Room was great, had the suite the tub jets were nice. Was nice so I could watch my show while my hubby watched his show on the other tv! Haha, wifi was good pool was nice! Smelled lovely and clean in the hotel. Would definitely stay again, super close to airport they offer shuttles and holding your baggage if your flight is later than check out. Beside the movie theatre so you could catch a show.

The lobby is nice. The two bedroom suite was really dated and in need of repairs. One tub had a constant drip. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath to the point where it seem like mold was growing under there. The ottoman was stripping so they bought cheap covers for it. I expect homeowners to buy covers not a hotel where you are spending money to stay only to have meager accommodations.

Rooms were great, Pool was not great. The water was green and murky. Additionally, the water was very cold and so was the whole indoor pool room. There was ice all over the windows and the shower in the pool room was lukewarm at best. Other than that, the breakfast was great and everything else was excellent.

We also had breakfast and it was really good. They had a variety of options - waffles, hard boiled eggs, an egg wrap, toast, potatoes, sausage rounds, croissants, fruit, yogurt, juice.
I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Called ahead to see if room was ready for early check in and they said yes. Once we showed up, decided we wanted to be on the same floor as teammates. They said it might be an extra hour…no problem. We loaded our stuff into the teammates room to wait. Check in is 3pm and we checked back at reception twice. Don’t get the call our room was ready until 4:30. This was the only real negative part of the stay. Why didn’t take until 4:30 for our room to be ready of check in is at 3pm?
Other than that, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and no one complained about our kids running up and down the halls (we were in rooms by 10:30). It would be a nice place to stay if needed for a week or so based on the floor plan. I would stay again.

There were a lot of loud people in the lounge at 11pm and as two couples who had travelled all day, she ensured we had rooms in a very quiet section of the hotel. We loved the snacks too! The room was underwhelming. I was expecting something nicer from a two bedroom suite. The bathrroms were not in good repair( the toilet handle was jpside down, the bathtub stopper didnt work, the trim on the bathtub tap was loose) all minor things but disappointing. The mattress was way too firm. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I dont think i would choose this hotel if i traveled this way again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the pool wasn't available for the kids. We also had to change rooms because the heater wasn't working; however, in the new room, the heater worked but was very noisy.

Staying at this hotel was a truly exceptional experience. The staff do everything they can to make your staff easy and obviously take pride in their work; the culture and staff morale stand out. The rooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable beds. The temperature was a bit tough to control but wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The breakfast exceeded expectations, especially for a complementary hot breakfast. Whenever we come to this area we will definitely be back!
