
Overall, the breakfast was wonderful, but the room setup and noise transfer made the stay less comfortable for a family.

The room temperature was only 16 degrees when we arrived and it took a whole night to warm up to 23 degrees. Would appreciate more food variety for the breakfast buffet. Coffee tastes pretty good.

The hotel is relatively new. Staff seemed polite and courteous however, didn’t really do anything that jumped out. We had a king suite on the 8th floor. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Was disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom had water damage around the ventilation, shower had black stains on the wall and shower floor. Was just okay. Not sure I would stay again.

My stay was okay - not great. Main issues were that the heating unit was very very noisy. Turning it off meant the room would be too cold. The unit was cutting in and out throughout the night waking me up. Also, the charging station for phone and accessories was not working. A very kind front desk attendant came up to look at it but couldn’t actually do anything about it.

My only complaint is the heating system is not well designed and noisy. The vent in the bedroom is directed to blow air directly at the top part of bed, which was very uncomfortable, and blew cold air. Only solution was to turn off system at night. Can’t reach anyone at the hotel. My daughter is stranded at the airport. I picked this hotel because it said they had a shuttle only to learn, after I paid for the room, that you can’t reach anybody in the airport and you had to set up the shuttle 72 hours in advance. So this is money wasted

This was our first stay in this new hotel. We've been looking for a new hotel in the area for our regular visits and we were hoping this would be a good find. We were disappointed as we have always equated Hyatt with high quality, but this hotel was not up to expectation. The room was poorly designed - no plugs on the desk for our devices and the HVAC system was something out of the 80s. It was so noisy we had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. The furnishings, both in the room and the dining area, seemed strangely for a new hotel, to be used? The breakfast was ok, but varied from day to day - one day very good and hot, other days poor quality and cold.

I had stayed at the hotel twice, one night when I arrived at Toronto airport, and another night before I fly back home. Breakfast was nice, satisfying, and adequate variety.
The night I arrived at Toronto, it was already very late in the evening. There is no more shuttle from the hotel. However, the hotel arranged a taxi service free of charge in lieu of the shuttle. It was very convenient.

Very, very clean!! The only complaint I have is the shuttle did not pick me up. I had to call a ride. But it is ok. The front desk explained what happened. The shuttle stops running at 5pm. The shuttle was on time taking me to the airport to get back to the US. Overall our stay was a lovely stay. The breakfast is wonderful!! The staff are nice and respectful. I will be staying with them again from now own. Great job!!!!!!
