It’s an old hotel with a new name. It’s under repairs and the amenities are old. Staff however is good

They asked for a $500 deposit and they said they would take the $60 from the early check in from the deposit and return $440 to my card but instead they only returned me $60 to my card and charged me $440. I tried to send them an email but their mailbox is full, I tied calling them but nobody answers. I wish Expedia could help me contact them to correct this mistake.

Lovely stay

Very convenient hotel directly across from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Well kept and lovely staff, a great value for money. The onsite restaurant was fairly priced and food was good. Don’t expect the Ritz, the place is a bit tired but super clean and made for a decent stay. Only issue was the fan noise in the room , the A/C unit is older and the hallway was also a bit loud as I was place near the elevator.

The rooms need an update

I know this hotel isn't new, but it is in need some attention. Hallways are banged up - chipped paint throughout. Sheets didn't fit our king sized bed - they must have used queen sized sheets - which we discovered at midnight so slept on top of top sheet. Whoever made that bed knows those sheets didn't fit - do better. Tub didn't drain when showering, face cloths were thread bare and pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Staff was lovely - however we will not be returning. Better options available for same price.

Close to the airport and comfortable for a night’s sleep. Plenty of space in room with 2 queen size beds. Air conditioner is noisy, but ear plugs are provided.
Lori
Airport shuttle was fantastic

Climate control wasn’t working properly. Got no sleep due to it not maintaining a temperature and laying in a puddle of sweat for two hours then being frozen for 30 mins. Halfway wasn’t that loud but doors were paper thin so we were disturbed by people arriving throughout the night as well. Parking cost an additional $30 which was an unpleasant surprise.
Pamela
room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. The staff were beyond helpful. Shuttle convenient and drivers polite and accommodating.
Denis
Everything was amazing but had issue with toilet it blocked but to a point that the maintenance couldn't unblocked and it was due to lower floors issues so they cleaned everything and I checked out like I had planned

Only stayed for one night but enjoyed ourselves....

Not one of my favorite hotels. The lobby was pleasing to the eye, nice and clean but when I arrived at the room it was a great disappointment. The room door was all bruised and paint chipped off of door and door post. In side the room was surfaced clean, dated bathroom, amenities smelled horrible , in a double occupancy room there one bottle of water. The cups paper cups were sanitary as no plastic were on the cups. Thank goodness it was only one night and the agent who checked us out was not polite, he left a bitter taste.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is much closer to Terminal 3 than you would think. It is only a 9 minute walk. And there is also a shuttle.
Larry
Buen lugar para pasar la noche, servicio gratis al aeropuerto y la persona ofrecen buen servicio
Dennis
Great stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also really appreciated how close it was to the UP Express train—it made getting around so easy. Highly recommend!
Heather
Pretty spartan but did the job
David
Never again. Plenty of better options

Most people use such facilities near airports to spend pre or post flight hours or nights. The hotels must be considerate of some basic needs like drinking water coffee etc be free in the room for guests.
At such hotels at least breakfast should be included in the price. The charges are huge for one night and everything from water to a cup of milk is 10-times street price. There should be some shame, don't try to f... every hole ....

Overnight stay between flights. Arrived late and leave early so we didn’t have any meals at the hotel. Friendly staff and. Good transport to and from out terminal.

Breakfast was great ! Did not have my vehicle so I did not
use parking .

Room was clean, but a little small. No places to hang towels after showering. TV channels were minimal. Bed was comfortable, but some noise from nearby airport. Used the pool and hot tub, a nice amenity.
Peter
Overall great experience

The sound proof was poor! My room is just right across the elevator, not the elevator door itself but whenever the elevator is operating up and down it makes a loud noise. Didn’t find this issue out until I’m all showered and ready to go to bed. Got waked 2-3 times during night..
If you are a shallow sleeper you definitely wouldn’t pick the room any closer to the elevator!

Arrived at 10:30PM the night of my booking. After a 2 hour plane ride, was told when I arrived that our room had been cancelled and there was no more rooms available? Even though the payment had already gone through, and there was zero communication. After contacting Expedia support, they confirmed that all was okay on their end and tried contacting the hotel. After half an hour of deliberating they seemingly “found” an available room for us, on the main floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What an unbelievable experience. Left all my contact information to speak to a manager and never received a call back.
Peter
Very friendly, and beds were very comfortable

I found this property - obviously - from a list of available properties at the time I needed a hotel stay at Toronto airport, and it was the most affordable offer available while appearing to be in the top tier of quality. That impression was not wrong. For the price, it felt like I was staying in a tier closer to luxury than budget. I was pleasantly surprised the first time - so much so that I went back the next time. Everything was consistent. I would use this hotel every time I need to stay at the airport in Toronto. It is exactly what you need, and even amenities you didn't know you needed, with a very pleasant level of quality and comfort.
John
Super supportive and friendly staff and great access to the airport. Super easy check in and check out.

Staff responses when I had questions seemed snarky.
They appeared to prefer to rush through getting us signed in and take the money but seemed like us having questions was a bit of an annoyance to them.
Our room was great I have allergies and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and thorough.
There is no included breakfast for the price of your stay.
Parking is very expensive 30$ a day even if youre gone all day and only need the spot for sleeping and the gates didnt always work properly.
When entering the hotel, there is a perfume scent that is extremely overwhelming especially if you are sensitive.
Lots of dogs which was wonderful to see. Very close to the back of the air port. Not far from Tim Hortons and the highway.

