Easy, a few restaurants walking distance. Quiet, close to Wonderland and the mall and not too much traffic around.

I picked this hotel on a whim. I am pleased to say it was a good choice! It was in a nice quiet location but had a McDonald’s and Timmie’s and a gas station in the same parking lot. Hotel is nice. Lobby smells fresh, rooms are very clean. Beds are comfy! New modern rooms. We didn’t partake in the restaurant (Boston pizza) at the hotel but it sure smelled good. If you are using the TTC from this hotel it is only about a 8$ uber ride there!
Matthew
Very nice hotel and great value food

Staff service was good overall, but the stay was marred by a string of maintenance issues. At check-in, the door lock’s battery was dead — maintenance was supposed to replace it but was never called. The next day, a blown fuse knocked out the power, and maintenance didn’t know how to fix it, so we had to switch rooms.
The new room had its own problems: an empty soap dispenser, dead TV batteries, and mold in the shower. Overall, there were far too many issues for a single stay.

There was a dead mouse just outside the front entrance. We were only given 2 towels which wasn't enough.
Jill
Super clean room, friendly staff, great location to attend York University convocation.
Katherine
No complaints! It was quiet, clean and everyone was very friendly!
rob
Generally decent hotel right near the mall, quiet but after mall hours any food options are a drive away not a walk, but there are many options. Good stay.
TAMARA
Nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. Clean room and the bathroom and shower were nice. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the TV. Cable would cut out every few minutes and wouldn't come back on for a long time, half an hour at times. Glitchy reception it seemed for the cable. Not really what we go to a hotel to do, but we usually like the sleep with the tv in, and it going of and on was very annoying.
Jason
Allowed for early check in. Nice room.

Amazing staff

There was no breakfast at all not even an option. We specifically chose this hotel as my son had a hockey game in the morning and we needed to be able to grab breakfast quick so we actually paid a bit more so that the breakfast was included so it was very un fortunate
Natasha
Clean, comfortable beds!

Wow, a good place to stay with all the facilities near from the hotel.

This is a comfortable hotel located close to several eating establishments. The train station is a short Uber ride from the hotel. From there you can travel easily to downtown Toronto.
Melinda
No continental breakfast and hotel not 8 mins from wonderland like hotels.com has listed...in fact 20 mins
Fran
The hotel was very clean, front desk was lovely. The BP’s was very good.
Cynthia
Sadly the door needed repair- it screeched upon opening and closing. We asked for it to be repaired and it was not.
Phil
Need more parking at the front of the hotel
Sherry
Clean, spacious room and good location! Free parking on site was very convenient
Vanessa
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our quick stay. Sadly, a lot of young boys from a hockey team tournament were disruptive and kept knocking on our door and running away. Otherwise we had a good experience.
Sheila
No breakfast available but close to Tim Hortons and freeway
Caiden
We stayed for one night at the start of May 2026, we quite enjoyed our stay the lady working the front desk as we checked in was extremely welcoming and more then happy to answer all our silly questions. The building and room were very clean and organized, gym had a healthy variety of machines, and a water dispenser, however there was no pool which I remember seeing pictures of on the listing but was not mentioned in the amenities. The only issues with our room were that the window wouldn't fully it was stuck about 1-2 CMS open meaning there was alot of extra road noise from being beside hwy 400 and we could not find a remote for the tv anywhere in the room, we did not bring up either issue with the staff because they didn't personally bother us much and we didn't want to bug the staff late at night. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there is conveniently a McDonald's in the parking lot as an additional option. Overall great hotel and a great value(atleast for when I stayed)

House keeping picked dirty towels up off the floor and put them back on the counter for us to use as if they were clean. I know they did this be abuse one of them was dirty to start with and then I saw it back up on the counter the next day. So I do not recommend. Dirty habits. Nice room though with the small kitchen and fridge for food. Nothin g to do at the hotel or around the hotel. No amenities at all.
Ewen
Not the best place we've stayed, not the worst. I wouldn't stay again as the walls/doors/floors were paper thing. Could hear people in the hall and overhead walking around.
Clean though, and the staff was very friendly! Good for the price we paid. Boston pizza inside was nice to have nearby as well.

Staff:)
front reception - Kriza- was the perfect hire for representation of 4 points brand- went above and beyond to accommodate us
Mohamed - very respectful and helpful
Boston pizza & hotel breakfast servers were professional with exceptional service.
We encountered a few issues and you could definitely see that all staff mentioned above were aware and communicated to each other.

Clean and comfortable room!

Small rooms. Cheap renovations in bathroom, esp shower. Next to no room in the bathroom or main room. Hairs left in bathroom shower floor. Flat pillows. Not a great stay. For the money, I would have spent another 20-40$ at the Novotel down the road.
Lucas
Had problems with connecting to the media server for tv but the staff was attentive in what I was saying and fixed the problem fairly quickly. All staff I encountered were pleasant and respectful.

Fantastic experience. Great staff. Very nice rooms. First hotel room I've ever stayed in that actually has good blinds. Closest thing you'll get to blackout curtains. I wish everyone hotel would copy their model. Highly recommend.

Room was nice and clean. The pillows were too soft, and there was a hump in the middle of the bed. The noise level was not great. Could hear the room upstairs and the banging and running back and forth at 730am.

It was a little noisy in the moring. Also, the cleaning staff twice opened our door without knocking. The hotel also charged extra amount when checking out.

Overall, it was a good and reasonable stay for the price and location. The room was clean and reasonable, and the area is convenient especially if you need access to places like York University. It’s not very close to downtown or major entertainment areas, but transportation is manageable.
One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast team — they were extremely friendly, warm, and made the mornings very pleasant. The hotel front desk staff themselves were okay — not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either — just neutral.
In general, I would rate the stay slightly above average considering the price, area, and overall experience. Parking was available and convenient if you are driving, which was a plus.
