Upon check in complimentary bottle of water was not offered. The breakfast bar needs a bit of more attention in terms of quality of hot potato tots. Third floor carpeting needed proper cleaning, it was cleaned after the second day of our stay. Should provide shuttle service to the airport even if customer are charged.
Great friendly staff and good amenities.

We stayed for 6nights and requested to have our 2 family rooms to be connected . In less than 24hrs . And both rooms are so spacious . Especially that we had our luggages.
The breakfast is good , there's a small gym and pool but its kinda need to be renovated).
There's spacious parking lot also.
Over all we're satisfied staying in this hotel. Its good balance distance its between the niagara falls & toronto downtown😍

Parking was very convenient, amazing staff- our fridge in the room wasn’t working but it was replaced really quickly. They did have issues with some of their appliances during breakfast time, that could have been better.
David
Breakfast wasn't as good as some of the other hotels we stayed at.

Holiday Inn express is my go to when I can’t find a Hampton Inn. This particular one in Milton is a handy location and has everything you need so there’s no complaints. My only issue is that I asked for the quietest room possible and we were on the side of the hotel where I guess the air-conditioning is running all night and it was actually a little loud, so that did not make for a restful sleep. Also, the sun comes up on that side of the building, and our window shade did not completely cover the window so blackout curtains on this side of the hotel would’ve been helpful for those who don’t want to wake up with the rising sun! Great staff, good average breakfast that you would expect which is included in the price.
Norman
Breakfast was fine and so was the parking. Plastic cutlery not so good.
Khawar
Staff was courteous enough but reluctant to do anything upon request. Breakfast was a disappointment and timings were too odd. It was open between 6am -9:30am. Too early for foreign travelers.

Pleasant stay, helpful and friendly staff. Clean room snd hotel walkways

Tons of minor issues that alone would not have bothered us, but added together made for a very frustrating stay. At half the price they would have been forgivable.

The stay was overall satisfactory. The bathroom needs to be cleaned between guests since there was still a lot of hait in the shower. The area felt safe and the rest of the amenities were good. I hope they focus on cleaning the rooms a little better.

Hotel was clean. Pool was very cold. Unfortunately we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9:30am even though we had our do not disturb tag on the door. They said they had been told we had checked out. The girls were asleep as they were competing at a competition so we ended up getting up & leaving.
Alissa
As always - the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the fitness room was clean with lots of exercise options. Great value.
Tammy
Pleasant staff. Nice spot. Great breakfast
SumalenaRoma
Overall it was good. They had great breakfast and employees were polite and helpfu. The ammenities were good too. I feel they should work more towards cleaning schedules for room and scheduling exterminate the property timely. I found water bugs and small roaches in my closet and bathroom. They should exterminate the rooms so this does not happen. Other then that stay was pleasant and we enjoyed it.
Matt
Clean room, comfy bed.
