Shuttle service was top notch and breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was quick with service and good before my flight. Could hear airplanes at night but that is to be expected with the proximity to the airport. Overall- a great place to stay when catching a flight the next day!

The room was a little dated, but very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and the night manager was welcoming and professional and handled some rude guests ahead of us extremely professionally. Good value for the cost, and close to the airport. We would stay there again.

Staff is excellent and very helpful. Quick check in and they do their best to mske the stay pleasant. Room and bathroom were very clean, furniture and carpets in good condition. Gym well equipped, pool available. Shuttle to airport available by request, too. Restaurant on site. Acceptable price given how close it is to the airport.

The hotel is dated, but the room was clean, with carpets removed in place of LVT, which is a good thing. The entrance from the parking garage to the hotel is in poor condition. The locks do not not lead me to feel safe.

Horrible. Room next to a stairwell that was constantly being used as it serviced the garage. People in and out all night with the door slamming. Barely any sleep. When I complained at checkout the front desk asked “why did I choose that room?”, as if it was my fault I was there. I have stayed at this property several times in the past but will not return.

Floors were falling apart, bathroom was freshly cleaned but gross. It needs deep cleaning. The biggest insult to me was the coffee machine charging $2
We stayed there two years ago and we must have had a better room. Our car got stolen that time.

Airport Shuttle was 35 minutes late, but was told 2x’s they were on there way.Information said 1.6 km to the airport,but shuttle at 11:30pm (no traffic) took 35 minutes before we ended up taking a taxi.Taxi trip was 5 minutes.How is that possible?

A/C Was not working. Moved rooms and still was the same. Barely slept because it was so hot. Customer service when I arrived, the lady was amazing! Later when i was calling the front desk re the room temperature, they seemed annoyed. Likely wouldn't stay here again.

We left before breakfast so can’t rate. We were not impressed that coffee in the lobby was 2 dollars for a regular and more for specialty make your own. There was coffee in the room, but we came off an early flight and had to wait for our room for about one hour, although actual check in was 1 1/2 hours later. STill coffee in the room doesn’t help whilst waiting! The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food

Hotel was conveniently located in relation to the airport .Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful Rooms very clean and the bed was fantastic best mattress in a hotel by far not to mention the pillow were great also
Cons : There is no more continental breakfast they have opened restaurant so don't include in booking room
We will be staying again on our return trip

Everything was clean and big.
I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I would mentioned is that there was a smell permeating throughout the building which goes through the pipes. Unclear if this was a maintenance issue, unfortunately the bathroom smelled a bit off.

Overall stay was okay, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a decent size and clean but very dated and wore out. Rusty air conditioning unit, rust in the bathroom, furnishings looked to be from the 90s. Bed was okay but not super comfortable and pillows were not great. Pool area and sauna were nice and clean. Note that hotel is directly in line with a runway/flight path so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. There was a plane flying overhead every 2 minutes. Overall an okay place for a one night layover but would pick a more updated hotel next time.

I didn’t arrive at the airport on time because the flight was delayed for over an hour. When I got to the airport I waited to call the hotel for the shuttle until I had my luggage. When I called he told me to wait outside for the shuttle to arrive. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes and finally called the hotel again. It took another 10 minutes to get a shuttle, I was frozen. Bad service. At 3:00 am.

Airport shuttle is wonderful ! It’s close to the Airpirt hop on the Train your DT in 28 min Sn rate 6.50 hop the train back to hotel catch the free shuttle. Clean pool hot tub is actually hot, steam room & friendly staff. Transportation to major shopping mall is right there via bus. Food is good drinks a bit pricy. Staff friendly I’ll stay here again for sure

I really love this Best Western. It's a bit dated though, and during my stay, they had to change my lock from a sliding card lock to a tap lock and that was a little tricky to coordinate. Although only 20 minutes to do, I didn't want to be in the room while the workmen did this. I reflexively said, sure, give me 5 minutes to go. And then I called and said make that 15 minutes, it's more realistic for me. Having knowledge of how things really work when getting outside contracters to do things like this, I knew a wider bandwidth of time was necessary (no one is going to drop what they're doing and come immediately and be done in 20 mins exactly). So I went to the hot tub and then read a book in the lobby for a while. The room was great. I love the long desk and the office chair was perfect (although needed adjusting that I couldn't manage myself so I called and maintenance came and adjusted it for me - very, very nice man!). The lady who called me to tell me about the lock situation was also incredibly nice, very apologetic, and I understand that since I work in a high end retirement home where 5 Star hospitality part of the work culture/expectation of the residents.

I was left to wait in the cold for 20 mins for my shuttle. I was told to wait at F3 and he pulled up to F1.
Thenupon check in I was given a room key for an occupied room and walked in on a half naked guy. I recieved no apology for this I was simply given a differe t rokm
I did not get the wake up call I asked for either as I had an early flight. My room was freezing all night despite having the heat turnes up to 90 degrees. Overall customer service was poor. The shuttle guy to the airport was the most pleasant part of my experience. I would not return based on this stay

The shuttle driver was wonderful - so kind and helpful. Very nice staff, super clean room , great tv and comfortable bed. Good deal for the money. The only thing I would say is there are no restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel is not good. Also bring a mask and earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport, I had called at least 5 times and they said someone is on the way and no one showed up... It doesn't make sense of the drive in less the 10 minutes but we had to wait more then and hour and the didn't provide us with any good reason when I had already called them 5 times. Checking in staff member was not courteous. The food in restaurant was really good and it arrives fast as well. They could have at least provided us with a hot meal due to the delay with pick up but they didn't even say sorry. The room was okay but very poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

Parking was a nightmare (paid parking but they didn’t have any room to park anyone as their lot was full.. we had to park on a sidewalk and worried about our vehicle all night. The beds were horrible… unless you like the feeling of sleeping on the floor!

We stay at this best western every time we travel and are always pleased with the stay experience. I would however like to suggest that if I were running things I would make the coffee making station more enjoyable. If you are going to put a kurig machine on the room, then put larger creamer and sugar packages. I always have to open two packs of creamer and sugar for one cup and it still is less of both than I’d like. And put a decent size stir stick, or better yet, a spoon to stir. It’s not a huge deal. But if you made that change, I would have absolutely nothing to say against your hotel. Other hotels are the same so it’s not just you. But, it may be a relatively cheap way to differentiate your hotels. And I would really appreciate a change I expect would not dramatically increase your cost of doing business. Thanks for listening. The room was perfectly clean and very nice, and the staff were courteous. However, the building seems like something out of the 60s that's been refurbished and the parking garage is awkward and insufficient for the hotel's capacity. The elevators are small and one of them was out of service the whole time I was there. But worse, I was on the 5th floor, which meant I had to take one elevator to the 4th floor, then switch to an incredibly tiny secondary elevator to go from the 4th to the 5th floor. It was ultra-slow and creeky and honestly felt sketchy . . . even a bit creepy. Needless to say I only did that once, then used the stairs next to the parking garage the rest of the time--honestly the only practical way to get to my car. I think if you're using airport shuttles and staying on one of the first 4 floors you'll be perfectly comfortable and happy--just not overly great for driving to and getting an overflow room on the 5th floor.
