Our room was awesome and for a very good price. The jetted tub area was especially wonderful.

I was quite disappointed with the check in experience however. We booked a room for a family of 4 (both parents, one teenager and one young child). We booked the room and paid ahead of time. Upon our arrival, we were told that in order for our teenage son to stay, we needed to pay a $25 up charge (came to almost $30 with tax) as he was to be charged an adult fee to stay.
I have booked hotels at a variety of hotel establishments for many years and I have never been asked to pay an extra adult fee. We had a room with 2 double beds (4 person occupancy). So, I don’t know what the issue was.
I paid the fee, but was not satisfied. I don’t know why we were penalized for having our teenager stay with us. Not acceptable.

Walked into our room and the first thing you smell is curry and the pillow cases on the bed were yellow and lumpy we asked for a new room because it smelled and the guy told them it smelled of smoke which i never said and we got a new room which smelled better and the cases were white and pillows were not lumpy but 1 of the towels in the bathroom had a stain on it breakfast was not appealing

Stayed here the 2nd night cause it was non refundable; the breakfast is lacking but you can pay to upgrade to eggs (the good thing it opens at 6am weekdays vs 7). The hot water is extremely hot so be mindful of that. The Vaughan Monte Carlo was nice so thought would try this one.

Price was great for a suite. It's a bit dated but the room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have a sitting area separated from where the bed was located. Both areas had a big tv each and lots of room for a small family. Bed was so comfortable. Grabbed dinner from the hotel restaurant...very convenient if you don't want to leave the building. Can get takeout to bring to go back to your room. Would stay there again.

We stay at this hotel whenever we come South and have always had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always clean. This time was not as great. The toilet started running periodically through the night, the soap container was empty at the bathroom sink. I am a light sleeper so the toilet was annoying.
