The room was clean and spacious but felt a bit old. That said, considering the price, I can't complain -- it had everything I needed in terms of amenities and transportations (shuttle bus to the airport). Worth the money, and I'd stay here again when I have to spend a night nearby YYZ.

DO NOT USE the free SHUTTLE pickup. You have to CALL for it (unlike other hotel shuttles that run every 10–15 minutes), and it took about 45 MINUTES from calling to actually getting on the shuttle. We were also the LAST people picked up out of 4 flights that landed If you’re going to use it, CALL AS SOON AS YOU LAND.

Also, DON'T be FIRST in line to get on, unless you want to be last to check in. Not ideal for a solo traveller. The front desk men were probably great under normal circumstances, but by the time I got to them, they seemed overwhelmed and very distracted. I am fairly patient and they mentioned it had been a long day... yeah same, except I am paying, they are getting paid. I just needed an efficient check-in after a long travel day, especially with only about 8 hours at the hotel (thanks Air Canada for the long layover).

**SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST SPEND THE $10 ON AN UBER.**

Morning shuttle was fine, the latest one was still too early for me to arrive at the airport.

The hotel is very clearly outdated and not well maintained. The name on the hotel doesn’t even match the booking name. That being said, the room was very clean and we had all the necessary amenities for our short stay while on layover in Toronto. For the price, you get what you pay for and it was fair.

Decent hotel with a convenient free airport shuttle service and friendly staff. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed, and came with a good breakfast. The hotel is tired around the edges, but still remains a good option when overnighting at Pearson (especially when considering the demented prices charged by some airport hotels).

Clean spacious room, nice shower. The staff was helpful. I didn’t have a chance to check out the pool and hot tub. I booked the hotel especially for the shuttle to and from the airport, which was super convenient. There is a restaurant on site. I would definitely book here again.

I had a nice room but couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat so I had to double the duvet over myself in order to be warm for sleeping. I left early in the morning so I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast. I was glad to use the free airport shuttle, both ways.

I have had the pleasure of staying multiple times at Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, and each visit has been consistently comfortable and welcoming. My recent stays were from February 18–20, 2026; March 12–16, 2026; March 20–25, 2026; and April 14–17, 2026, and the level of service has remained excellent throughout.

I would especially like to recognize Sahil and Ihor at the front desk. Sahil provided a warm and efficient check-in experience, making me feel immediately at ease after my travels. Ihor was equally outstanding—always courteous, patient, and ready to assist with directions, key card replacements, and any questions I had during my stay.

Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. It is rare to encounter such consistently attentive service, and they are a credit to the hotel.

I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future.

First off - huge thank you to the staff here. Easily the highlight of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was super accommodating, helpful, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to make things easier. That kind of service goes a long way, especially when you’re dealing with travel fatigue.

I stayed here because of the location - right by YYZ - which makes it incredibly convenient for both arrival and departure. It’s honestly one of the closest Best Western options to the airport, so from a logistics standpoint, it’s a solid choice.

Now for the hotel itself… this is where things get a bit mixed. “Premier” is supposed to be a step up from “Plus,” but in my case, it felt like the opposite. The building is definitely showing its age. Think old, slow elevators - and yes, having to switch elevators just to get from the 3rd to the 4th floor felt like a mini adventure I wasn’t expecting.

The rooms were okay - nothing terrible, but not quite what you’d picture for a “Premier” label. The showers, in particular, are starting to show their wear.

So overall: amazing staff, solid amenities, unbeatable location near the airport—but the building itself is overdue for a serious refresh. If they update the property to match the level of service, this place would be a no-brainer.

BTW - I noticed that they charge you extra for overnight parking.

I wish I could say you get what you paid for but for $200, this felt like it was worth $50.
You don’t expect much from 3 star or less hotels, but I at least expect a clean feeling room with working lamps and a mattress from this century.
The pillows were AWFUL beyond belief.
AC/Heat was all over the place.
Neither of us slept and we noticed we both just felt “itchy” the entire stay.

The thing that upset me the most is that they claim to have parking, and when I called ahead, I was told we could park here for our trip as well. At check in, we were told “nope, just for the night you’re sleeping, for the month of April we’re not doing that”. We were not informed or we would’ve changed hotels before cancellation fees hit. So do to that, we had to wake up an hour earlier than planned (5am), to go to park n’ fly. They couldn’t have cared less.

I understand airport hotels are expensive and this is one of the cheapest, no I (& everyone else) knows why. Spend the. Extra $50-$100 and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Even another BW property. Just not the carlingview.

I booked my trip to the Philippines, made the trip with my disabled sister many 90% of oir luggage are diapers and medical supplies, always took 4 checked bags, never a problem, never a baggage fee. When a arriveed for my trip to the Philippines imagine my surprise, when they informed me i had to pay 200$ i had not anticipated paying. Then i booked my hotel i never stayed at because they told me I would have to pay fpr an additional night. Because my flight came in at 7 am and left that evening only 14 hours and i would have to book a room for 2 nights. Unless Expedia makes things right i will NEVER USE IT AGAIN, AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO ISE A DIFFERENT APP IN BOOKING ANY TRAVEL ANDBOR TRIPS

I have been here three times since January. The only reason I booked here as because they have a restaurant in the hotel. I will not stay here again as the food is terrible and had to send it back all three times I was there. My wife to. Complained at hotel desk, they did not care said the restaurant was independent of them.. Too bad you will lose business instead of my messages being passed up the chain. Hotel itself was fine.

I showed up with my nine-year-old daughter and they had no confirmation of my reservation. They said the hotel was full. It was close to midnight and my daughter was melting down. It was a terrible experience. They ended up finding us a room. Apparently someone else didn’t show up and their credit card didn’t go through so they gave us that room. It was extremely stressful and trying to get a hold of Expedia was not easy either … you had to text through some kind of robot. It was impossible to find a phone number.

Best Western overcharged me at $119.95 + Tax which came out yo around $146/-, even after I told them Expedia had quoted me a rate I’d $89.75 + Tax.
I did not have time to find my Expedia email because I had to rush to the airport.
Unethical business practice. Period. End of story.
