Jeran who worked in the breakfast area made our stay feel so special! We stayed for a week and she was always looking out for our family and was so kind. My family and I would stay here again just because of her. One of the older gentleman at the front desk was a bit short but otherwise the hotel was great.
Benoit
Chambre propre et luxueuse. Lit confortable.

Very clean. Professional Staff - who were always very kind & accommodating
Parking was $30/day - which I did not realize (may have been my oversight)

I had an issue with my Expedia reservation and the front desk staff at Hyatt went out of their way and contacted Expedia on my behalf to resolve. Issue was resolved quickly and Expedia followed up with a phone call. Very satisfied!

Amazing Staff and Honest Policy – Saved the Day!
I cannot recommend Hyatt Place Toronto Airport enough, primarily because of the incredible staff. I booked a room for my friend who was flying in from the USA, but due to severe weather, his flight was cancelled at the last minute.
I called the hotel in a bit of a panic to explain the situation. The front desk team was incredibly understanding and empathetic. They didn’t give me a hard time or hide behind fine print; they simply listened to the weather circumstances and processed a full refund without any issues or fees.
It is rare to find a hotel that prioritizes common sense and customer service over strict policies these days. If you are looking for a stress-free stay near Pearson Airport with a team that truly cares about their guests, this is the place. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Elliott
The breakfast was great, housekeeping was ok but not great, we found shorts from previous guests on a shelf by the coffee maker. Needed to call to front desk for extra toilet paper as they didn't leave any and the one on the roll was almost out. The pool was operational for 2 of the 6 days. Overall not to bad, first time I've had to pay for parking at a hotel.
Nathaniel
It was clean and the rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Novita
The room was great when we first came, very organized and spacious. Until my daughter found a baby cockroach on her bed. I went to the receptionist, they changed the bedding right away and compensated me with 1 day of free parking. If there was no cockroach incident it would have been 5 stars because the receptionists and the cleaning ladies were very nice, helpful and friendly. Hotel was modern as well.
Maura
Excelente opcion para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto y excelente servicio de su personal a todas horas. Las habitaciones super comodas y espaciosas. Definitivamente nos volvemos a quedar allí si volvemos.

Amazing experience!
We stayed for one night before our flight.
I thought my toddler would sleep on the pull out couch with my older child, but after an hour and a half of trying to get him to sleep, I called the front desk and within 10 mins we had a play pen at our door. Just amazing service!
Everything was super clean.
Pool was a nice temperature.
Lots of Restaurants close by!
Quick and easy check in and check out.
We will be staying again!
Thanks!

We had a short stay prior to our early am flights. Nice room, clean and well stocked, but the soap was not filled. Great room facing away from the airport and room was quiet. Well stay again for early am flights and the shuttle was good.
Eugen
Big rooms, clean, safe, and the most important quiet no noises, what i didn't like is the parking for the guests or visitors they had to pay $5 each hours up to $30 then flat charge, visitors should not pay for parking when there is a lot of parking
Priscilla
Beautiful property and very kind staff.
Michael
This hotel seems brand new, airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, and zero airplane noise. I would stay here again.

This was honestly the best hotel near an airport that I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean, lovely, modern and spacious room. Super comfy bed! Free shuttle bus to and from airport which was fantastic. A good few restaurant options within working difference (good Italian literally across the parking lot!). Highly recommend!

Denise
This hotel was great and convenient to o the airport. Super clean and friendly staff.
Bryan
Really clean, great stay. Hotel staff was polite.
Synthia
We had a lot of issues this weekend, between a dirty room with hair in our bed and something gross smeared all over the bathroom door that took over 1.5 hours to get cleaned and that I ended up having to clean myself. Parking was a nightmare and we had no shower gel in our shower - for a new hotel it needs A lot of work on cleanliness of rooms and customer service.
Brook
The staff were excellent and very polite, it cost $30 to park for the night and the parking lot is a little small and confusing but the rooms were very clean and comfortable and they had a few big chain restaurants really close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay in this area
EMMA victoria
Great stay for our visit in Toronto ❤️
WILLIAM
Only complaint is the room needed a microwave.
Summa
When waiting for the airport shuttle from Pearson Airport, look-out for the shuttle marked Crowne Plaza/Hyatt Place Toronto Airport
Lauren
The staff was nice and the room was very nice and very clean. But the room was set at 25 degrees Celsius which is 77 degrees Fahrenheit and it was so hot that we could barely sleep. I don’t if the ac was broken but I tried to call somebody and no one answered.
Gurpreet
Very peaceful stay
Jewel
The room was immaculate, cozy and comfortable. I definitely will be booking a stay there again.
Sonia
Tout etait parfait les chambres etait vraiment belle et propre et le buffet déjeuner c'était parfait aussi

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Andrew
The hotel is new and fresh. My only complaint would be that the windows in the room were absolutely disgusting, with handprints, smudges, etc., all over them. It definitely makes you wonder how well the room is cleaned.
