Unfortunately, even thoughI paid for the room, I did not stay at the hotel. I tried to cancel the room but I booked through a third party and failed to read the fine print and did not realize that I could not cancel and get a refund. Very disappointed, and lesson learned.

I booked my reservation months in advance. I called the front desk 7 weeks prior to my reservation and asked about a park and fly package. He advised they noted my account and I could pay check-in. I canceled my 1 week park and fly package reservations at the third-party lot that same night based on this conversation. When I checked in to hotel a week ago with my group the agent said they do not do not have park and fly available. Upset, I showed him my call log and he said it was first come first serve and stayed at is blankly. An hour after check in I asked to speak to a manager as it’s not only affected Myself, but two other rooms that I travelled with. A young woman came and said that it must’ve been their central reservations line I was talking to, and there is no parking there is no options. No sorry, no offering to assist us in finding a weeks parking somewhere else, nothing. Simply blaming a call centre. I’ve worked for Starwood Hotels in the past for 10+ years directly in their reservation line and corporate customer service; I know how it works and I know I specially talked to the front desk.
I also showed her my call logs and got a rude smirk and blank stare. I had cancelled my Park and fly package seven weeks prior to my trip based on the conversation that the front desk man told me. We would never have canceled those parking reservations if we were told the truth and accurate information. Highly recommend avoiding this hotel if you want a smooth trip!

The shuttle drive left the airport as I was heading for the door. I got a cab and arrive back seconds after he got to the hotel. There was only 1 passenger. I complained to reception.

Buffet breakfast staff were wonderful! Buffet however was very over priced at $25, same buffet at other hotels is included.

Overall a very nice stay though, I would go back.

My sister left her bag with he ID and makeup in the hotel room while we went shopping. When we returned. Our beds were made and her bag was gone. When we went to go check out. They denied that anyone was in our room. Their staff even denied having found anything. But our beds were made and the room was cleaned. After 30 minutes of arguing with them. They finally gave her the bag. They intentionally withheld it, hoping we would leave with out. This was unbelievable. My sister was crying, while they were gaslighting her, and saying no one came into our room. They even checked with the house cleaning manager who said they didn’t have her bag. Eventually they gave it to us, once they realized we weren’t leaving without it.

This was a last minute booking following a flight cancellation so my expectations were not high! However I can heartily recommend the Four Points and would book there again if I ever have a planned stopover at Pearson. The check in staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed great service from Zara and delicious food and a very welcome beer flight after what was a very long day. Very conveniently located too with a free shuttle which made the following days red eye experience non problematic! The room was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Happy to recommend this hotel very strongly!

The clerk was excellent, efficient, quick for us. It was a busy night with a snow storm in Toronto and they were completely sold out which introduced some unhappy people but he was polite, multitasking all over the place and never lost his cool, even when under the pressure of unhappy people. Really appreciated the free shuttle from Pearson airport in the wee hours of the night. Water pressure and heat in the shower was excellent. Lots of options for breakfast! Pancakes were a little dry around the edges but still nice and fluffy in the centre and the fruit was sweet, fresh and delicious. Staff was very attentive in the dining area and I was warmly greeted by all of the cleaners in the morning. Last minute option for me so I didn't pack a swim suit but I would definitely come back to check out the 24hr pool and hot tub if I'm in the area again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, especially my waitress in the dining room at breakfast.
I like the fact that the gym is open 24 hours and amazingly they also have a pool.
It’s also within walking distance from the hotel but, if you prefer not to walk there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes 24|7.
