Everything was just fine staff was very helpful
joanne
Good location - appreciate having a restaurant on site to save going back out into traffic- good for work. Nice temperature of pool. Bed and bedding very comfortable
Cynthia
clean & comfortable !
Lori
The beds were terrible. Mattresses were soft and flimsy. Not comfortable at all for stomach sleepers.
Agata
Hotel was clean, room was a bit small and beds were very soft
chayanne
parking was easy, clean room, quick check in
Gareth
Air conditioning didn’t work when we first arrived. Pool room was humid
Carrie
Clean room, friendly staff
Cynthia
Clean room and easy to find hotel.
Ailsa
The hotel itself was clean but our room wasn’t very. Stray hairs in the tub, sink, bathroom floor, a hair on the sheets. The manager said he’d do something but didn’t. He was nice but it’s also disappointing. There was also a system issue at check in that delayed our plans by 45 minutes. I understand it’s not the staffs fault but some sort of compensation would have been nice since the room was $400 for a night. We didn’t use the pool but it looked alright.
Paul
Everything was good, thank you
Chidi
Good
Cy
Loved this stay would recommend to anyone. Place felt so safe even at night, everything was so clean. The staff was so nice and helpful if you needed anything.
Gonzalo
All good. No comments… very helpful personnel.
Maranda
Nick was so helpful and the best part of the stay.
Lesley
Close to Rogers Stadium , wish breakfast was included, however it was a good stay overall, would def stay there again
Laura
Personnel aimable et hébergement propre et confortable
Gordon
The rooms needed to be cleaned better. Bathroom had fake eyelashes that were not ours and the tub had hair in it.
Tristen
There is an ice machine on every floor but they are all broken with no sign saying only ice machine that works is on the first floor!
Sean
Stayed for a concert, hotel was a short drive to our venue. Main lobby is very nice and freshly renovated. Our room however although clean needed some tlc. Toilet paper holder insert in counter kept falling out shower head had a big gob of silicone, wall paper was peeling ECT.
Annie
Room was not super clean, hair on bathroom floor and bath. Hair in \"clean\" bed. *check the alarm clock in the room before bed.. Other than that great service at front desk.
Leslee
great experience. Very VERY clean! helpful front desk staff. thank you!
Donna
Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Great location to access Roger's stadium.
Diana
It was a good stay. The room was clean and the staff helpful.
Mykola
Stuff was great
Kevin
The fitness center has dangerous equipment, the vending machines didn't work (for USD), and the wifi was problematic. However, the room was very clean and it had the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had!
Chris
I enjoyed my stay and the highlight was having the restaurant downstairs to get food and drinks without having to leave the hotel. The pool and hot tub was also a nice addition.
Elizabeth
This BW is tired but they are in the process of doing upgrades. Staff is fantastic. My only complaint is that I had a suite with a kitchenette and it was poorly appointed. Wasn’t really to my benefit to have that room over a regular one except for extra space and a larger fridge.
Neil
Room was clean and tidy. We only stayed for one night so not much to say!
Our microwave did not work which is my only complaint.

Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card.
To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must have not been changed as the hair was all over the sheets under the blanket.

I would suggest more garbage bins and plastic bags.
Giuseppe
Room was dirty (hair, stains, etc). Restaurant hours are 5-10pm but they closed at 9pm.
Naesam
Good service and comfortable staying
georgina
The bed was uneven and i was missing the soap and the shampoo little things that are left the washroom. Otherwise everything was fine
Jake
Dirty sheets, shower curtain was blood stained, sink was broken and caulked back together so it leaked. Staff were nice
Jules
yes
Gija
Easy check in but the restaurant was ok.
Angie
Almost every day we had to go down and get items the housekeeper missed.
No complimentary breakfast
Front desk clerk would interrupt, was defensive and combative.

Good for the cost. Room had some mold on the window frame. Lampshades all damaged. There was someone’s food in the fridge from a previous stay. Regardless, I’d stay here again.
Dawn M
The front desk is always helpful and the restaurant is great. I stay here frequently and I am always happy with my stay.
If you saw a review hair in the shower and rude desk clerks, please ignore it. That was intended for a hotel in Riviere du Loup.

I enjoyed my stay
Becca
Great however restaurant was closed the whole time
Michael
Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Room was clean and bess were comfortable. Pool area was as pictured, clean and well stocked with towels. Really appreciated that coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby as well.
There are some areas in the hotel that need some updating (spots of peeling wall paper for example).

