Room was clean and staff friendly. But hotel loud, doors slamming, ice machine loud, showers and other toilets flushing. It was one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in and made it hard to stay asleep.

There were fees for parking that were not clear on the Expedia page. The room had an uncomfortable bed and was cold. The shower never warmed up beyond lukewarm. Nothing about my stay was even adequate.

I will not by using Novotel again, nor will I be booking through Expedia.

We spent one night at the hotel. The lobby was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There is public self-parking available with multiple in-and-out access if you arrange it with the hotel reception. Expect some delays in responding your inquiries prior your trip, not very fast.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Staff were to come by every other day rather than every day.
Check in was terrible- they did not have tap for the credit cards for the damage deposit (the room was paid via expedia using the same card) and it misread my pin, thus causing me to be locked out (who uses a pin any more?). Eric then said to use the bank machine down the hall to change the pin (but to do that you need to be sure what the pin is and their machine made me unsure). Then I tried my other c. card which works everywhere but their machine would not recognize that pin either (it does not have tap). They would not accept cash so I used a debit card to take a much higher deposit. They they wanted my license a second time to photocopy it. It was humiliating. Then they explained the parking and I had to come back to the desk with the ticket. I parked and did so. The next morning the person asked why did i not give them my license number? So I did and had my deposit refunded other than parking but only after they sent someone to the room to check it all! Really? Then upon leaving the gate would not open to leave parking by scanning the ticket. I had to call the intercom 3 times with cars behind me waiting. Even then they did not want to let me out. I explained I had paid for the parking for one night at the front desk and dug up the receipt. Then they let me out saying that it had expired at 6 pm. Surely the front staff know this? Never again- avoid this place. Next time I want rest not nonsense.

The room was clean and bright with lots packed into a smaller footprint. Extremely quiet, which is important to us. Oddly enough, the phone needed to be explained to me, as it works in a way I'd not experienced. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Parking lot is easy to navigate. The bed was not so good. Not just firm, but slab like, but that is the only complaint.

Not a great experience. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed at first. I had to call and then they agreed to give me a king size… that I paid for…. The view of the second room was very nice.
On the second night, I got back around 6:30 pm and there was not water. No one advised us, no follow up, no communication whatever. This was ongoing all night. Eventually we were able to shower with cold water in the morning (no hot water). Again ZERO communication, no compensation whatsoever, vouchers, credit, they just said if you are not happy, you can cancel the room, but we had no where else to go…. Bad customer service. Paid full price and got the wrong room and no water. I would stay away

NIce hotel, unfortunately there was jackhammering that we did not know about when we booked, we had asked for a quite room as my wife has a hard time sleeping so being woken up early by jackhammering was unacceptable.. Called the from desk and nothing was done about it as they said there were signs posted about it ... We did not see the signs.

We had a good stay. The hotel and the neighborhood were nice. Our first room was on the 15th floor, but the heating didn’t work properly. They moved us to a renovated floor upstairs, and it was much better.

Room was really poor. Had been renovated badly. Holes in 2 walls from missing artwork. No clock. Glass doors to bathroom light up whole room in middle of night. No robe hook in bathroom. Toilet roll holder loose on wall.
Bed was comfortable.

- If you are bringing a pet you need to make sure to call ahead otherwise you will be charged a 75 dollar cleaning fee and a 30 dollar room shifting fee where they shift to you to a pet friendly room. They do not read the special instructions added to reservations at all.

The “superior” rooms do not have any bedside lights. Only one side of the king bed had an electrical outlet adjacent. The other side, the outlet was several feet away.

I booked an Executive King room, but it was smaller than expected. The listing mentioned a tub or shower, but it wasn't clear which one I would get. I checked in around 9:30 PM, and the front desk staff member seemed unfriendly and unsympathetic to my situation. I drove down with my husband in his truck after my vehicle was recently in an accident, and I forgot my driver's license because of dealing with insurance I had it in and out of wallet unfortunately . Despite having a birth certificate and other forms of photo ID, they refused to let me check in without my license. I ended up having to arrange for someone from my hometown, two hours away, to drive to my house and send me a picture of my ID, as that was the only acceptable form of identification.

On a positive note, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. However, parking was quite expensive at $23 for one night.

The check in process was totally disorganized and took over 35 minutes waiting in a line while 3 people served the customers and 4 supervisors watched. The bathtub in our room had peeling paint on the tub with large pieces coming off in the shower water. For over $400 it was a real surprise and disappointment after our first stay. No way for Novotel again although we love the location.

Staff was helpful and nice. Overall condition of the building is good and clean.
My big complaint is the beds. We stay in many rooms every year. These mattresses were the most uncomfortable of any we have experienced. Low quality, extremely firm, you can feel the springs in it. We barely got any sleep, and I now have a lower back issue that I am working through.
For as much as we paid for the room, one would think it that there would at least be a comfortable place to lay your head.
You won’t find that here.

The Novotel signature sent that is used in the lobby is an insult to the senses.

Adam, the server at the morning buffet, was absolutely delightful. Maria at the front desk was very efficient.

The toilet seat was old, peeling, and discoloured . The coffee machine had to be cleaned in order to use it for boiling water. Staff did not have good recommendations for where to eat. Staff said paying for parking would be cheaper than validating and they ended up being wrong. The pool was small.

Wasnt a bad stay but definitely felt overpriced.
