Pool cold. No hot tub. No where to sit outside. Rest was great.
Martin
Bien situé pour des activités éloignées!
Norman
Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. Bathroom was modern and stocked with Dove liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner body wash and body cream. Huge cable equipped LG TV and the bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was bountiful with omelet, baked beans, turkey sausage and among other things an excellent cinnamon roll. Parking is free and I was fortunate enough to get a space 50 ft from the front door. Bonus: Security must be great as the hotel is next door to one of Toronto’s larger police stations . I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Claude
Good value for the price , free parking and excellent breakfast with great service at the breakfast
Todd
Nice staff and clean property
Bryan Adams
All is good specially the staff
Stephanie
We were at this hotel for an overnight stay before a medical appointment. The room was large and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the air conditioning unit was very noisy when we arrived. We stopped at the front desk as we were on our way out for dinner. The front desk staff immediately called maintenance and by the time we returned about an hour later, the problem had been fixed.
Charles
Great breakfast! Clean room! Free parking! Great staff! We loved our 3 nights stay
Marie-Claude
Bien située pour prendre le tramway et le métro. Hébergement propre et bon petit déjeuner.
Catherine
Very clean and functional room. Excellent.
eleanor
I had a good stay here. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was super clean too. The lobby area was very basic but staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a pool but we didn’t get to use it during our stay. They offered a nice assortment of food , both hot and cold from their complimentary breakfast.
Lorna
I appreciated the convenience and how easily accessible the location is and the helpfulness care and attention the staff provides
Jose manuel
Very nice hotel
Lise
The lady that was at the front was very nice to us that made a big difference
Sayed
Overall it was a nice hotel, the room was a bit small and compact, if your looking for a place to stay for the night, it’s a good option, if your looking for something more luxurious, then I would look elsewhere. The only 2 negative issues that I noticed was noise from the streets and the noise from the fridge in the room.
Shannon
I called ahead of time to request a crib for our room. The woman I spoke to marked it down and then transferred me to the promotions dept. I am not sure why. The man I spoke to was extremely rude when after his long speech about rewards I said I wasn’t interested. I contacted the hotel after because the things he said were not okay. They did not seem to care. Crib was not in our room when we got there. There were 2 dead bugs on our windowsill. Toilet was broken. Parking was full.
Courtney
Beautiful rooms , great breakfast.
Megan
Rooms were clean. Breakfast was always stocked. Property was safely located and right next to a police station. Would stay again!
Jody
The staff were wonderful. The room was small but well appointed. The continental breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to select from. There’s ample parking. The property isn’t in the best neighborhood but there’s a police station right next door. It’s rather far from downtown and the traffic is extremely heavy all day and in the night.
Dany
Nice spacious room and clean hotel. Well located for Canada wonderland, just a small drive. Good breakfast buffet.
Andrea
The property was great, love it the only draw back they need to have a microwave in all the rooms

Trina
The room was immaculate. They provided beautiful white light muslin bedspread covers and fantastic pillows.
Marc
We stayed one night. Room was as advertised. Good size and clean.
There was a leaking water noise in the toilet after flushing and the air conditioner was very noisy such that we had to turn it off overnight. Night was very warm so room was not an ideal temperature.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options to start the day. Parking was convenient and easy to access, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions and destinations throughout Toronto.
The complimentary breakfast was well managed, with staff consistently keeping the food fully stocked. When the breakfast area became busy, they promptly opened an additional seating area, which was greatly appreciated and helped ensure a comfortable dining experience.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, staffs nice
Norman
All was good except cleaning staff didn’t make the beds, clean the bathroom or leave fresh towels on our last day of lodging!
Hannah
It was a nice stay the room was very clean but when we went to the pool there was human feces in the pool ( parents should be telling the staff if something like that happens not leaving it for someone else to find It was disgusting! but the staff took care of it right way and close the pool for cleaning other then that it was great and the food was fresh and delicious.

It was all right nothing special

The hotel was busy due to multi sport events on this weekend.
The biggest challenges were the heat in the hallways. There is no AC in the hallways and it’s really muggy and hot.
In the room you have to bring the temp down really low which means the fan is running all the time.
The breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausages. They had ready to order pancakes instead of waffles.
The only challenge is the staff can’t keep up to the volume of people eating the food. You have to wait for hot food.
2 final point which are not big ones. no one told us to use the card to get to our floor so we were stuck in the elevator for a bit trying to figure it out with no ac. The bathroom is tiny. The sink and shower are right on top of the toilet. There is no bathtub.
Other than that it’s clean and the staff are friendly. Easy to get in and out. Affordable.

The hotel in general was clean. Staff very friendly and the front desk took care of requests such as extra towels very quickly.
Overall a great hotel. Parking was easy and they have a slow charging station for EVs.
The room was clean but some areas were overlooked. The ice bucket was full of water from the first night and it was never emptied when the room was cleaned every day. The bed and bathroom were clean though.
They had Dove shower amenities which was ok, but I am personally not a fan. Keep that in mind if you do not like dove shampoo/body wash.
They have low flow shower and sink too.

Very clean, staff were very accommodating and friendly, breakfast had a large variety, suggest a sitting area and ashtray for smokers outside at front side of building
Martin
We were a group attending a party near by. The hotel location was good for us, near the highway.
There was plenty to eat at the breakfast buffet. I went into the work out room while my wife used the pool.
I was able to plug my EV car in the parking lot and start the next day with a full charge.

The bed was extremely dirty, there were food crumbs and some other black crumbs under the blanket on the sheet.

We booked 2 rooms, and when we entered one of the room, it wasn't cleaned - dirty towels on the floor, bed wasn't made. We called the front desk, then they moved us to another floor. I know there's some miscommunication among the staffs but we are still grateful that they immediately helped us. I hope this will not happen again.

The room was very clean and front desk staff were helpful. The hot buffet style breakfast included with the room fees is well worth it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The elevator would not stop at our floor. The cleaning staff left their bags of towels and garbage outside our door and I tripped over it leaving our room, the water pressure was terrible and the light switch in the bathroom was broken

Recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express North York and the stay was well above what we expected. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was just enough. Upon arrival the staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

Staff and cleanliness was okay, rooms were nice, beds weren't the best very squeaky and blankets were itchy pillows were hard. We also had a chair in our room and was not leveled properly same with your bed, not a big deal as we fixed it but was funny. Staff were helpful could get us towels and what not when we asked, breakfast was decent lots of options, pancakes were very good if their pancake machine was working properly, usually broke down and someone would have to fix it didnt take too long though so thats a plus!. They have ice machines but not water unless you purchase from front desk or get out of the bathroom tap in your room, the trick is going to breakfast in the morning and bringing a water bottle as they have some drink options you can fill it up with 🙂. If I had to recommend something to the hotel I would close the pool later, its unsupervised anyway ! And to the traveler if you are showing up after breakfast closes bring water with you before you check in or pay 3$ for a bottle of water at front desk.
🌟 🌟 🌟 / 5 alot of small little problems that could be easily fixed within a few minutes, not lower as Staff is okay and helpful.
Aswell you are within walking distance to get on LTR

The space for toilet too small, the sheets on one of the beds had sand on one side.
Julie
Hôtel propre, personnel très gentil et bon déjeuner!
Christopher
Staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean. They allow pets in the hotel and at one point in the evening someone let their dog bark in the hallway by our room for several minutes. Was not expecting that. You have to take your vehicle to go out for food or to a restaurant. There is nothing close to the hotel. Breakfast is included and was ok. There is ample parking.