Good service, if i have chance i will come back here.

We stayed at this hotel in advance of an early morning appointment at Humber River Hospital. Prior to my planned surgery, I had to shower twice with a disinfectant solution. The shower in that room (517) was totally not fit to the point we will not stay at this hotel again!
Melanie
Room spotless and heat had been turned on. Bathroom was shiny which is appreciated.
Brad
Very nice reception. Pillows were outstanding
Shauna
The restaurant has limited hours and the rooms do not offer coffee or tea. Ours didn’t even have drink glasses. There is coffee available in the lobby. We could not get the other vending machines to work.
The pool and hot tub seemed clean.

The 1st room, the air conditioner was broken and was always on cold. The covers, sheets had stains, the housekeeping person said it was \"Coke Cola\". The 2nd room was better
Meredith
Comfy beds
Anne
Staff was very helpful
Paul
everythingcwas great. front desk went out of her way to meet my requirements
Annita
The staff was very nice. The room overall was great. We had an issue in the bathroom. There was a fake nail on the sink when we arrived. We told the front desk but when we returned it was still there. Disappointed
Susan
The cleaning lady was very stingy with towels.
Three adults in the room towels only for two.
When asked for more she gave attitude. When we needed them changed out because I had surgery and needed sanitary towels daily she was grumpy and gave attitude. Had to ask for garbages to be emptied and had to sanitize daily ourselves. Needed vacuuming on day three but got refused because it wasn't on her list!

I've stayed here a few times! The staff are extra courteous and the room has always been spotless
Harmes
Everything was perfect 👌
Kevin
Staff was courteous, room was not great condition, toilet and bathroom sink had issues. Sink did not drain very well and the toilet I had to repeatedly take the cover off the back of the toilet to fix the float and the chain in the plunger. The main door latch was also sticky and I would have to scan the key card multiple times to enter. They are understaffed from management but he employees are doing their best.
Sharon
A/Cin the bedroom constantly shut off...rooms are old and not cleaned daily
Charla
Good value for the price
MEGHAN
It wasn’t bad, just not great. Signs of wear. I was very worried about bed bugs after reading reviews- I checked and nothing. Perfect for a work trip and just needing a place to sleep.

We got there Sunday, requested a housekeeper TUESDAY because we had no towels - they sent a guy to our room with towels and he smelled of alcohol .. never saw one until WEDNESDAY.. the wallpaper is peeling off all the hallway walls
Thomas
Excellent front desk person! Easy informative check-in. Clean room. Ongoing renovations and upgrades were no issue.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, during my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room. The situation made the stay very uncomfortable, and I had to take extra precautions with my belongings afterward. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses it properly so that future guests don’t have to go through the same experience.

The staff were nice. The facility could use a makeover. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Location was good because it was fairly close to the airport.

Everything was great, but the hotel was under construction and the sanding dust was a lot, the bed and hotel staff made up for it though!
Patrick

Overall the hotel was nice. The rooms were decent, although they could use some deep cleaning and repairs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front staff were pleasent.

My room was not cleaned it was disgusting food left in the fridge the toilet was t flush it looked like it wasn’t even clean. The lamp shades a gross broken hanging.
I have states her before but only b/c of the restaurant convenience.
I ended up leaving a night early tried to get my money back.
They said no.
Will be the last time there.
Update your rooms make it more light and open
Especially for people who stay more than 1 night.

My check out experience was horrible. The guy at the front desk was rude and condescending. Your staff needs etiquette training.
Christopher

The front desk staff were accommodating when we arrived and our room smelled very unpleasant. He moved us without any problems
The room we were given smelled better but it was not as clean as it should be
Hair on one of the beds. Stains on towels and pillowcases. The curtains had stains on them.
Did not feel hygienic at all.

Really nice place to stay. Unfortunately we needed to be downtown so to get there was a bit of a drive. But otherwise really great place. Restaurant on site was fantastic. Staff and food was really goid

Stayed at the location for a concert near by which was perfect. Only complaint was to upgrade the carpet in our room.
John
The elevator broke and we had to walk down six flights of stairs, so that was a very great and they didn’t have bottled water in the rooms. It was fair. Stay for an expensive price.
