Perfect location to go to Canada’s Wonderland and there’s a big mall across the road.
The staff were exemplary. Cannot say enough good things about every single staff member we interacted with.
The restaurant bar is very nice, the breakast is convenient with good options.
Also loved the pool table in the lobby.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable.

The staff is absolutely amazing there helpful and very friendly they saw I have limited mobility and gave me a handicap room how sweet of them was that so now I stay there every month for my appointments what a beautiful place,my granddaughter just Li es it just has to wheal me to the mall 5 minutes away a very clean lovely place.
Stephane
Very clean and friendly staff that are willing to help make your stay wonderful
Brianna
Room was nice, blackout curtains worked great. Weird there’s no shelf in the shower so my products had to sit on the floor. Also don’t like black tile in the bathroom and shower because it hides what the cleaners didn’t clean. Shower knob very wobbly. Weird bathroom layout of sink separated by a door from the toilet and shower. Mini fridge but no microwave. Pillows comfortable, bed not so much. My back hurt and spouse’s shoulders hurt upon waking. Hallway amplifies sound so people talking normally is amplified in the rooms- anyone comes in late you’ll wake up. Doors slam automatically.

It was OK. Staff was friendly. It was decent all around, but I expected more at this price point. Breakfast was not included, and the selection was small and expensive.
Weirdest part was the opaque shower wall which could be viewed from within the room. So basically people can vaguely see into the shower if they are on the side of the bed nearest the shower.

The Aloft was an ideal choice for an overnight stay before going to Wonderland. The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the free morning coffee appreciated. Having the Vaughan Mills outlet mall across the parking lot was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend as an affordable choice of hotel!
Deborah
Great location!
Carmen
Was not told of any breakfast when I checked in .

Clean rooms; modern and clean. The walls are thin so sound travels. But it was a nice stay for a quick stop.

Loved the mall next door!
SALLY
I just stayed here the past 2 nights with my 12 year old daughter and her 2 friends for a trip to Canadas Wonderland. The accommodations were clean, well kept and the location was incredibly convenient. We were only 10 minutes from Wonderland and just across the street from the Vaughn Mall. Simon, in particular, was so welcoming and helpful. He made the trip one to remember for everyone. Thank you, Simon, your hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Emma

Very spacious. The shower was really cool. Weird that they had swimming lessons in the pool. There wasn’t any room to go swimming. Indoor & outdoor lounge is great. No soap in shower. We would come again.

We received a call from the manager to make our bad stay right. ( because of loud guests )
I am pleased that they took the time to call me back and that they genuinely wanted to help make it right.

There was a group of hockey parents and their kids staying on my floor. Kids ran up and down the halls and camped out in the hallway. Very loud.
Jay
It’s a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. The only unusual thing was the floor-to-ceiling window in the shower that faced the main room.
Nicole
The cost of the room was excessive for what it was. Nothing was really wrong except the price.
Lindsey
Kids were playing in the hall almost all night. Opening and closing doors every two seconds, running up and down the halls. We call twice. Nothing was done. That same night around 3:30 a group of adults decided to have a kid party outside our room. After an hour of listening to them we called down again to ask if they could remove them. Again nothing was done. Then once again starting at 6 in the morning the kids were back playing in the halls. And nothing was done once again.
We paid $300 and had a 7 hour drive back home with absolutely no sleep. !! Worst experience at a hotel and worst staff ever!

Was woke up on both nights by loud noises outside of the hotel directly below our room. Not sure if garbage is are emptied out of the bins? Friday night was at 12:40 AM Saturday night was at 3:40 AM.
When checking in, the front desk, proceeded to answer phone calls repeatedly holding my ID while I waited to be checked in.

They don’t serve breakfast with your room for 300 dollars you think you would get a toast or a bowl of cereal. Wrong!

The worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. Everything else was fine

This hotel was amazing! The room was nice with big windows and the staff was super friendly. It was so close to Wonderland so I recommend staying here if you are going there!

Great size rooms, clean, hair dryer and iron with ironing board in room which is a bonus. Very disappointed with the not included breakfast menu, had to go eat elsewhere.

Ideal location whether you’re visiting Vaughan Mills or Wonderland. Clean room and common areas. Has a gym, pool and bar. Will definitely stay again!

A buffet breakfast included with the price would make this hotel exceptional

Staff was lovely and the space was beautiful. Only thing was there was a rad cover on the 6th floor by the elevator that was off when we checked in and was still off when we left. The bar area and lounge is stunning.

Overall, my stay was great. Stayed with my son for his weekend soccer tournment. My only issue with my stay was that for the size of the hotel there was only one washer and dryer. It rained and we all wanted to wash and dry the teams clothes, to top off the disapointment the dryer was not working and the clothes after 2 cycles did not dry well.

I am a frequent traveller and I must say, this hotel was great. The price was reasonable, the room was clean and cozy and the property was walking distance to the mall. My son loved the pool. I would stay here again

David
Great location, nice modern room. Staff very polite both on reception and in the bar. Will definately be back
Stephen
Room was fine. Clothes closet is awkward and small. Shower wall has clouded glass in the bedroom and shines light into bedroom when on. Wall seem thin and sounds could be heard between bedroom and bathroom.
