The hotel location is great. Right near Square One and a few other places we needed to go to. The room was clean, parking was convenient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
We would like to especially mention Marta who worked the front desk on our arrival as such a helpful and friendly person. We stayed here in the past and had a very similar experience with a gentleman who was working the front desk. I wish I could remember his name. Both were absolutely great and very friendly.

We stayed one night at the Delta Mississauga and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, making it easy to relax even for a short stay. The amenities were a highlight , everything was well maintained and added to the overall comfort and convenience of our visit.

The hotel has charged double the price for the accommodation comparing to the price of expedia booking. The reception person has misguided and direct booking costed us more than double of the charges when we booked through expedia for the very next night. Also for breakfast for two people expedia charged only $17 whereas hotel directly charged $74 for two people.. Outright cheating.

Great facility- clean rooms and lovely staff. When you park in the parking garage before you check in, there's no way to access the building so I had to walk down three floors through the garage (no walkways) to get to the front entrance, which felt kind of dangerous.

We originally stayed at 2nd floor and the a/c / heater inside the room was making a chugging noise so we hardly had a good night sleep. In the morning, we spoke to Chime, (who was the receptionist that day), regarding the issue in our room, and he was happy to help us out. He gave us a much better room. Overall, we’re happy with our stay at Delta, Marriott hotel.

Traveled 400km with the family and dog. Called ahead to confirm the dog was welcome and was told no issue. Showed up and was advised of an extra $200 fee for the dog, non refundable. My perspective of this hotel was that, because it is by Marriott and in a big city, it should be much nicer than the cheaper, semi-sketchy hotels I’ve stayed in over the years. I preface with I have lower standards than average. Biggest takeaway was that it was the least clean hotel I’ve been in that I can remember. I thought, maybe it was a fluke and housekeeping would make a difference. It did not.

- Room wasn’t very clean
- Light switches, sink tap, toilet, misc hair scattered, blue mark/stain on bed sheets
- Only one coffee and decaf (2 ppl), did not get replenished
- Not all the TV channels worked, some just brought a black screen
- Paid breakfast at the restaurant definitely did not look worth it (even the grab-n-go sounded sad for $20, buffet for around $32 despite Expedia site saying around $25)
- No elevator in the parking garage, so be ready
- There is a water bottle refill station but the water is luke warm and not cold
- Bare minimum room service
- Pretty sure all that was done was replace towels and mostly make the bed. There’s this exterior sheet for the top that they left folded on one of our suitcases.
- Did not replenish coffee, water.
- Did not wipe counter even though check in gives you a page asking to take things off counter and bed for housekeeping
- Shower is fancy and hard to figure out.
