This is a nice B&B. We wanted a clean, safe place away from the city, and this was it. Our room and bath was clean and furnished well. We enjoyed the pool and nice neighborhood for walks. Breakfast was nice and satisfying.

The room was not as pictured. Dated and Dark with limited lighting. Like staying at a grandma's house in the woods. Water never got hot enough for a good shower. I could hear the guy in the neighbouring room snore all night. All in all I just wished I was home .

Very nice and quiet environment and clean property. Staff was great and breakfast was good. My only suggestion is to provide a power source beside the bed for easy phone and laptop charging . I had to leave my phone beside the tv to charge. I dot know about other rooms but that’s the only thing lacking in the room I was in. Besides that , every other thing was great.

Just wonderful!! We love it here. Chose to stay another night because we didn’t want to leave. So peaceful. Room was clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept. The pool is amazing. Heated and clean. We sat on the back porch and read and talked for hours. Just a wonderful place to unwind.

My 2nd stay here. Room was clean. Staff greeted me with a smile. Christmas decorations ouside were beautiful. Inside was amazing. Loved the slender Christmastree on the step presents underneath. Made me feel at home. I find this place is way better than a hotel or motel. Staff makes my stay more personal rather than just another customer.
If you looking for a cozy, home away from home in Brampton than this is the place to be.

One of my best stays ever. So comfortable host just incredible breakfast full of fruit being my stay was in November very amazing. I rated the pool as 5 but obviously did not use it but my room overlooked the area and was extremely well maintained. I only stay one night so cannot comment about shopping, dining,or transportation as they were not in my travels this time. Highly recommend staying here and will myself again.

This b&b was so pretty. The grounds were incredibly clean, we are actually talking about having our wedding here and booking the whole place. The staff was super nice and always said hello or something in passing. I enjoyed the breakfast too. It was simple but good. Very quiet which is what we wanted, we wanted a break from our day to day. Only thing i would say, is i wish this place was pet friendly because my corgi dog is well behaved and wouldnt be a nuisance whatsoever.

Truly beautiful place with the amenities you'd expect at a hotel. Hostess was lovely and very professional and welcoming.

Continental breakfast was very nice and dining room was very clean. You had to ask for juice as it was not readily available with the tea and coffee. Perhaps they were limiting it...

Bed was very comfortable and room and washroom were spotless. My only complaint was that our room was freezing most of the night, and there were no extra blankets in the room.

Would stay again, but most likely in warmer weather.

Didn't stay because of noise

I ended up leaving very shortly after check in because you could hear everything through out the building, people talking on the other side of the building, doors opening and closing etc.

I was offered a room in a \"quieter wing\" but was asked to pay a substaintial difference to move rooms. I didn't feel confident there would be any meanigful difference in the sound proofing.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was well presented and fresh. The property is just outside of the busy city traffic so was easy to access and yet still close to amenities. The walls in the room showed signs of the age of this property but everything was clean and neat. We will certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

The only reason I didn't give the area around then property five stars is that while it's in a beautiful neighborhood, it isn't located quite as close to the beautiful parks as some other locations. That being said, we were thrilled with the Villa. Our room, the Rose room, had a private balcony, a very comfortable king bed, and a Jacuzzi in the spacious washroom. The washroom itself is at least half the size of a typical motel room.

The included Continental breakfast is quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, some pastries, bagels, etc. There are also at least half a dozen varieties of tea available; quite nice!

Finally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa, or to stay again.

Very first time to leave a review as we want to point out a few things from this stay. When we arrived there, it was a lovely surprise as the property is huge and beautiful. They have good reviews too so we were happy we could stay there. As we checked in, my credit card didn’t work for some reason so I had to use my debit for a security deposit and pay 16dollars fee. Well sometimes this happens so we didn’t mind much. The room was quite cold but we enjoyed staying there. When we checked out, we were asked to find a lady who checked us in to get a refund for the security deposit as I used my debit card. We waited long enough that we were quite upset and friendly staffs were trying to reach out to her but she didn’t answer her phone until well after 11am. She showed up without apology and the whole time we got our deposit back, she was arguing with the staffs. We were not picky people but we find the customer service from the front desk lady needs to improve a lot, not a 9 out of 10 kind of service at all. Other than that, everyone was sweet and the property was enjoyable. But we don’t think we will go back there.
