The hotel itself is great. Clean, comfortable, good location. The only real problem is that the airport shuttle is very restricted. If you're trying to get a ride from the hotel to the airport, you have to give them 2 hours notice and they charge you $10 each way. This is not listed on their listing anywhere.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not at all what I expected. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the drawers were sticking out about two inches instead of being pushed in flush against the wall or furniture, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained. The wires connecting the TV, fridge, and microwave were also exposed and tangled, giving the entire room a messy appearance.

The biggest issue, however, was the bed. There were multiple black stains all over the bed sheets, which was completely unacceptable. It made me question the cleanliness of the room, and I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed.

I had also specifically asked the front desk to place me in a room that was not connected to another room because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with excessive noise from neighboring guests. Despite my request, I was still given a conjoining room, which made my stay even more frustrating.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room presentation, and failure to accommodate a reasonable request made for a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel is definitely a steal for those who need a comfortable overnight stay to catch the next flight. Room is comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. Free airport shuttle bus saved you a lot of hassles in between hotel and Pearson airport. I was well served by a delightful lady named Yolanda at the hotel restaurant last night and got the best steak and fries in town - and a great deal- a fresh Caesar salad as the side dish too. I will definitely come back :-)

The room as SO nice and clean. That bed was to die for. My flight got canceled and I had to stay in Canada another night. I was on a limited budget and I came across this hotel for under $100 all in. I was shocked to arrive and find the hotel so beautiful and clean. The best thing is that it had an airport shuttle so I didn't have to spend more money. I called the hotel and arranged a pickup. They came in less than 10 minutes. The bed and the pillows where amazing. I arrived around 11:30 and the bar closed at midnight and they opened up for me to be able to order a beer. I got in the middle of that bed and went to sleep. I highly recommend this location.

The rooms are dated, mine had stains all over the carpet, the bathroom shower was in bad shape as well. The couch in the corner looked very “used”. The hallway was very noisy both nights I stayed. Constant door slamming all night until I finally just left at 5am to switch hotels so I could actually sleep. Not to mention the constant transport trucks going all night behind the hotel at the truck stop/fuelling station. The positive is the parking, it’s included and there is plenty. There are better places close by for similar or a better price.

Everything else is fine with this property except for their airport shuttle.

They don’t run on any fixed schedule. When you book, they try to get you in around 30 minutes. I have had to wait well over 30 minutes in bad weather on 2 different occasions, even after calling them.

I saw every other major hotel’s shuttle frequently and plan to stay elsewhere in future.

Unless you are okay with subpar cleaning, unhelpful staff, and lack of assistance with amenities do not stay here. Upon arrival, we had to request another room as the first room assigned smelled like mold and dirty smoke. Another guest checking in around the same time as us was assigned a room that someone had already been staying in.

The staff was also rude and not accommodating in numerous instances.

I only picked this hotel because there was a free shuttle & free breakfast. After I made my breakfast plate I was asked for my breakfast voucher… so I went and asked the front desk & he said I didn’t have a breakfast included in my hotel stay. I guess they let the food go to waste. It was really disappointing… will never book the 4 points again. The room was lovely.

Airport shuttle needed to be called and took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. At check in, I was informed that the shuttle would only run every 40 minutes which meant a very early morning call for early flights. The room was large but claims of refurbishment seemed far fetched - cracked bathroom sink, ripped wallpaper. Bed extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Television performance was spotty. All in all not a pleasant stay, especially for the price.

We stayed here for a night for the Luke Combs concert at Roger’s Stadium. The stadium is 25 minutes away. Super easy to get onto the highway from the hotel. Decent location and much more reasonable than staying downtown Toronto. The room is a typical airport hotel room. Quite small and narrow, but it was clean. The bed was pretty hard, we would have liked a little more cushion. We were able to check-in early with no issues. Didn’t make use of the amenities but the he pool was a lot smaller in person. The restaurant looked nice but again we didn’t have time to check it out. Lots of hot water for our showers! All of our interactions with staff were very positive. Tim Hortons is right next door. 15 minutes to the Toronto Premium Outlets.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious even though it’s a typical continental breakfast the taste is also amazing (I suggest to add it to your booking). Also, there is a complimentary free parking adding to this is a free shuttle for the airport.

The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they \"fixed\" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. Manager wouldn't even speak with me directly. The AC emitted a gust of STANK sewer smell which circulated the room daily. The grout on the bathroom shower wall needed bleach and a good scrub. And the perimeter of the pool inside where the water level casted a whole black line of muck and the stair stepper needed scrubbing cuz the black was on the stairs too! I told them if they weren't able to give me a partial reimbursement then they will have to deal with the poor review. I paid for my room in full before coming online and I think they gave us the least favourite room because money was already paid upfront. And the breakfast, it was not worth paying for it should be included because I've been to a few different hotels/motels that offer complementary breakfasts and they were making an omelette right in front of you! I thought if we were paying this would be a supreme breakfast. But it was very avg. Scrambled egg like you see in hospitals, bacon & sausage muffins etc. just sharing my experience...

Check-in was not smooth. I was actually booked into a room that was already occupied! So I walked in on a man in the washroom. Embarrassing. I have never had that happen before. No idea how the front desk managed to do that. Whatever “the Marriott scent” is … ugh. It’s nauseating. I had to hold my breath every time I walked through the lobby. The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes.

The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight.

I would not recommend this property for airport travel.
