We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We requested a pet-free room because my son is allergic to dog and cat hair, and the staff were very accommodating. When we arrived, the room was spotless and very clean.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained. We truly appreciated the attention to our request and the excellent service. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Good breakfast. Some managers were helpful. Located near busy trucker intersection. Vagrants/homeless hanging out near entrance of property.

I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and noted that with each new stay the quality is declining. It is a budget hotel and so a cheap mattress, thin linen, musty smell and less than halfway decent breakfast is expected. The cost optimization is evident, particularly where the breakfast offering is concerned. The breakfast sandwich is the main staple but the bacon seems to be made either of plastic or cardboard. The formula gets old very quickly. Coffee has no taste but is a benign warm liquid to wash down the food. What has really gotten worse is the clientele . The hotel now seems to cater exclusively to large groups, whether they be young sports clubs or rowdy gatherings of friends. They all share an equal disdain for the peace of other guests, running and yelling in hallways at all hours of the day and night. Calling the front desk to have security remedy the situation is pointless. One is met with the usual apologetic tripe but nothing gets done. If one complains further and asks for compensation according to the hotels policy which explicitly guarantees satisfaction or your money back, this will get nowhere. In other words, if you need a hotel to rest quietly and have a decent breakfast the next morning, look somewhere else. If you are an animal without social boundaries, you don’t care about sleep or food, then this is the place for you. I will not be coming back.

Very clean hotel with extremely attentive staff. The suite was very well laid-out with full sink, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge was larger than we expected, which was a nice bonus.
KARINA
Clean room. Breakfast
Vera
Limited options especially if traveling with younger kids.
Steph
The staff was amazing. Especially Allen. The rooms were okay. The toilet lid would not stay up, the carpets smelled not great and our channel changer was covered in something sticky. I think ice cream. The pool was great. Overall not bad but also not great.

The front desk staff are very helpful. Our room is very spacious and there are lots of parking spaces. The free breakfast was good.
jessica
Très bien dans l’ensemble. Eau de douche tiède même au plus chaud… déjeuner fini un peu trop tôt et manque de place assises.
Ritchie Joanick
Staff very helpful. The only thing that can be improve is the shower head as it very high for kids to use.
Gail
Huge room with a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful, always checking to see if anything was needed. Would definitely stay here again
Teresa
Had everything 6 of us neede in the suite and was very clean. Breakfast was excellent!
Marilyn

The property is excellent for families. Spacious suite with separate living & kitchen are was helpful. Could use a tea kettle, scissors to cut open microwave dinners etc. Overall, great stay.
james
Clean room. Perfect for families. Only thing was the bathroom door, lock was broke and it was a sliding door. But overall would recommend
Judith

Breakfast was varied each day a little, which was nice.

We had a room by the elevator. Late night people coming back were loud. Woke the kids up. Just have to remember to ask for a room not near the elevator.
Samuel
All good. I will tell other people.
Sharon

Dongha
Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast and friendly staffs
Sedat
Overall it was good for this price. Breakfast and hygiene exceed expectations. AC was noisy, the portable bed was very uncomfortable. TV was disaster. A very small pool. Free EV charging, only two ports were operational.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We did not have to opportunity to enjoy all the amenities. The only issue I found was the hotel was a little more remote and not in walking distance to restaurants.

Excellent stay for the whole family!! The only problem it was the EV charger, they only had 2 and it was kind of impossible to use it, slow charger keeps people leaving their cars for too long.

Valerie
The rooms were clean and the breakfast choices were great.
Stacey
The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely fabulous but the noise from other guests was incredibly disruptive. unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't seem to care or do much about it. Large groups would take over the entire lobby, gym and swimming pool despite there being 'maximum persons' posters noted, the hotel staff seemed to overlook it and therefore left other guests without any space or time for enjoyment. Security also seems to be non-existent, I heard two people from the large group saying that their vehicles were broken into yet no actual security staff were present or patrolling the premesis. Because there are a lot of homeless people, and a homeless shelter, in the area, I would think that the hotel would be a little more vigilant and provide proper security for their guests. I will definitely visit again but probably in a less busy time.
Julie
Wonderful room and stay

I've stayed in literally thousands of nights in hotels - hundreds in Hilton brands. This was by far the most disappointing stay of all. I'm not a terribly picky traveller, but when my family and stayed at this hotel while in town for a funeral, It landed at the top of my very short 'never go again' list. The only redeeming factor was the young man who checked my wife and I in - pleasant, fast and tremendously helpful in explaining how the app worked.
We were there for two nights. The eggs, bacon and sausage in the buffet breakfasts were cold. The \"lemon-lime water\" which sounded like a refreshing sugar-free option was just sweet lemonade. The water in the pool was cold. Not cool - but cold. When we came back from the celebration of life after the first night, we were surprised the room hadn't been serviced. When I called the front desk about hit, the man who answered just replied with \"well, did you ask to have it serviced?\" That stunned me, then he followed with, \"It's Sunday and housekeeping has gone home anyway, so we can't do it until tomorrow...\" I wasn't happy.
I hadn't made a huge fuss about things, although I was clear that I was disappointed. The next day, the man who had checked me in originally, made a point to apologize for the room service, but by then it was too late.
I hope this isn't Hilton's new standard of service.

Clean rooms and hotel, super friendly staff. Only complaint from the kids, the pool wasn’t available on the 2nd night, and from me was that I love super hot showers and the water never got very hot. Other than that excellent stay.

The hotel is clean & quiet. Staff is cery alert to every person that walks through the place They lock the main entrance after 10pm, I'm guessing due to the hard done by folks.
Not a fan of the processed foods for the breakfast. It was a less than edible breakfast!!

My room was dirty … food was on the couch and in the sofa bed….

Allen at check in was amazing. Super friendly and ensured a room was quickly prepared for us even though we were almost an hour early. Facilities were kept impeccably clean. Rooms were much bigger than expected!! All staff members smiled and said hello as we crossed paths. Breakfast wasn't very impressive in terms of options but edible. The pool was fun but there was so much hair in it that my kids and I kept getting caught on it which was gross.
Steven
Very clean. Room had everything we needed!

Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. I used the gym on my stay. Pool is crowded in the evening on my stay but nobody is on the pool in the morning. Staff were nice and accommodating.

Didn’t get the room which I booked, staff said it was over booked. I left with no choice and to take what ever is available. Not booking again thru Expedia if this is the confusion between Expedia and the hotel.

After a long day the check in was good with the front desk. Our room was clean and beds were comfy only issue was there was a vent blowing directly in front of our door at 424 and the noise was very loud we ended up putting towels under the door so we could sleep, we did ask a maintenance guy in the elevator about this and he was very rude this can be said for most of the staff except the front desk. Also there should be more seating at the breakfast area aas prettg crowded.
Sean
Amazing hotel. The best hotel that I have stayed at in a while, although there was a lack of social areas like a business center or lobby lounge area.
Alexandra
Clean room, and amazing staff members!
Ghislain
Room was clean.

toujours propre, bien situé pour le travail

I arrived to the Hilton November 18 2025. Upon arrival the front desk concierge was not pleasant, she also charged my credit card for three hundred dollars claiming that it was a holders fee that would be released after three days. It’s been a week and I have yet to receive my refund! I honestly did not appreciate the treatment at this particular hotel and I don’t think it would be wise to book if scamming is present within the establishment
Kelly
So spacious perfect for a shopping trip with the girls!
