Overall, the property was fine, but the experience was frustrating.

The TV in our room stopped working, and the staff wasn't able to fix it. They offered to move us to another room, but by 9:00 p.m. it wasn't worth the hassle of packing everything up. Instead, they offered a 10% discount for that night's stay, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, I later found out I'd already been charged for my full stay on the day my reservation began, so the discount was never actually applied. I'm now working with customer service to get the refund sorted out.

The staff was polite and tried to help, but the follow-through on the promised compensation has made what should have been a minor inconvenience much more frustrating.

We needed a hotel near the airport in order to pick up family the next morning. We picked this one because it was conveniently located at a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The breakfast was good. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the other amenities available.

My only 1 small suggestion it would be nice to have a small microwave in the room.
Pool is nice you only need a place to store vlran towels as we haf to ask for them.

Warm and friendly staff- they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room for our anniversary and because we waited longer than expected to check in early (which was fine, we weren’t in a rush. They had a comfortable lobby to work out of) there are no ATMs, but there is a gas station/Tim Hortons conveniently next door within walking distance. The vibe is upscale and polished yet welcoming. I would certainly come back . Located near an airport and in a manufacturing district, so there is some noise. That didn’t bother us, but you should be aware. The hotel is a 30 minute drive to Toronto

The room is quite big and clean. But if you are very sensitive to the noise, don’t choose here, you can definitely hear the noise from the airplanes/ trucks/neighbors, etc. I didn’t ask any room service during my stay. My friend told me they will offer two bottle of water upon checking in, I did get it provided, and we I asked yesterday night, the staff said he need charge it from my room. I told him I just checked in, and he asked me if I got the water already upon checking in or not. DUDE, it’s just one bottle of water! And he was acting like a detective. No offense but his service is 0.

I am usually quite easy about little things but this was not a good hotel. They were having a number of guests that were participating in a girl’s hockey tournament. From shrieking girls running around the lobby to neighbouring rooms blasting rave music, there was not attempt to control the situation. I have stayed at hotels that have hosted similar events and they have been strict in posting zero tolerance rules. I had to report my neighbours twice (once in person at the front desk and once calling down).
The restaurant was concerning. I ordered a basic hamburger and it arrived barely warm. I was perhaps 15 feet from the kitchen. It was remade and while it was cooked more, still one of the most underwhelming burgers I have had for over $20. I was concerned I might become sick from the bite I took that made me realize the burger was cold. So far I have been spared. I did get breakfast with my room package and decided to skip it. I was here for work and wanted to be sure I was feeling well. If a burger was a challenge, I was concerned about things like eggs and such.
The room seemed mostly clean but the iron leaked water consistently upon heating up. The side table by the easy chair was hiding sticky stuff on the floor. The Keurig overflowed the cup provided by the room.
A lot of little things added up to a horrible stay. I would not return, nor recommend, this property.

2nd time staying here...will be the last time. Felt very dirty. Stains on the walls, fake eye lashes found in the shower by the soap, possibly leaves or grape vine in the bath tub. Another thing we noticed as cleanliness is topic of discussion, after our first night my partner and I started breaking out with pimples which we never had issues with. Also the two times we booked, we purchased the most expensive room...you would think paying more for the room that it would at the minimum be clean.

The room and hotel itself was beautiful but the lack of regulation was frustrating. My stay was 4 days total with a break of one day in between. I had exams so I was unable to use the amenities in the hotel. By the time I came on Thursday the hotel was packed with children. These kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone on deck not having a care in the world which prevented others from enjoying the pool. When complaining to the reception she essentially told me that the hotel staff have asked them to stop splashing but they wouldn’t so there was nothing that could be done. If the signs that include the rules of the pool state no splashing there should be repercussions for not following them including asking them to leave the pool if they can’t stop. For the price I paid for those 4 days I will now be going to TRU by Hilton which is half the price and down the street plus the price includes breakfast

We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. Check-in and check-out were seamless, housekeeping was wonderful, and guest services were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

We stayed in a suite with a King bed, and the bathroom was stunning, featuring the BEST bathtub. It included robes, slippers, and bath salts, making our soak feel like a luxurious spa getaway. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally well-stocked with toiletries that went above and beyond the usual offerings.

The bed was incredibly comfortable; as someone who rarely sleeps well in hotels, I was out cold the entire night.

The only drawback of our room was the TV. It was a large smart TV positioned in the center of the room on a stand that seemed to double as a room divider. Unfortunately, it only faced the bed, preventing us from sitting on the couch and watching TV together as a family, which was disappointing.

We found the pool to be underwhelming. It was quite small and only 4’6” deep. During our stay, several hockey teams were there for a local tournament, and it was impossible to accommodate even one team in the pool at a time, let alone multiple teams.

Overall, we would certainly stay again. While the pool and TV were disappointments, they weren't significant enough to detract from our overall experience.

Beware of trying to use the lobby room, if you ask to use the room they might say you can use it but then tell you that you'll have to leave in an hour to \"deep clean it\" but then let a group of parents be loud and drunk in the room and let them stay in it for as long as they like.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable.
During my stay at Bloom Mississauga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton on March 25, 2026, I returned to my room after their housekeeping service and discovered that the contents of a FULL bathroom trash bin had been dumped directly into the toilet bowl and the toilet lid left covered. When I opened the lid, the toilet was filled with garbage.
This was not just unpleasant—it was a serious sanitation failure. The bathroom was unusable, and the situation was both shocking and completely inappropriate for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand.
What made matters worse was the handling by management. The explanation I received did not adequately account for what happened, and there was a clear lack of accountability. That response was almost as concerning as the incident itself.
Travelers should be aware that this property appears to have significant issues with basic housekeeping standards and quality control. I strongly suggest management take immediate corrective action, as this kind of incident should never happen in a professional hospitality environment.

The only minor drawback was that the hotel is located along a flight path, so there was some noticeable noise from planes at times. It didn’t completely take away from my stay, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

That said, I still had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning. Great service and a comfortable experience overall!