Walking distance to the airport. Grest for travellers. We stayed here and travelled to/from downtown on the Up Express to catch a couple ball games. We did this with 5 little kids. The room and property was clean. The room was small and dated but we didnt mind. We would stay here again :)
Jennie
Staff upon arrival was super helpful. we had a show downtown and needed to have our luggage held in storage and they gladly took ours hours before check in. Airport shuttle also helpful to go catch the train to the city. Felt safe with my 14year old daughter.
Room was basic but clean, beds comfortable. While we didn’t drive there parking is spacious. Breakfast was good breakfast staff super helpful when told some items were empty. Overall nice stay.

Teresa
Everything was great, however, I did not receive a receipt either from Sheraton or Expedia upon checking out.
Jo-Anne
Friendly staff and nice room
Kimberly
Very convenient location with free shuttle to the airport.
Stephanie
The convenience of the shuttle and on-site laundry is great. The deposit for incidental fees is excessive. You should note that its $250. Chelsea hotel downtown toronto is only $150 and ots centrally located
Donald
Room was clean
Alistair
Good hotel but one experience has given me pause for thought. Within 2 hours of checking out my credit card details were fraudulently used to the tune of $3000. The card was not used between check out and being notified by my bank that they had stopped suspect use on the card. Coincidence? Who knows.
Kennneth
Smell of diesel fuel / Oil in the elevator area was very overwhelming
Lu
shuttle every hr and half hour pretty good. room clean, old building, thin wall and door. bed is soft.

More improvement if they can add water dispenser in the lobby and also provide toothbrush and paste.
Serge

Spacious clean rooms close to the airport with friendly staff.
Daniel
Noisy room, unhelpful staff, they advertise as free wifi but make you sign up for some rewards program to use it, bathroom smelled musty
Noreen
We like how close it was to the sirpot& that it had a free shuttle.
We were very happy with the full restaurant for dinner, the food was fabulous! And we also chose this hotel because of the free breakfast that was amazing, everything was so fresh.
Great place to stay!

We waited 45 min for the shuttle, calling twice to see when it might be coming, finally taking a taxi ( which the night manager reimbursed us for when we asked)
colin
Great staff. Clean room. Conveniently close to the airport.

Clean, nice staff

Very good Hotel to stay
Shannon
Horrible, unhealthy lighting. Extremely damp room with no ventilation to the extent that sheets were damp. We stayed 4 nights and no one from our group slept properly the entire stay. We were unsure if it was due to the lighting, the air quality or something else. Very strange. We travel often for work, stay at many hotels and I have never left an online review in my life.
Elissa
Breakfast was a high price for options available. Parking was fine, although it is unfortunate to have to walk from the back of the property to the main entrance to get in… most hotels have multiple entrances and exits for people to use.
Heather
We spent the night here before heading to the airport. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant had tasty food. The staff were friendly and the hotel provided a door to door shuttle to the airport. It was a great hotel for our needs.
Mohammad Masbah Ul
Nice
Pamela
Clean. Staff are super friendly. Although we had to Uber going there because the shuttle took so long (we waited for over 40mins) and it never came but all in all the hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay while transiting thru YYZ.
Aidan
Spacious room and very friendly staff!
Sanjay
Clean rooms and staff was so helpful especially Ms. Lalita from the restaurant and the driver of the air port transfer shuttle.

Walking distance to airport and many restaurants, Gurgeet the transportation driver was great, funny and accommodating. We have used this hotel a few times and will continue to use it for it’s convenience, value, amenities and location.
john
It said free parking but we were charged to park at the hotel
Erica
Being so close to airport was convenient and free shuttle was great but be prepared to hear a lot of jets late into the night
Robin
Clean room. Staff very pleasant. Food in the lounge was excellent
Joel
Room was old. Fridge not really working. Bed to soft as was the pillows
Kevin
Very close to airport - free shuttle or about 5 min walk from Terminal 3. Good soundproofing - little airplane noise.

Room was spacious, clean, beds were comfy. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Explained the parking for us. Easy check out! We had pizza and wings with a few drinks in the restaurant. Ut was delicious 😁

Property was fine. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant onsite was great. The shuttle do not show up after we waited 45 mins and called the hotel. We ended up getting a cab. The front desk gave us a 15% voucher for the restaurant. The shuttle was there in the morning.
Darrell
Great spot near Pearson, staff were excellent, shuttle was convenient. I was only there six hours but everything seemed well taken care of.
Keith
Friendly and efficient staff. Generally clean old and reno hotel.
Diane
Work space met my needs.
Had a little difficulty working the television probably due to my lack of knowledge in using the remote control! Not a big issue as I had to be up early to get to my early flight the next morning. Appreciated having the shuttle service even though was very short walk to the airport.

It's a great location if you are looking for a place to relax before connecting at Toronto Pearson Airport the next day; they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. The room is clean enough, and the staff are friendly.
Cynthia
My check in was excellent but it will be nice to have staff help you with your luggages to your room especially when you have a lot and with a child.
Kim
It was a quick walk from Terminal 3 to the hotel. Under 10 minutes. Rooms are small and a little dated but good for our short stay. Restaurant was very good.
