One lady working at front desk helped to find great places too exsplore and have fun. We went to one place she suggested and got to shoot a bow and arrow plus got to throw an ax. My suite was extremely comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchenette. It was more of a tastefully decorated little apartment than an hotel room. The only downsides were the noise from Hwy 401 and the terrible coffee and powdered creamer provided in the room. That said, I had a young couple with a baby next door and never heard a peep, so the soundproofing between suites was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful, including cleaning, front desk, and breakfast staff. Considering the price point, this was a superior accommodation for longer stays, where you want to be more self-sufficient (breakfast buffet was included but there is no on site restaurant). Will definitely stay here again, but request a room on the south side of the building, away from the highway.

One could live at this place. Kitchen with fullsized fridge, microwave, sink, countertop and stovetop (no oven). Plus, living room, kitchen table for two, bedroom and full bathroom. Bathroom is a bit dated. Toilet paper is fresh the sandpaper department at Home Depot - I think 100 grit. Wonderful place that was literally a pain in the butt. Bring your own t.p. and enjoy everything else. Oh, excellent breakfast, great staff, good location, nice pool and gym. Just, ouch, sitting is troublesome now.

Rooms is ok shape, thus the workmanship and the finishing material are just below standard. Commercial grade plumbing all over. Not enough towels. Breakfast very much limited. Coffee weak and full or grounds, canned fruit salad disgusting.

This is the most unsatisfying stat I have in a hotel. The room did not feel clean, the sofa has a weird smell that it would stick onto your clothes. The room temperature is set to max of 78F. It gets cold when it’s not running. The heat is just going out the window. Went to front desk for help but was told it is set. No elevator for almost the whole day. It was not worth what I paid for.

The rooms are large and well maintained. They blast bright lights in the parking lot all night so its hard to sleep. Lots of families and kids running around so very noisy. There really is minimal service here. Hallways are not clean at all. But due to the large rooms its comfortable.

My flight back to Toronto from the Dominican Republic arrived late, so I decided to stay overnight and drive back to Michigan the next day. I chose an inexpensive hotel on the 401 through the Expedia app that was close to the airport and had a hot tub, free parking and complimentary continental breakfast. But after making my arrangements my sister and traveling companion found out her flight back to Ottawa was overbooked and she'd have to wait until morning to get back home. so I brought her to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised that after hearing of our situation, they upgraded us from a single to a two-bedroom suite! An unexpected surprise (it was very late and they obviously had an unsold room, but kudos to them to provide this to us). The beds gave each of us a wonderful night's sleep before our 5am wake up so I could drive her back to the airport for her 7am flight. I returned to the hotel, took a wonderfully hot shower (by this time I couldn't enjoy the hot but, but did find the hours of 5am to 11pm to be awesome had I not needed an early departure). The continental breakfast was am amazing! Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, vegetarian baked beans, plus the usual cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh fruit and coffee and juices made for a wonderful meal before I had to hit the road. I'm going to make this my halfway stop the next time I drive to Ottawa in the spring so I can experience the hot tub this time.
