A very clean and homely place to stay

Staff member Kunal the night auditor was in the reception when we arrived. He let us checked-in earlier with no fee from 1600 to 1330 but the card for our room door that Kunal gave both of them weren’t working so we have to go down again it was just hassle. Room is big and ok but not that clean. Air con wasn’t working we informed the reception on the first day but until we checked out maintenance didn’t come. Parking is complimentary. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool water is cold and there were no towels by the pool it was empty. Jasmeen from reception let us checked-out a bit later with no extra fee from 1200 to 1300.

The breakfast can improve but overall pleasant stay. Clean and well maintained property with courteous staff.

We only stayed one night while passing through, but we were glad we chose this hotel. It was close to so many dining options. The staff was very friendly, and the property feels new and updated. Breakfast was fantastic- definitely a highlight.

We chose this Residence Inn by Marriott to celebrate our anniversary, but what should have been a special trip turned into one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had.
From the moment we arrived, the room was not up to Marriott standards. There was an unpleasant odour, the curtains were visibly dirty, and the sinks had not been properly cleaned. It was immediately clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job, which was a disappointing start to what was supposed to be a memorable stay.
The most upsetting part of our visit, however, was discovering that a piece of my jewelry had gone missing while we were staying at the hotel. The item has both significant sentimental and monetary value, and I reported it as soon as I realized it was missing. I fully understand that lost items cannot always be recovered, but what I cannot understand is the complete lack of effort to investigate.
The only response I received was an explanation of the hotel's lost-and-found process and that they would wait to see if the item was turned in. There was no indication that the room or surrounding areas had been thoroughly searched after my report, no confirmation that staff who had access to our room were spoken to, and no reassurance that surveillance footage would be reviewed while it was still available. It felt as though the investigation ended before it even began.

Sunny
Perfect from start to finish. Plenty of parking. Great service from all staff. Tasty breakfast and a great gym. The suite was perfect for us as a family of 3.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was a nice bonus each morning, with a good selection of options available.
The lobby bar was another highlight, offering a great atmosphere and plenty of comfortable seating to unwind after a long day. Parking was generally easy to access, which made coming and going convenient.
There were also numerous restaurants and food options within walking distance, making it easy to find something to eat without having to drive. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly, although there were times when they were not easy to reach when assistance was needed.
Despite that minor inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

the room was alright. the toilet paper holder was broken, no fan in the washroom, there was a dead fly in the room (our stay was march 2026) which means the fly was probably there since summer 2025… bright side the staff is nice, the breakfast is good and the parking is convenient.
Brenda
Really enjoyed out stay. The room looked recently renovated. It had a kitchenette large walk in shower, pull out cough. We will definitely return.

The Room was good. The breakfast was poor. The carpets located in hotel entrance were not laid out properly, my wife tripped and her leg was swollen, the receptionist witnessed the incident, this happened in the morning of check out (Monday morning @10 or 1030 am).

Beautiful and new, or if it’s not new it’s very well maintained. Surrounded by good restaurants

We spent 2 nights here and booked the studio king with sofa bed suite. The room was beautiful and spacious. The shower was awesome! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Thr decor is modern, spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Me, my husband and our 2 kids (3 & 11) thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely return.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before because I absolutely love it. However, during this stay I found some of the front desk staff to not be the most welcoming. I would have appreciated being greeted with a smile at the very least. The uninviting energy I received from some of the front desk and kitchen staff is my only reason for not rating my stay as excellent.

Overall good hotel
Loved this hotel. For being in Toronto the price was good. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Fitness centre was above average too. The only thing I did not like was their breakfast. The eggs tasted bad and the sausages didn’t look edible.
Gary
Third time staying here, love it every time.

Very clean staff was nice. Autism friendly hotel. They need more pots and pans in our rooms for cooking and more channels on tv way too many news stations but other than that zero complaints

Terrible Service - Dirty Room
It was a disaster from check-in to leaving. Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in... lesson learned. I won't be visiting again.
