Nice and soft beds. Slept good
Natalie
The room was a good size for 5 travellers. We appreciated the pull out couch for our fifth family member. The kids and teens really enjoyed the waterslide for hours each day. It was a big hit. The adults enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. The room was clean and staff brought clean towels and even made our beds for us during the day. The breakfast had a decent selection of food. The only issue we had was the air conditioning in our room was very cold. We mentioned this to the hotel staff on our first evening there but when we returned to our room it was still frigid. Some people might appreciate this in 31 degree heat outside but for us it was frigid.
Andrii
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help.

Business trip to the area: nice place with clean rooms and modern hotel - wonderful staff. Great price.
Free breakfast was included and the selection of food excellent.

When they advertise room with \"sleeps 4\", that include \"double sofa-bed\", we expected at least the sofa-bed has similar bed, pillows, bed sheet and blanket. When we reached room, there was only sofa-bed, and needed to ask everything.
We booked room for 4 people, they only leave 2 towels, and 1 coffee in the room. After room service, no coffee at all, no cups.
They provided very cheap blanket and bed sheets not comparable to the other bed at all. Staff seems not helpful, even when asked if you can provide complimentary water bottles when we arrived at night, they said only available for purchase. This is the first Fairfield Inn (out of 50+ in so many other locations) where they were so rude and everything seems mismanaged, including gym.
In breakfast, they show \"100 % Florida orange juice\" but you get cheap \"Sunney D\" or some sort that smells terrible. Basic breakfast, quality is poor.

It was kind of out by itself without any restaurants around it. They have a water slide but was told they only open it on weekends. The staff was very helpful.
Sherry
Clean and friendly. Nice complementary breakfast.
Alex
Staff were lovely when we checked in. Everything was clean and my kids really enjoyed playing in the pool.

Great customer service
JONGMI
The family used it to get to the airport, and the rooms were large enough, the staff were all friendly, and the distance from the airport was reasonable. I went to about five hotels during the trip, and it was the most sincere and delicious breakfast among the places that served breakfast. Many people seemed to be using the hotel, but the soundproofing was so good that I couldn't hear any noise in the room.
Princess Irelyn
The only thing si would say to improve are the beds. I had back pain when I woke up.
Catherine

Clean, comfy beds and pillows. Good lighting for reading in bed. Spacious bathroom counter with bright lighting. Very good breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. Reception desk staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend and return. Close to Pearson Airport, restaurants and shopping e.g. Costco and Walmart and mang more.

Over all expectations met.

Breakfast tasted better than expected
Don
Room was clean, pool was not , was also cold, hit tub stopped working the day we arrived. Breakfast? Exact same all 3 days.... quality was ok but variety lacked.
And not being allowed to bring breakfast to your room? What kind of garbage is that?

Tout était OK sauf la toilette avait une odeur bizarre

Very run down. Mold on bathroom walls. No door on closet. And a skunk got in the hotel and stank up the entire hotel literally making people sick. And the staff did nothing to accommodate people for this.

Norman
The property was great and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay there again.
John
The property was very clean. The room was a good size. The mattress was very comfortable but was sunk in the middle - possibly time for a change. Complimentary breakfast was pedestrian but hot and plentiful. Good overall value for the price.

The front desk staff was amazing! They were professional and accommodating (all while leaning a new computer system!)
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast alone is reason enough to stay here! So many options available and the area was kept clean and organized.
Shout out again to the front desk, all of them were amazing!

No Toilet papers. After waiting calling few times they send toilet papers. Front counter people were so involved in talking themselves. Over all not good experience at all
Trish
The property was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious and satisfying start to the day

Julie
The hotel looks clean but we booked there with our daughter because of the pool and it was out of order on the day we checked in and the next day. The bed we used was sinking in the middle and needed replacement. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, the staff were all nice and helpful.
Susana
Loved the breakfast and the variety. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. We had to extend our stay several times and both times staff were great. The location was perfect for us. Housekeeping kept our rooms nice and clean, whenever we needed extra items for the room, they were always provided. I would recommend this hotel to friends!
Karen
I was surprised by how quiet our stay was, specially during such busy long weekend full of cheerleaders.
Loved the waffles and toppings sections, sad that it was only for sunday but glad they have complementary breakfast

Jennifer
Breakfast was good, what is generally expected for a hotel stay. Rooms were clean but the remote in our room was glitchy and would not turn off, also coffee maker in our room was missing the place to put the coffee pod so after a restless night of a tv that would not go off I was severely disappointed to not have my coffee in my room
Amy
Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast staff were fantastic! It was a super busy weekend with the hotel hosting a couple kids sports teams and the breakfast seating filled up fast! There were no tables available so I asked if we could take our food upstairs and the host said she’d open a second room for us. What a great ‘quick on your feet’ accommodation!
Our room was beautiful and so spacious. Lots of parking available and the front desk staff were happy to help me out a couple times with various requests - each time so gracious and friendly - not always the case with customer service!
Would definitely stay again if we make it back to the Toronto area!

Most importantly : Very clean and updated!
The breakfast was plentiful and great food. Our kids took advantage of the complimentary hot chocolate station.
The pool is amazing and the staff were courteous and helpful when we asked some question when checking in.

Very clean and accommodating. The amenities are great. Would have liked to have more than two towels upon checking in and there was no bath mat however the staff bring anything you request in a timely fashion and are all very friendly.

Family hotel : we quite regularly stay in Brampton and travel into Toronto for day trips. We were really impressed with this hotel and we have decided that this will be our go to location as it was a great price, clean and family oriented. Very courteous staff.

I love staying at Fairfield. Very clean, friendly staff and the amenities are great. Free parking, free hot breakfast (which many hotels now charge for parking and do not offer breakfast), a heated pool with a water slide and a hot tub for a relaxing soak after. There is also a gym and laundry. Will definitely stay here again!!!

The room was the worst ive had in a long time from broken lights to the beds having sheets like a hospital. the door on the main floor didnt lock and there was no safe in the room. I asked for a room to keep thiings safe i literally got room so i could charge battery on drones and not even stay there and they gave me main floor with seperate unlocked entrence was unreal and I will never stay in Marriot again!

Breakfast buffet was awesome. My kids loved the water slide and pool area. Also close to Walmart, restaurants and the trampoline park. We had a great mini vacation. The staff at this hotel was awesome and very accommodating. We will be back for another day when we are in the area.
Pearl
Enjoyed my stay and will stay here again
Kyle
Front desk staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable.
Amanda
Kids had fun on the waterslide, but the hot tub looked grey, and the pool side tiles were chipping everywhere. Breakfast was just okay. They only had one person at the front desk which caused a big lineup during check-in. They also changed some of our rooms from 2 beds to 1 king without warning and then ran out of cots.
Stephan
Great time, we brought our dog I love how the fee was only $30 where everywhere else was over $80 plus!
Kady
Great budget friendly hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the slide.
