Ww were due to stay at holiday inn and it was being used as a shelter for an evacuated native reserve. We were moved to an attached motel but still had to use a shared pool. It was always filled with unsupervised children from the reserve. The children were jumping into the pool on other children and guests. The pool was soiled with exploded diapers and children swimming in street clothes.

Very very clean place. The bathroom fans were clean! The carpets in the rooms are shampooed regularly. I asked but already figured they were as I had zero allergy issues overnight which is really rare for me. Staff were very good and Perkins restaurant was great.

Maintenance resolved issue quickly when AC wasn’t working. It’s an extremely long walk to get to elevators to go to your room so that was annoying. Also wish they had smart tv instead of basic cable. Wanted to get Netflix, YouTube, or something to watch.

Hotel was good, check in went well. Parking was limited but did eventually find a spot. The BIG ISSUE came with our room. When we got the room we came in to find it very warm. As we were later to check in we dropped our stuff, turned the thermostat down and went to dinner and the pool. When we returned to our room it was still very warm in the room. We checked the thermostat and had it cranked down to 67F but the room still showed 76F. We turned up the fan on it and went to bed. By midnight the room was 79F and unbearable. I called the front desk to be told they could remotely access the heating/cooling system and the issue would be corrected soon. 45 minutes later the room was still 79F. Two more calls to the front desk now well past midnight with no sleep we were told they had no extra rooms available and no maintenance staff available. The only option, a portable fan brought to the room. They assured me I would receive a partial refund for the massive discomfort and inconvenience of being up most of the night. But at check out we were told management said no such refund would be issued.
Will not be returning to the hotel. Especially at almost $400 per night. Disappointed

The hitel itself was great , it definitely met our needs , the front desk staff at 3am was terrible. We had booked the shuttle to get us to the airport and by 3.15 it still hadnt arrived, she didnt care and kept saying it was on its way. 20 minutes late we got into the shuttle to go to th airport and all the driver seemed to do was either make calls on his phone while driving or answer his phone while driving.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff. When I accidentally forgot my parking access card, I called the front desk for assistance. Instead of helping, the person who answered the phone said, “If you forgot your pass, that’s your problem,” and hung up on me leaving me stranded outside at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The issue was the room temperature, it was either very cold or very hot, and it seems we were not able to actually control the temperature ourselves. Also, the parking is not ideal as the lot was almost always full. I noticed there were cars that were snowed in, which leads me to think that perhaps they are people who are travelling? Perhaps there should be a limit as to how many travellers can park there, so that hotel guests actually have somewhere to park as well. Again ... no issues at all with the staff, they were great!

I paid for a suite but the hotel overbooked and gave us standard. I needed the larger room for our daughters crib.

It was supposed to be a suite with a separate sitting area andnit wasn't. It was supposed to have a bath and it only had a shower. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and hardly any for the actual bed.

The room was too hot (temperature). The service man couldn’t fix it, so he brought in a fan to help us sleep. We had to pay for parking, and there were no spots in the parking lot?? Lots of cars with snow on them that probably had not been moved in a week! They should not be charging for parking spots if they don’t have any!!

I have stayed at this particular location a few different times and the rooms have been clean both stays. Overall, this hotel is very nice and it is clean. The only issue I had was I wanted a room with a view of the city and they gave me a room facing the new hotel there building and i fell like you shouldnt have to pay for parking at this location really no need the parking lot is part of the hotel

Inn is average as expected. It is going through continued renovations and is a mixture of 70's decore with updates here and there. Staff is very nice and texted numerous times asking how my week long stay was going. Parking was not free and no breakfast vouchers provided unless booked \"correctly\". The attached Perkins restauant was excellent (both service & food) and not busy all the time. Room was clean with fresh paint but as mentioned mixed with 70's wallpaper, rug, etc. My only complaint would be that the toilet was very loose and when I checked out they said they would have fixed it sooner but I just dealt with it so that it is on me.

Just okay

The service was good, but I had a few issues with my room that affected my stay. The water in my bathroom was shut off, making it impossible to use the shower or toilet. After contacting the front desk, they restored the water, although in my opinion, it should not have been turned off knowing that guests were staying in the rooms. The air conditioning also turned on by itself, and the room temperature dropped to 15 degrees.
