Clean, modern and friendly staff. Location close to the airport, shuttle and free breakfast a plus. Comfortable beddings. Walls are very thin you can hear guests next door although we were very tired and busy didn’t affect us cause we slept good. Rooms seem smaller than usual. Will stay there again.

My third time staying here. The staff always greets you warmly and gets you upstairs in minimal time. Further, the airport shuttle runs 24 / 7! The breakfast is hot and filling and the rooms are simple and clean; perfect for an overnight neat Pearson Airport.

It should come as no surprise, but it was never mentioned to us that the hotel is literally directly beneath the flight path for many many large flights. There was a plane flying overhead every 15 minutes, even in the evening when we needed to go to sleep to get up for our flight the next day.

Additionally, it was a little annoying that you couldn’t pour yourself a coffee to get on the airport shuttle. They don’t allow coffee or tea on the shuttle so you have to get it ahead of time before you use the shuttle, even if you have a 5 AM shuttle.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean
Breakfast area was very busy with alot of kids No place to sit
Delicious food options
Friendly and pleasant front desk staff
Did not like the location. Very busy traffic outside and no place to sit outside only a small bench.
Also , no restaurants close by to walk.

We got sick in our room because of the humid conditions and the air conditioning needed to keep the room cool. The pillows were too soft, but the bed was fine. It’s too bad there’s no room for a hot tub.

I stayed 6 nights there as I was in Toronto for the Jazz Festival, FIFA World Cup, and a Toronto Tempo game. I’m so glad I chose TRU by Hilton, as they made my week so much better. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The services and amenities were amazing, and loved the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back. Even the drivers were great too. The room was beautiful, as it was very clean and comfortable. It made me feel at home. It had everything I needed, especially after being out in the city for 12-14 hour days. Comfortable bed and amazing shower bad bathroom. The room was very clean and housekeeping service was awesome.

Most importantly, the daily complimentary breakfast was the best! They had a very of options to eat and drink, and was delicious and filling too. My only negative of the hotel was there was no places to eat dinner nearby, but other than that, I loved my time staying there and would most definitely hope to stay there again in September. Highly recommend this everyone visiting Toronto!

Thank you so much! 🙂

Excellent hotel

Pros - breakfast, parking, airport shuttle included. Extremely friendly staff. Always free fresh coffee and juice. Clean. Bed was very comfy.

Cons - no room service or a menu to order from. Nothing really close to walk to for food, however you can easily order through uber.
You will definitely hear planes. A bit loud, but once asleep you hear nothing. Well I didn’t.

Awesome hotel for an overnight stay. Lots for children to do and staff were so helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has many options. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. Shuttle service from and to the airport is a big plus.

great family friendly property. breakfast was okay. My only negative was how strong of an air freshener smell was in the air in lobby, elevator and all hallways. Some people are super sensitive to smells especially air fresheners and harsh chemical smells. Our room was relatively scent free.

So quick and easy to get to this hotel from the airport. Shuttle service was an awesome bonus. Decent breakfast too. Nice landscaping too. Definitely worth the money.

Super cool, at night the planes fly over top the hotel. Neat to watch! Will stay here again!

While there was some noise due to aircraft departures from the rear of the hotel, it did not significantly detract from the experience. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and appears relatively new. The front desk staff provided helpful and courteous service, and the check-in process was efficient. Breakfast was satisfactory, although an improvement in the quality of the Lavazza coffee would be appreciated. The fitness center is compact, and the swimming pool is adequate. The hotel's location is not ideal for convenient access to downtown Toronto or Mississauga, but this was not a major concern. Ample and secure parking was available.

The rooms were clean and featured comfortable bedding, though USB-C ports were not yet available. Overall, the experience was highly positive, warranting a rating of 9 out of 10.

Excellent choice for a hotel area hotel. Great late night staff. Room was fully equipped and breakfast buffet was very good. Shuttle operated well, and even very late.
All good.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and its location close to the airport is very convenient, especially if you have a long layover, as I did. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff was great! Didn't get a chance to get to the breakfast. Parking was super helpful. Room was clean. The AC/ Air in the room smelt musky - not sure if it was the AC unit or just the age of the building.

was disappointed this being a hilton hotel.
pool was freezing, no ice buckets in room, AC was ineffective, very secluded from anything

price on expedia was cheap, would not pay regular price for this hotel, view was nice of the planes.
