The room was clean and well-stocked, and I got an upgrade to a king bed. The breakfast was pretty good - a mix of hot and cold items. Wifi worked well.

Spotless !! Clean !!! And quite comfortable. This was my first time staying at a best western and I was more than impressed. The beds were very comfy as were the pillows and sheets.
The staff !!! So well trained, so helpful, very companionate.
A few very special people who helped beyond words !! I am so very grateful for their care and patience: Vickie, Beatrix and Diane. THANK YOU !!!!
We were a group of 13 rooms all in town for a very sad funeral. These ladies helped everyday we were there. The care and love they showed all of us was unmatched !! Thank you

ROBERT
Basic motel style, drive up to and park in front of your room door kind of place. Room was VERY clean - 5 stars on that - but AC had a musty smell. Free breakfast was OK - powdered eggs, rubber omelets, decent quiche (they are actually tasty - I suggest you get these and skip the other 2), sausages (too herby for me but not awful), selection of fresh bread and bagels with jam, cream cheese, butter and peanut butter, juices etc. Not the greatest breakfast but not too bad compared to some other hotels where you get a basic continental breakfast (toast, jam, muffins and coffee). Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Lots of parking. Given the limited stay options in the area, this is the best one available and at a decent price. Going back again soon.
Roger

We were there keee than an hour and then had to leave for a family emergency. I wasn’t expecting to pay nothing but I was hoping for a discount on the 200+ dollar room. Nothing.
I know it’s policy probably but it sure would have been nice if there was some wiggle room for situations like this, like there was before everything was just a computer input and someone who’s a human made a decision

Stayed in the suite, well layed out. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was good with stove and oven... we made pizza. Supplied everything for cooking etc. Continental Breakfast was decent but not noteworthy.
Gordon
Courteous and friendly staff and clean functional room ! THe included continental breakfast was more than I expected...sausages eggs etc...
Nikhil
The room was great overall. The staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely clean and well maintained. I also really liked the toiletries, they were excellent quality.
One small suggestion would be to include a complimentary bottle of water in each room. It’s often needed right after check-in, and providing a 500 ml bottle would be a thoughtful touch that likely wouldn’t add much cost.

We were in Georgetown for 1 night and stayed at this location.
The staff was super friendly and even called our room in the evening to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the room was very clean.
Breakfast was nothing fancy but it hit the spot and was tasty.

Clean room, area for dogs, lots of amenities in the room, great staff.

Pillows and bedding were amazing.
Signal was lost on tv though so we were unable to watch regular tv- saw only a few innings of World Series then had to watch on our phone. This was disappointing for a Canadian channel- Fox TV.

Room was very clean and was serviced everyday, breakfast was good but not as good as other hotels, cable service went out in middle of world series game 7, on one night the room appeared to have been rented to a hooker as there was noise all throughout the night and definite sexual activity in the morning.
Hector
Front desk staff was polite and professional. This is my second stay here. I came back because of its convenient location, relatively quiet area and overall good conditions of the place.
MaryJane
Breakfast not very good
Alicia
The motel not hotel which it is advertised as hotel was a disappointment first off staff would not give me a room facing away from traffic because I booked online? Didnt make sanse and it was a long flight upstairs with my luggage no elevator. The toilet was running loud all night then broke! I changed rooms at 4am staff asked me why I didnt call them! Hello i did! Blaming your customer is not good! Other room was beside and a loud pipe noise kept me up reat of night!
Terrible experience
Staff was dismissive would not converse made me wait at the side to talk about refund etc..very rude! The manager would not come out to talk to me! Terrible and unprofessional experience

BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me
Paul
Although the room was clean it was a little dated looking. The flooring, shower, tub should be updated.
Jessica
Great
Scott
Clean, solid breakfast, comfortable bed.
Maureen
Dirty footprints in bathroom and room had a funky smell. Poor quality towels. Looks like the place could use upgrade in maintenance. Terrible continental breakfast. Bacon was undercooked.
Lisa
Nice and clean, great location.
Gagandeep
it was expensive as compared to their facilities.
Laura
Nice room, but somewhat cramped with two pets.
Nayla
Charged an extra $300 security deposit which wasnt stated anywhere. The place is listed as a hotel but felt like a motel with outdated rooms, dirty linens and strange men roaming the parking lots. For the price, there are better options.Wouldnt recommend.

Nice place to spend a quite and comfortable stay👍
Richard
There was no EV charging station at the hotel

This should not be advertised as a “hotel!” It is a MOTEL! The room smells like mildew. Noticed on my second day that the carpet gets wet and damp which was probably causing the smell. Also on my second day, the fire alarm went off at 630 am. Although the staff responded, I had to call twice and they eventually had to disconnect it off the ceiling. Being that it’s a motel, I had to keep my blinds closed as anyone could walk by and look into your room from the outside. It was very depressing for the money I spent. I left a day early and went to another hotel! Do NOT stay here.
Sharon
Comfortable and very quiet. It is showing its age a bit, overall excellent stay. Friendly staff!
